Tii Cup is one of my favorite bubble tea shops in the Valley! Despite what my number of check-ins show, I've been to Tii Cup several times. If I'm remotely close to the area, I will make it a point to stop by. The owners, Jack and Daovone are wonderful. You'll often see them working behind the counter! Tii Cup is located in the Boardwalk at Andersen Springs shopping center where you'll also find Sprouts, Valle Luna, Pita Jungle, Coffee Rush, and more. The space is bright and has plenty of seating indoor and some outdoor in the back of the shop overlooking the lake. They offer coffee, tea, snacks, and more. I've tried a few different items, but I always keep coming back to their green Thai tea with boba and spicy tofu squares. The green Thai tea is creamy yet refreshing. Sweetness and ice levels are customizable. The tofu squares are tasty and quite filling. Everything is made fresh!
There was a Yelp community drop in event here not too long ago, so thats how I knew about this place. After pilates class today, I wanted a bubble tea, so made my way over here. This store is in a convenient shopping center also with a nice, picturesque lake behind it. There was no one in here tonight except for two workers. The young lady who took my order was nice and helpful. I had a jasmine milk tea with boba and asked for less sugar. Attendant wanted to give me 50% and I asked for much less, 25% less. I also asked for 50% ice. My drink was ready quickly and it was perfect. Boba was the right consistency and drink was nice and refreshing. It was hot out, but I wish they would put a few tables outside of their back door as the lake view is gorgeous. I enjoyed my boba tea and took a nice walk around the lake tonight. Perfect way to unwind for the night. I'll return again.
Owner was super nice and helpful!!! Drinks were yummy (jelly lychee was bomb) and seeing all the customers art was so cute. Would deff go again and try the bubble waffles
We are OBSESSED with Tii Cup! Literally every chance we get we are drinking a galaxy motiito - the perfect combination of butterfly pea flower tea, lime, and mint. So refreshing for summer! They have tons of yummy looking drinks on the menu, but we haven't tried others because we can't get enough of this! It's always pretty quiet inside, and we typically see people working on their computers. The employees are also really friendly!
It's my second time coming here. It's the only boba place that has a lakeside view. I love their Matcha Latte. My son had the strawberry milk tea, and he liked it too. I forgot my purse on the seat and didn't realize until dinner time. They kept it for me and I got it back! Thank you!
Great boba spot! I got a green Thai tea with boba at 50% sweetness and it was delicious. I didn't try any of the food this time but the waffles sounded good. There's a few tables inside to sit at. I wished I had walked out back to enjoy the lake view.
Came here next to a place that was still making our order. I love trying new boba tea places. So many around here, so we went in to try. Coming in the woman, who was working there was amazing. Super welcoming and very nice. She helped us with choices and even let me try the golden milk tea, because I love black milk teas. We chose the galaxy motiito with sparkling water. The motiito galaxy was so good. It's a nice refreshing drink. You can taste every flavor. The mint is so refreshing. I highly recommend. The golden milk tea is so good as well. I love the taste of black tea and milk. I believe she said there was no dairy or that you could get it without dairy but the golden milk tea is a must. It wasn't too sweet but just perfect. You can really taste everything. The place is very clean and I saw a lot of games that people can play. In the very back, there is a nice view of the pound. Definitely will be back again!! It's now one of my top 5 places for boba teas.
Yes! Cute spot right by the water front. Yummy Boba - lots of options. I especially appreciated that they have dairy Free drinks, even Thai teas without dairy! Rare because most places include dairy in the Thai Teas. I plan to try the popcorn chicken from here , different flavor options too!! Friendly service. I let him know I have a meeting here. Great prices! Good music. Family friendly with games and other activities people can use for entertainment. I will be back!
8/9/25 - Better late than never! :-) Wonderful place. We were dining at a restaurant close by & we can (almost) never pass up a boba tea shop, especially one we've never been to. Despite being five months ago, I remember the woman behind the counter being exceptionally nice & offering up suggestions. A couple other memories that stand out are 1) the yin yang cups. Never have I visited a boba place w/ this on offer. Granted, the drinks you are able to order yin yang style are limited, but heck, what a great idea! If you can't decide what to order, why make the tough choice, get 'em both. 2) they have a mightii cup for only a buck more (see picture). It was not 44 oz or anything but it was substantially larger - and it was very tempting but I was full from dinner. I def need to get back there & try their jackfruit. We ordered the tarococo milk tea and I believe the creme brulee was the other one. We both drank them quickly, they were that good.
What a great find! I was looking to get my son's girlfriend a gift card for her birthday as she loves Boba. I came across this place and so came in today to grab a store voucher. This location has been in AZ for about a year, but they have numerous locations throughout Minnesota. It's a family owned and operated business that has an amazing array of specializes drinks such as bubble teas, and other refreshing beverages. They have some great Taiwanese street food choices and dessert options as well. Had seen the menu prior, so my son and I wanted to order something when we came in to get the birthday $ present. He decided to get their Mango Matcha Latte & I got their Dragon Fruit Green Tea. We had also wanted to try their Calamari, but unfortunately it was out of stock. We opted to get the popcorn chicken and had the spicy & garlic mixed. Devonne was our assistant (owner) and not only was she knowledgeable, she was engaging and helpful throughout our ordering process. Our drinks were great. The popcorn chicken was delicious! The presentation and taste was excellent & you have to add the fried basil, it's a must. As far as the Milk Teas, you can pick your level of sweetness. Their chart is showcased on the counter. They also have a nice selection of Paradise Teas and flavored shaved ice "snow"called Biing that's also accompanied with fresh fruit too! Can't wait to give this gift to my son's girlfriend to come in and experience this spot. They have a beautiful back patio that you can enjoy your time. It faces the water front at Dobson and Andersen Springs. Looks to be a dog friendly place also.

Staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining menu options and different ways to order and personalize your item. I opted for Thai tea with boba, 50% sweetness and less ice. I like when you can personalize the sweetness level, especially because some of the added flavors have lots of sugar already. Their boba is delicious! Soft, light chew but not too chewy and super flavorful, but not too sweet. They also serve fried chicken and waffle desserts. There are games that people can enjoy and there's a wall where folks can draw on sticky notes put them up to share their art. My nieces loved that area! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!
My chicken was served to go as I requested. It was so delicious, the texture was tender and I asked for spicy and they did a great job with the flavor. I loved drawing a sticky note picture to hang on the wall while I waited, I didn't wait a long time, so it was a simple hibiscus. The people that took my order were really pleasant, and I enjoyed chatting with them. They went over the menu with me as it was my first visit. I'll come back for to go orders again soon. It's a great travel food while you head to the other side of town. I enjoyed my tea as well. I'll have to try a few others soon, I had a hard time deciding on one flavor to try. Highly recommend!!
We enjoy coming to Tii cup as a family. I like how you can customize the sweetness for the drinks and a few topping options. They have a few staple drinks you can sample and an interesting two flavor combo drink. They have a few food menu items as well. Service has always been great and the space is generally clean. They offer some board games for patrons and restrooms relatively clean.

Great spot for a refreshing or cooling boba drink. We came this time when it was quieter (around 8p) than I've seen it before so it was quick for them to take our orders and get our drinks out. They were patient in waiting for us to decide since they have so many great options. My jackfruit tea drink was a tasty and welcome with this summer heat. There are a handful of tables inside and they have some board games to play which is a nice addition when you want to hang with family or friends. read more
Definitely a top boba shop to try out. They have a pretty wide menu that not just boba. Shop has great seating with also outdoor to view the lake. I really enjoy both the boba and popcorn chicken. Sweet and refreshing. The popcorn chicken while not crunchiest definitely the softest and tastes amazing. read more

This is an awesome place to hangout with friends with delicious drinks and treats! My kids had a get together with their friends for their birthday last week. We had about 12 kids and 5 adults. The owner Daovone set up the back area with a beautiful view of the lake for our get together. Everyone ordered different drinks and enjoyed them. I was able to also preorder snacks and Daovone setup a bubble waffle bar for the kids to build their own. The popcorn chicken was a hit as well. I ordered original flavor for everyone, but have tried the other flavors, which are all good!!! The service is outstanding!!! We can't wait to come back!!! read more
Finally a place that serves basil with their popcorn chicken!! They're very generous with the basil and the chicken is well seasoned and yummy. The drinks are on the sweeter side with 50% sugar still being quite sweet. Not sure if I would be able to order less than that but I will try next time. Stopped into this newer tea shop and was pleasantly surprised to find an ube drink on the menu. I'm all about that ube... and caffeine! While the default ube drink doesn't have any caffeine, the Tii Cup team was more than willing to add the ube paste to other drinks! I went with matcha latte (so I ended up with an ube matcha latte)! I got it less sweet (I think that was 75% sweetness). It was absolutely fantastic!! Total five star experience and drink!! *****FIVE STARS***** read more

