Just got a smoothie here and I'm not sure what the issue is but the smoothie tastes like water with a bucket of ice dumped in it. It's a smoothie, not a slushy! Drives me crazy when I'm paying $10 and they're hole purpose is to make it as fast as they can and they don't mix the drink and there's big chucks of ice in it and it's pure liquid. Somebody teach these guys what the word texture means. It was literally watery with chunks of ice and other ingredients floating around. Is anyone checking their receipts from this place? I saw a "tech fee" of 4% on my receipt after a purchase of a bottle of supplements. I've tried calling the location multiple times over the last few weeks, but either nobody answers, or someone picks up and hangs up immediately. Also, out of the times I've gotten a protein shake here, it's been mediocre at best compared to other locations. The guy working the swing shift is rude every time I go in before 8 pm. I usually stop around 7:30 pm and he sighs and is visibly angry when I walk in. It closes at 8! If I was the owner I'd be quick to reassess keeping him there. It looks like it has been an ongoing problem with previous reviews. I have been to several OSN, and each time I visit this one (because it is right by my home), i end up dissatisfied. I will not be returning. When you walk in, you are greeted with a stench of sour milk. It is humid in the building, so it makes it worse, and the customer service is non-existent. No one welcomes you. I absolutely love one stop! Every single time I walk in (which is quite a lot btw LOL) the employees are always so friendly! I am a gym addict so these shakes are amazing! Tend to have good experiences but, the kids who work there like to close 10-15 minutes earlier than their hours say. They also like to lock the door and stare at you through the front door, whilst being closed 15 minutes early. Just simply change your hours to reflect, it's not tough. read more

I love one stop i enjoy getting shakes here and at other locations. However I am disappointed with my service and shake today. I stopped by today and they were out of almond milk so instead I got oat milk. no problem for me that's ok. I got oat milk, acai caffeine and blueberries meal replacement. She didn't add blueberries and it taste and looks more like a strawberry shake. Both girls working today were not very friendly in my opinion. read more

Stopped in with my husband and he went out and ordered a pb&j and he said the girl didn't seem to know what she was doing. He had to repeat himself and tell her strawberry and peanut butter. He comes back to the car and I take one sip and tell him it's not what I ordered. It was tart, I'm sure some kind of berry but not strawberry. He decided to go back in because it was Mother's Day and he wanted me to be happy. He came back with the somewhat right drink but he said she did have an attitude and even opened up the cup to look at the smoothie? Did you think we switched it up or something? Were you going to sell it to someone else for half price? Lol! The smoothie was decent but not enough peanut butter. And then the "manger" who shouldn't be a manger at all had to step in to make my drink for the 4th time! And not just my drink but another drink I had purchased. There was also another customer who was in line calling me names like a CUNT , BITCH , Degrading things because he thought I was being rude to the employee which I was not at all! Don't waste your time with the shakes here unless you thrive on disappointment! The shakes are flavorless and terrible. I've tried 6 or 7 times to get one I'd like and every time I've received an ice flavored cup of disappointment! The first time I was here the owner was here, that was the first and only time I had a good shake. It seems the owner is never here anymore and doesn't know or care that the quality is garbage anymore. So I guess I'll never come back here again and I'll search further away from my second home to get a good shake. Also, they made it so terrible the last time I didn't have time to have them remake it so I set it on the counter and said it was terrible, then walked out. I had somwhere to be. Not that these greedy pricks cared. But I came back a few hours later after I was done with the thing I had to do and had them remake it, the bastards recharged me for the new shake which was still a failure. This location has a terrible smell everytime we attempt to get a shake here, but it's not as bad as the service. When we walk in, no one greets us. It takes an insane amount of time to get anyone to even acknowledge us let alone make us a shake. Today we were the only ones in the store and again we weren't greeted and it seemed like we were actually more "in the way" of the employees. This morning I attempted to purchase an intra workout supplement. Price tag on top of container was $26 and some change. When I went to check out I was told it was $44 and some change. I pointed out the price tag, and directed the associate to several other containers "same brand different flavor" with the same price. He advise the price went up, and proceeded to pull the price tags off all the other containers. When I asked who the manager was he responded "I am". Love this place! Just down the road and the shakes are always great. It's a regular stop of mine after the gym now and sometimes when I crave a shake! The staff is always nice and helpful and makes suggestions to try things. My kids also love coming here for a more healthy shake treat. Approved across the board! If I could rate less stars i would. I came in and ordered my usual smoothie and requested extra peanut butter and almond milk. The first time I got it, I couldn't taste the peanut butter (it's something you can't really miss) so I asked the asian girl if she could possibly add more cause I assumed she just didn't put enough in. She continued to have an attitude, rolled eyes and proceeded to tell me she'd have to take out the time to fully remake it (which I understand to prevent contamination) so I said I was okay with that and i'd wait. she proceeded to speak with another colleague and they snickered in the corner and then remade my drink. Not a half hour passes by and I realize when she remade it she made it with dairy. I am lactose intolerant and did not appreciate having to deal with that for the rest of the night. They definitely have knowledge about what they have as well. New to the area. I've been to Hi-Health a couple of times. Thought I would try this place to see what they were like. I went to get a 7 Day Detox program. I didn't bring my glasses, so I asked the employee for a recommendation. He obviously didn't listen, he sold me a bottle of detox pills. No program, no start or end date, just a bottle of pills. When I got home and actually looked at the bottle, I knew it wasn't what I wanted. So I took it back. Problem is, they don't accept returns. So even though they recommended and sold me the wrong product, they wouldn't take it back. I got store credit instead. I guess that's one way to make sure you always make the sale. I went back to Hi-Health, they actually listened and sold me what I asked for. I'll use my store credit, but I won't be back after that. read more

The store is large with bright lights and wide aisles. It is always clean. Each time I have visited the same lady is working and she is very helpful. There are many products to fit various needs.
