They had multiple bags available but since I was on my own, I only got one. I found a parking spot nearby and arrived 15 minutes before closing. The gentleman bagged my drinks for me and told me two were caffeinated and two were not. Friendly and quick customer service. I got four (4) large drinks for basically the price of one, a great deal. They were all 50% sugar level and regular ice. The first night I tried the hibiscus tea and it was nice, though could've had a stronger flavor as I could taste it being slowly watered down by the ice. I then tried the kiwi galaxy, which was a beautiful shade of green and had a sweet flavor, though kiwi is not my favorite. The black Ceylon fresh tea had a strong tea flavor which I enjoyed, and added some honey because I like it. I tried the honeydew tea with black tea base last because I'm not a honeydew fan. It tasted just like honeydew, so flavor is spot on. Just not for me, though the black tea base gave it a nice aftertaste. As a boba fanatic, I would've loved some chewy pearls to try but you get what you get with TGTG. it was nice to be able to try so many different drinks at a discount, especially since I usually order milk teas so these were different. I'd recommend checking this place out!

Today we ordered a drago fruit boba and a traditional milk tea boba. They offer the varying sweetness and ice levels. Even at 25%, the drago was pretty sweet. We arrived soon after a busy streak, so they were out of honey boba. Instead, we were offered the crystal/clear boba. We all really enjoyed our drinks and we would definitely return in the future!

The space is cute, but a little overwhelming with the decor, claw machines, and goods for sale. There's limited seating. I was so happy to see that they offered hot snacks in addition to drinks. I ordered a strawberry matcha and a grilled cheese, and both were ready within minutes. I thought both were just okay. The drinks lean on the sweeter side, but didn't really have a good matcha or strawberry flavor. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon, but it's definitely a cute spot!

The walls had splashes of old spilled drinks, light strips peeling from underneath the counter, filthy tables and chairs, spilled drinks on the floor and straw wrappers. I'm shocked how customers conduct themselves but more so on It's Boba Time's employees. There just seems to be zero pride and lack of hygiene here. I love supporting local businesses but these are the big reasons why small businesses close. Easy fix guys, train your employees to clean! Unfortunately our drinks were super sweet. The last time we were here, this wasn't our experience. We were shocked by how fast this place went down hill. I hope this can be fixed soon.