Whey a great neighborhood spot! My son and I stoped in fur an afternoon snack on their lakeside patio. The Ube Twister was amazing and Mango Icii was refreshing. I love that they ask what sweetness level you'd like! The staff was so friendly and the space is bright, prices are reasonable and outstanding service! read more
What a great experience! Tii-Cup by the lake. I am a sucker for scenery in the concrete jungle.... Family owned business! The owner is amazingly sweet and attentive to the whole operation for correct execution for their product. Fair pricing, I was not sticker shocked very mych a great valuefor your money thise days! Clean! Friendly staff! Delicious food ,drinks and games! A art board that breeds creativity and uniqueness. Are programs are getting cut, I applaud you for your unique approach to let imaginations grow. My daughter and I spent the day together, picking stuff up, going to church and let mom rest. Well after church I let Skyler know we had a "YELP ELITE EVENT" to go to for BOBA! Ya you guessed it she flipped out. I'm glad I didn't tell her before church!! Lol So with my "BOBA" expert in tow we reach Tii-Cup. We were like kids in a candy store, so much to take in.... I decided to go with the green tea add mango and strawberry. I loved it Skyler on the other had went straight for the poping Boba, strawberry flavor, 2 orders. The jelly at .75 cents she went with green apple and strawberry, I loved it as it reminded me of jelly jolly ranchers. Skyler didn't like the texture but she loves popping BOBA? Kids....lol OMG! Taiwanese street food... popcorn chicken original. Poppin flavor boost smacks your taste buds into a spiral! The crispy basil is a must!!! I really like the boba pearls at this place. They're very soft and taste sweet unlike some places I've tried. The service was also so friendly! I tried the taro coco milk tea with boba and sea salt cream. It was so good I can't wait to come back and get it again. The inside was also clean and there was outdoor seating overlooking the lake! First time at Tii Cup, doesn't seem like they have a tons of review so my guess is they haven't been opened for a long time. I got their Icii which is basically their version of a smoothie. I picked the passion fruit and mango, that's the maximum amount of flavors they said you could add in the icii. I asked if they used any milk or alternative milk products in it, I was told no. They used a nondairy powder for the icii. It was good, it wasn't super milky like a usual smoothie. I added their salted form and tapioca. Definitely a nice and clean boba spot. read more

Tried out their most popular drink, Golden Milk Tea with boba and it was really good! The boba was a nice texture and had a really good flavor. Service could've been better as the cashier didn't say anything to me when I approached the register. I wasn't sure if I could proceed with ordering as she just looked at me. Eventually I just ordered. The drink didn't take too long and they called it out when it was ready. We were thanked for coming in as we walked out. The inside was clean and had plenty of tables / seating. read more

Came in on a Thursday night and there were 3 workers. I was greeted right away. When I asked about a Carmel drink, they didn't have that flavor. So I ordered a small Vietnamese coffee and small garlic popcorn chicken. Coffee was good and my popcorn chicken was tasty. Nice and hot with a garlic flavor. I'll be back again! read more
I'm totally cap-bubble of drinking something other than tea, I just don't want to! Have you had boba? It's unbelie-bubble. Thinking about boba is giving me bubble-flies ;D Popped in this past weekend for some drinks and a snack. We ended up ordering a golden milk tea, jasmine milk tea, spicy tofu squares, and garlic popcorn chicken. Everything was pretty decent! The drinks at 50% were perfection, and you can definitely taste the bright floral jasmine through the milk. As for the snacks, they were great. Tii Cup is located in the Sprouts Market plaza and has ample seating. It's a spacious and clean spot with some games for entertainment. The business owner seems really sweet as we chuckle over Facebook ads working and drawing people (like us) in! read more

Tea for two and two for tea... But what if I want two teas and it's just for me? Here at Tii Cup, you can get a Yin Yang Split Cup where you can choose any two drinks off the signature drinks. I had the Thai Green Tea and the Jasmine Tea, both with boba. On my first visit, I had the Golden Milk Tea and shared some spicy fried tofu squares and garlic popcorn chicken. I enjoyed both my visits. They brew a decent tea. The boba wasn't quite the desiresld gummy bear texture though. I would recommend stopping by if you want a good cup of tea. Yay finally a boba spot super close to my house! Conveniently located by the mall on Ray and Dobson, so plenty of parking spots. Pretty spacious with some board games, and you can see the lake? pond? inside of the store, which is awesome! Tried their golden boba milk tea and garlic popcorn chicken, their popcorn chicken is so good! Chewy and flavorful. Their tea is so good, dark roasted flavor and milky, not watery at all, so it's pretty good! Their boba could be softer though, but they just opened earlier this month, so I think this might be one time thingy! Can't wait to try their other drinks and other flavored popcorn chicken! There are like 5 different flavors for popcorn chicken, so cool! read more
I loved the thai iced tea. It was very strong. I like the tea to be strong and not watery flavored. The pickup process was fast. The drink was also sweet. I like the tea to be sweet as well. It did not have any strange after flavors. It was just as one would expect from a good Thai iced tea! read more

Tii cup is a spot nestled back in a busy plaza near Dobson and Ray. The clean and outdoor seating in back provides an inviting place to enjoy these fresh and flavorful teas with the capability to specialize your order in multiple ways. We tried the green tea and the Almond tea and the fresh flavors compel us to try others drinks next time. read more

I was really hoping this could be my favorite place because their prices are very fair however the taste of their boba teas is not good at all. You could almost taste the powder mix still. The taro snow was super plain and not good compared to the many other places I've been. The Oreo was not good at all and I almost asked for a different drink. The brown sugar was okay but again not the best. I won't visit again. The worst part is that towards the back of the business you can go visit the lake but siting in the back part of the restaurant smelled like straight sewer. It was so overwhelming so disgusting we had to leave altogether. read more
