The staff are great and they're great at their smoothies, but whoever runs this location really doesn't know what they're doing. When you ask for one add-on, they'll slip in another and call it the same thing. Many of the menu add-ons are switch with weird alternative. Sketchy owner, will not be back. Great protein smoothies. Great prices. I stopped here a few times after the gym, while on vacation.

Employees were super nice and patient. The main issue I have with the place is every single one of their bases are fake food. I'd love a whole milk (or even 2%) or whole yogurt (Greek or otherwise) option. I had hope when I saw they had a yogurt option. However, when I asked what kind they use, the employee showed me a bottle of a product that had at least 15 ingredients in it. read more

You wouldn't think pineapple and peanut butter would work well together, but it certainly does in this drink! My regular is "The Stack" with pineapple. It includes 60g of protein, 100 + carbs, 5g of creatine, 5g of Glutamine, Peanut Butter, and Oatmeal. $7 for all that isn't so bad. It's healthier than Jamba Juice Smoothie that has tons of sugar and ice. I love the staff in this location. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. This place is near my house so I stop here almost twice a week before school. read more

I love One Stop. They definitely have the best meal replacement shakes and customer service, I thought. I walk in and the young lady doesn't greet me, which is crazy odd because whoever is working usually does. Then she finally says after a minute or so "be right with you." After she was done with the man ahead of me she says "what can I get you?". I tell her, "Good morning, how are you?". Of course she doesn't respond which I should have just left because she already had a attitude. But I wasn't going to react because I didn't know if the man in front of me was a pain. So I ordered my shake and grabbed an energy drink and proceeded to check out. I work right up the road so I waited to drink my shake until I got to work. Which I should have at least tasted it, because it was not what I ordered. When I got back the young lady looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I told her she missed one of the ingredients and she was like oh yea..... She grabbed my cup and poured it back in the blender and added the last ingredient.... Then gave me back the drink and said nothing. Ok I guess I shouldn't complain because I got my drink made right this time but the young lady off the bat was very rude and short, didn't apologize, but knew she made it wrong from the jump...Definitely won't be going to this location anymore. I wish I got her name, whoever she was, she may need to take some customer service classes. read more

I stop in every night to get a shake since starting my job out that way and they're a great bunch of guys. I don't usually get my supps there but they know a lot about what they're selling and probably will make a change once I run through my stock. It's nice to have a healthy option for Smoothies and good local owners to talk with out that way. read more

I love this location for so many reasons but today especially I just wanted to express how great they are. I, for some reason today, didn't realize that they opened at 8am and of course what time do I show up? 7:30. I was all flustered and disappointed walking away from the locked door when the manager came out, flagged me down, and told me no worries, he would let me in early to make a smoothie for me. It honestly made my day. Such great service from people who actually care to constantly go above and beyond!! Get your butt over there people! read more

I love the meal replacement shakes and flavor is amazing. They take care of you as amazing they are fast and they are super sweet

Protein shakes are very good. I'm very picky with the "chalk" protein taste and these shakes are very flavorful without the chalky taste. The size is pretty large and it does replaces a meal for me. The strawberry post workout is my very favorite. The guys behind the counter are always friendly to everyone that comes in. They have tables inside the store or you can take it to go. I just wish the price was a bit less. read more
