I love Tii Cup! I recently back came here today and got my classic mango green tea with less ice and less sugar. I opted for their Mig-Tii option and I was pleasantly surprised with how large the drink is and what a bang it is for your buck. Tii Cup is one of my favorite bubble tea shops in the Valley! Despite what my number of check-ins show, I've been to Tii Cup several times. If I'm remotely close to the area, I will make it a point to stop by. The owners, Jack and Daovone are wonderful. You'll often see them working behind the counter! Tii Cup is located in the Boardwalk at Andersen Springs shopping center where you'll also find Sprouts, Valle Luna, Pita Jungle, Coffee Rush, and more. The space is bright and has plenty of seating indoor and some outdoor in the back of the shop overlooking the lake. They offer coffee, tea, snacks, and more. I've tried a few different items, but I always keep coming back to their green Thai tea with boba and spicy tofu squares. The green Thai tea is creamy yet refreshing. There was a Yelp community drop in event here not too long ago, so thats how I knew about this place. After pilates class today, I wanted a bubble tea, so made my way over here. This store is in a convenient shopping center also with a nice, picturesque lake behind it. There was no one in here tonight except for two workers. The young lady who took my order was nice and helpful. I had a jasmine milk tea with boba and asked for less sugar. Attendant wanted to give me 50% and I asked for much less, 25% less. I also asked for 50% ice. My drink was ready quickly and it was perfect. Boba was the right consistency and drink was nice and refreshing. We are OBSESSED with Tii Cup! Literally every chance we get we are drinking a galaxy motiito - the perfect combination of butterfly pea flower tea, lime, and mint. So refreshing for summer! Came here next to a place that was still making our order. I love trying new boba tea places. So many around here, so we went in to try. Coming in the woman, who was working there was amazing. Super welcoming and very nice. She helped us with choices and even let me try the golden milk tea, because I love black milk teas. We chose the galaxy motiito with sparkling water. The motiito galaxy was so good. It's a nice refreshing drink. You can taste every flavor. The mint is so refreshing. I highly recommend. The golden milk tea is so good as well. I love the taste of black tea and milk. I believe she said there was no dairy or that you could get it without dairy but the golden milk tea is a must. It wasn't too sweet but just perfect. You can really taste everything. The place is very clean and I saw a lot of games that people can play. In the very back, there is a nice view of the pound. Definitely will be back again!! 8/9/25 - Better late than never! :-) Wonderful place. We were dining at a restaurant close by & we can (almost) never pass up a boba tea shop, especially one we've never been to. Despite being five months ago, I remember the woman behind the counter being exceptionally nice & offering up suggestions. A couple other memories that stand out are 1) the yin yang cups. Never have I visited a boba place w/ this on offer. Granted, the drinks you are able to order yin yang style are limited, but heck, what a great idea! If you can't decide what to order, why make the tough choice, get 'em both. 2) they have a mightii cup for only a buck more (see picture). It was not 44 oz or anything but it was substantially larger - and it was very tempting but I was full from dinner. I def need to get back there & try their jackfruit. What a great find! I was looking to get my son's girlfriend a gift card for her birthday as she loves Boba. I came across this place and so came in today to grab a store voucher. This location has been in AZ for about a year, but they have numerous locations throughout Minnesota. Delicious! I came here with my family after eating dinner next door. My sister had a yelp elite event and brought us all to get some boba. Staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining menu options and different ways to order and personalize your item. I opted for Thai tea with boba, 50% sweetness and less ice. I like when you can personalize the sweetness level, especially because some of the added flavors have lots of sugar already. Their boba is delicious! Soft, light chew but not too chewy and super flavorful, but not too sweet. They also serve fried chicken and waffle desserts. There are games that people can enjoy and there's a wall where folks can draw on sticky notes put them up to share their art. My nieces loved that area! My chicken was served to go as I requested. It was so delicious, the texture was tender and I asked for spicy and they did a great job with the flavor. I loved drawing a sticky note picture to hang on the wall while I waited, I didn't wait a long time, so it was a simple hibiscus. This is an awesome place to hangout with friends with delicious drinks and treats! My kids had a get together with their friends for their birthday last week. We had about 12 kids and 5 adults. The owner Daovone set up the back area with a beautiful view of the lake for our get together. Everyone ordered different drinks and enjoyed them. Being a mom of 2 now, I never know what day it is let alone the actual date. I was invited to the recent YEE for this boba spot and for some reason thought it was the last weekend of May, however it's not, I missed it (doesn't mean I'm not going to order myself something delicious though!). My son and newborn stopped in today right as they opened (Sunday morning). They have plenty of spacious seating indoor and I noticed some outside seating with the water view at the back door of the spot. Pretty decent and wide varietal menu. I had their Jasmine milk tea with grass jelly today at 25% sugar level. It was delicious and just right in terms of flavor for me. Ordered my toddler their Taro Ube Snow, he loved it (also made sure the sugar level was minimal as well, fellow parents would understand why that's so important). They have a small claw machine up front and I had a dollar on me to let my son play with it, funny thing is, we caught a toy and for some reason the machine decided to hold onto the toy with its claw. The owner was generous and kind enough to hand me another dollar on the house to help encourage the machine to release the toy that my son caught. Giving them all the stars for quality of boba drinks, mom and poppy vibes, cleanliness of store and friendliness. The shop is actually very cute; it's spacious inside, and is a place you can totally come with friends to play games, or even with a laptop to get some work done. It's right next to a lake, so the views are immaculate (seriously, I love to just stare outside when I'm here). I've tried the dragonfruit motiito and the (spicy) popcorn chicken. The motiito is sparkling soda along with whatever flavours you opt for in the drink. I got mine with less sugar and I added boba. The drink itself was refreshing. It was not sweet at all, and was a bit sour to be honest. It was a GOOD change of pace compared to my usual boba drink orders at other places. I'm not sure if I would get it again though, as it's just not my favourite thing. It's good, but not my cup of tea. I didn't hate it though. The popcorn chicken is actually very good. I don't think it's the best popcorn chicken I've had at a boba shop (RIP iTea), but I've definitely gotten it multiple times. The chicken is crispy, and what I enjoy most is that it's not majority deep fry. There's substantial chicken within each bite, and the bag is full so I feel like I get a decent amount with the price. I had the Thai Green Tea and the Jasmine Tea, both with boba. On my first visit, I had the Golden Milk Tea and shared some spicy fried tofu squares and garlic popcorn chicken. Like most boba shops, Tii Cup lets you control the sugar level of their drinks. However, their scale goes from 50% sweet at the absolute lowest to 125% sweet for their highest. Unfortunately, their 50% sweet is still way too sweet for me! Due to this, I wouldn't personally return, but Tii Cup is great for those with a big sweet tooth. Tii Cup offers fun drink options like a caramelized crème brûlée topped one. The staff are all so friendly and kind. What makes Tii Cup really special though is their lakeside view. There's a small amount of seating indoors that faces the lake, but when the weather is nice out, they also have tables and chairs to sit on too. I was really hoping this could be my favorite place because their prices are very fair however the taste of their boba teas is not good at all. You could almost taste the powder mix still. The taro snow was super plain and not good compared to the many other places I've been. The Oreo was not good at all and I almost asked for a different drink. The brown sugar was okay but again not the best. I won't visit again. The worst part is that towards the back of the business you can go visit the lake but siting in the back part of the restaurant smelled like straight sewer.
