The smoothies are 10/10. The service however sucks, we went to two different locations and both weren't good experiences. The coworkers were quite rude, unwelcoming and they all had attitudes. You can tell they didn't want to be there or be working. It felt as if it was a hassle for them to make our order. We noticed the two young men were side eyeing us and making faces at us. I got the gladiator strawberry. It tastes just like a peanuts butter and jelly sandwich without the protein blend. So good. This time I did try the protein blend but added extra strawberries and peanut butter. I need to gain some weight post back to back surgery and if I could make this every day I would. First time I have been at a Smoothie king. OMG this was by far and away the worst smoothie I have ever had. Absolutely tasteless. If your looking for shaves ice with no flavor this is your place. Save your time and go to Jamba Juice across the street. Took 37 min from checking in on Yelp till I got my smoothie. The other 10-15 customers in front of us were also waiting 30min + and verbally complaining out loud. I feel bad for the new 10-15 customers walking in after I walked out with my smoothie as they will have to wait 30min + for their smoothie. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but my first experience at Smoothie King was definitely not a good one. The guy who rang me up was extremely rude, not helpful, and did not use the reward coupon that I had mentioned wanting to use. He acted like every small, basic question I had (as it was my first time there after all) was an inconvenience to him. He got my order wrong and I had to correct him about 3 times in a row to make sure it was made correctly. I wouldn't mind the higher price on the smoothies since they were decent, but the customer service is abysmal. Won't ever be coming back here again. read more

I'm so disappointed. I always come here and I have an amazing experience with every single one of the girls who work here, especially Rosalynn!! i'm never the type to write a bad review (or any review at all really) or complain but this was genuinely so bad i just have to say something. I came in about 15 minutes ago, there were 2 boys and 1 girl working and only the girl greeted me and said hello. I said hello back and I walk to the register to begin ordering. I could tell the kid was new but what i'm about to write is seriously ridiculous. He doesn't say hello, what can i get started for you, how can i help you, etc. he actually doesn't say anything for that matter and just stared at me until I said "hi!". he said "what can i get for you". i said "can i please have a small angel food slim, substitute strawberry gladiator protein, and add greek yogurt". he doesn't repeat anything back to me or say anything, he's just tapping away at the screen so i assume he was having trouble figuring out how to ring in my order... no big deal. then all he says is "you said angel food?"... i say "yes a small angel food slim with gladiator protein and greek yogurt please".... he doesn't say anything.....i can tell he's having trouble bc he's probably new so im trying to be patient, we've all been there. the nice girl asks him if he needs help and he says yes, she asks me to repeat my order so i repeat it and she coaches him through ringing in my order. he is about to tell me my total and she noticed he didn't add greek yogurt.... okay... no big deal like i said we've all been there the system is probably confusing. finally he gets my order rung in and just looks at me... so i say "oh i also have the app" and he says "ok scan it". i scan it and then i have a $10 bill in my hand ready to pay and he doesn't even tell me my total or anything he just takes my $10 and gives me change, doesn't tell me how much change im getting or anything.... but he gave me $3.39 back and i know bc i come here all the time and get the same thing that my drink is usually around $8, plus i had -$2 from my app so i should've gotten more change if it was rung up correctly. then i get my drink and leave and no one says anything as i walk out. then the kicker is my drink is absolutely just a regular angel food!!!! no greek yogurt no strawberry gladiator... just angel food! like bro pls put me behind the damn smoothie bar i mean come on getting my order wrong is one thing but not even greeting me or telling me how much my total is or how much change im getting back is seriously ridiculous. i don't have my car right now and i almost want to walk or uber back and get a damn refund on this smoothie bc this is fr crazy read more

The two younger people were. She was making/handing out my drink. She wasn't pleasant when I walked in or left. my boyfriend and i found this place by doordashing and were impressed by the menu and pricing. we ended up going back to get drinks for ourselves and love it better then one stop. we decided this was our new favorite smoothie place and didn't mind driving 20 minutes to go there instead of our local one stop. we always get the peanut power plus chocolate, he likes his extra thick with extra peanut butter, and he always asks them to make it that way. the first few times we went the customer service was fantastic, the drinks were absolutely amazing and the wait was only 5-10 minutes. however a few days ago we went in and ordered the same drinks we always do but this time when we got our drinks, my drink was extra thick and his was really runny. he let them know his drink wasn't as thick as he asked for and they kindly remade it, also giving us a $2 off coupon for the mistake. the next day we stopped by and the same girl was working from the day before so she remembered him and made sure there was a note to make it extra thick. the older lady that made his drink first forgot to put extra peanut butter, then forgot to add extra ice to make it thicker. she ended up blending the drink 3 times. once he got the drink it still didn't taste quite right (like it normally does). the older man making my drink went to it to hand me, dropped it on the counter breaking the cup. he told me they had to remake it. no problem. except after almost 30 minutes of waiting, my boyfriend asked how much longer for my smoothie. they were confused that i didn't have mine and had to pull it back up on the register to verify i even ordered it. my boyfriend walked out frustrated that two days in a row they messed up. when he walked out, the employees rolled their eyes. they finally made mine and rudely said here's your drink. they offered no compensation for messing up on both drinks and having us wait 30+ minutes while everyone else got their smoothie. oh, and they made mine extra thick when i never requested that because i hate my drinks thick. sadly, it will be a while before we go back there if we ever do, especially when we were going every few days. read more
