Male Staff was on the workphone while scrolling through his cellphone, made eye contact with me and walked away never acknowledging we were even in the store! He then proceeded to go to the back and we left after 7-10 minutes of waiting! This location IS HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!! The first time we went (May 2025) we were not greeted when walking in BUT we were yelled at "ONLY ACCEPTING CASH THATS IT!" We left that time thinking "okay, maybe their frustrated and having a bad day" We will NOT give them another chance. I don't normally go to this location but being in the area on a Sunday thought I would stop by and get my normal "Lucky Charm Stack" shake... The two employees are nice and friendly, most always are, but that wasn't my problem with this visit. The kid making the shake you could tell was having problems, and after blending the shake for a while, took it off the blender to add more almond milk because he said it was too icy, understandable. Once he finally completed making it, he tries to put a lid on it, but it's overflowing with liquid coming down the sides, he tried to clean up the cup, but just handed it to me anyways liquid still all over the sides. Annoyed, I just walked out of the store. Praying I have napkins in my truck so I can just clean it up. I start taking a couple sips and realize I don't taste any oats, the stack shake comes with oats and I taste it every time I order one. I walked back in super annoyed at this point and ask " hey man, are you sure you put oats in here?" he replies with " yeah I think I definitely put them in there".... My problem is these shakes aren't cheap, I shouldn't question whether you forgot one of the ingredients I'm paying for or not, and I certainly shouldn't have shake oozing out of the cup while in my car. Normally the crew here is quick and great! Today (1/21) however there was a new guy obviously having a bad day. (6'2 in his 20's tall light eyes brown hair) I get people are allowed to have bad days, I work in customer service too and consider myself a super understanding customer. However when I asking him how it was going he rolled his eyes and looked at the other two girls working as if it was their fault. He kept making degrading comments to the women in the shop (you don't do it that way, are you serious I have to do these dishes now, rolling his eyes at them, acting as if they were in the way when the space behind the counter is 3' max) The whole store had 6 customers and every single customer was visibly uncomfortable. As a fellow customer service manager I would want to know this information, so I'm hoping the franchisee or manager sees this and addresses this for the poor girls who have hours more working with his poor attitude. This was only my second visit to a One Stop, my first trip at the Dobson location was amazing and tough to beat. Im going to call it a tie however, because Aine and Makaylah were incredibly helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our shakes. This is the closest location to my gym, so I'm looking forward to my many more trips here. First, let me say this review is specific to the Gilbert Location and Not the Scottsdale locations, which are fun and good. I've been buying about 5 - 6 post work out shakes weekly since @ 2014. Started out at $5.25 a shake and was just charged over $8.13 for one. It's not even fun going in. Half the staff are roided out kids with major attitudes. There are also a few gems in there, but the kid in there today - dude - F You. While the shakes are great, just buying the ingredients and making at home is @ $3, maybe 3.50 a shake.... No longer worth it. At all..... Also, the products (pre-work outs, proteins, supplements etc) are all obscenely overpriced. Before you buy anything there, check Amazon.com, usually about 33% less on average.... I used to LOVE this place. Hurts to leave this review. But f--- this place. Never again. read more

Customer service here was great, my shake tasted good. The only thing I wish, wish, wish, is that one-stop Nutrition would make the NUTRITION facts of their shakes available. It makes it super difficult if you're trying to gain/lose weight, count your macros etc. To take a shot in the dark with what you think might be in the shake. I wish they would tell you the actual serving sizes/calories/macro stratification of the different ingredients that go in the shakes and it always make me chuckle a little bit that Nutrition is in the title but the nutrition facts are basically impossible to find ‍. It hurts to write this review as I really used to love this place. I got at least 100 shakes last year and have been a regular customer for a long time. This year however has been very different... last year the price for the nutritional shake was a flat $5. This year every time I've gone there they have charged a different price; first it was $5.66 and just now 5.88 for the same exact product. Something about increase in price, adding taxes and then today I got charge for using a card which has never happened before. Figure it out, your employees are rude and prices inconsistent. After coming here a few times and trying to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, I'm still displeased with how the staff treats customers - Not just myself, but my friends that come along with me. Management should select people who are able to represent the brand with great customer service. I stopped in to get pre workout. I got a bottle of C4 like I always do. When I went to workout, I opened it up and it was hard as a brick. I went back to the store and the employee working went to the back called the owner. She came back out and told me that since the C4 was opened they could not take it back. They could clearly see that the product was hard and I had my original receipt. They told me to reach out to the manufacturer (who did not respond either). I asked for the owner to call me. This was over two months ago and I have not received a call or email. I guess you need to open all your products in the store in front of the employees. read more

Rude and disrespectful staff. I've been hesitant to give this place a bad review, hoping that the owners would read other yelp postings and correct the issue. Not so. So here I am adding to the stream of customer service complaints. I work out at lifetime so I go to this place once every couple of weeks. Not super frequently though. Service is always the same. Today I walked in and a cocky little guy behind the counter says, "need some help dude?" I simply said that I was fine that I was gonna look at supplements for a bit. So he come from behind the counter and stands 5' from me and just looks at me. I turned again and said, "I'm fine." After I got my vitamins and went to the counter he says, "you want a shake dude?" I'm 49 years old and have done a few things in life. I'm not asking for over the top service or politeness, but, dude?!? After I paid for my stuff I turned to him and said, "don't call me dude again. I don't know you, you don't know me. I'm a customer." He simply stared back and said, "um okay." Not sure if the owner or manager of this place is giving these cocky guys even a modicum of sales or customer service training, but it's sorely needed. I'm only here because I would like there to be a change. I've gone to this location a couple times in the past few weeks and every smoothie I got tastes like freezer burn. I won't be coming back for a while and I'll get my smoothies at my gym, but I do like that one stop is not owned by a gym; if I were to ever cancel my membership at my gym I could still go to one stop, but until they stop messing up the flavor with freezer burn I won't be going back. It clearly states closing time is 9pm so I went there after my workout for a shake (which i frequently get along with my enzymes) and the door was locked. So I looked to the door at the times and the closing time conveniently was scratched off. The employees were inside talking and avoided eye contact. Dammit I just want a cool place with a decent smoothie bar and reasonable competitive supplements. This place is reasonable with its smoothie bar -protein ration to price offered. But the supplements are not competitive. Plus the two times I've been in. The two associates were split in their attitude - one being welcoming and mellow. The other being someone who would probably stare in a mirror all day asking "whose the fairest of the gym"? I don't care how pretty you think you are or how common you think the person is that came into buy product from your store - that "commoner" helps to keep your pretty ass "royalty" employed. If you're looking for a good reasonable smoothie with high protein the juice bar is a thumbs up. But ask for less ice then you'll get your whole protein shake verses a cup with an ice filler.
