For a Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised there was not more of a wait. I easily spent less than 10 minutes from entering the store, browsing the menu, ordering and receiving my beverage. Went to this location to get a quick smoothie and it took over 30 minutes. There were orders in front of mine but for some reason, it was taking forever. I give 1 star only because I cannot give zero star. There is not much of customer service at all. As we walked in at 5:45pm on a Tuesday (June 7) (no any other customers except us). There are 3 staff members standing chit-chatting right behind the counter with no greeting or anything at all. This is a small store, and we are right in front of them as if we really interrupted their cool coversation. So I will suggest the owner of this store or the corporate to implement computers and machines to make juices rather than hiring human staff because at least robots and machines can be programmed to provide standard customer service. The Jamba Juice culture has been changed over the years. When I first became a pretty loyal customer back in California years ago, there was such a positive vibe drawing me to the stores not just because of the products and juices, but the excellent customer service. This company used to hire very energetic and friendly people providing uplifting and welcoming atmosphere. It was a very positive environment, but this particular store is really topping it off with lack of hospitality and courtesy. read more

This young girl who was supposedly the manager said she didn't know how to give me a refund and ask me to just take the mediums when I wanted 3 smalls and she charged me for 3 mediums. Jamba is one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast on the go. Try their oatmeal. It's great. The special thing I have to add about this location is the great customer service. I really wanted to try the new Apples 'n Green, but I am allergic to mangoes. (Evil, evil mangoes) When the Jamba Juice guy saw my disappointed face, he told me it was no problem to hold the mangoes. Recently discovered Jamba Juice in the past couple months. I can't believe they've been around a long time and I've never stopped into one. This one is closest to work and I've been heading there for lunch for basically a meal replacement drink. I usually add whey protein to the berry workout. That's my fav! The best part about this location is the customer service! All the employees seem to have a friendly face and attitude. Makes you feel good about picking their business to stop in and spend your money. Hey, why not? Someone is being nice to me while I'm spending my hard-earned moolah plus I get a yummy drink that substitutes as my meal. I don't have to pack a lunch and worry about refrigeration, etc. The Jamba Juice is refreshing, cool, and feels my tummy full of yummy goodness. Wow, the Pumpkin Smash lite was delish I might add. Perfect for Halloween season! Yeah, the drinks are kind of spendy but IMHO, is it really different than those who choose to spend $5-$7 on a combo meal at a fast food restaurant or those who spend $5 or more per day on specialty coffee or tea drinks? This is healthier than most fast food deep fried or fatty options. However, you need to be careful of calories and sugar content in this drinks too but they offer light versions. There are pamphlets and nutrition information readily available in the store. If you have any questions or need to modify a drink, just ask! I'm sure they will try to accomodate you. They offer grilled sandwiches now too. I haven't tried one yet but they smell yummy when I'm in the store. Next on the to-do list! There are so many combinations of drinks here I don't think I'll get sick of trying new things for awhile. Plus, I don't have to wash the blender!! Ha, ha, hate doing that at home when I make smoothies. It's almost worth a couple of extra bucks not to have to deal with that hassle of taking the blender apart and putting it back together. Plus, having all the fresh or frozen ingredients on hand in the right combination. Much easier just to roll on into this fast and friendly Jamba Juice and get your juice fix or even your veggie fix if that's your thing! read more

In the mood for a refreshing smoothie and when we entered to get just that it was everything but refreshing! The girl named Riley, working the register didn't greet or acknowledge us as costumers and seemed incredibly annoyed we were even here. After ordering the girl stepped to the side and started picking at her nails then quickly ran to the back and got on her phone while the guy provided our service. She came out, made another appearance and started to again pick at her nails and left him to do all the work. Let's see.... About a month ago, I buy a $10 gift card in this store. I get charged the proper $6 and some + $10 on my credit card. A few days later, I go to get another drink and try to use the gift card. Strangely, they say there is nothing on it. They try many times. Even more strange: the cashier puts the gift card back in the cashier drawer. Wouldn't it be ok to return it back to me if indeed there is nothign on it. That sounds liek a well-palyed scam! To me.
