But holy cow, when I tell you, this is the best açaí bowl I've ever tasted... you better believe it!!!! It is the perfect mix of tart, sweet, and it doesn't go watery too quickly. The bowl was really good. I got a small summit bowl with the lower sugar Acai option. The girl working was very nice but was working alone so we had to wait a bit due to the amount of people/orders. There is very little seating so you should plan to eat it somewhere else. read more

My rating would be closer to 3.5 stars. The place is clean and easy to find. It is rather small and only has 2 tables available inside. The service was good. The Acai bowls were just okay for me. It is in a soft serve form. I ordered the red rock bowl and it was just okay. It's on the sweeter side. The goji berries on top were soaked in a syrupy thick liquid. My friend really really wanted an acai bowl last night so we stopped by. It was 40mins prior to closing time and they were still pretty busy as people kept coming in. The workers greeted us kindly and took his order. He decided on the Brazilian bowl which consisted of mango, strawberries, kiwi, granola, and honey. The bowl was packed and really good. Stepping in I found that the inside of this little place looks almost like a nutrition/gym type of place. Which really makes you feel like you're in for a healthy treat. Healthy treat is exactly how I would describe what I got too! I got one of the big specialty bowls and it was great. I didn't like pineapple so I asked to switch it to mango and the girl was very friendly and helpful. The service here was great, very nice, and makes this place very welcoming! The açaí also tasted great, not too sweet or too icy, but perfect and creamy. I do have one thought tho, I do felt like there was a lot of coconut oil that solidifies and it gets a bit gross at the end! Also it is a pretty pricey place but worth a try! read more

Berry Divine is one of my favorite Acai bowl places! One of my favorite things that stand out about them and make them unique to others is the coconut oil drizzle! If this is your first time I recommend trying something that has the coco drizzle or you can add it on for a small fee. It's a little on the pricey side, otherwise I'd have one every day if I could haha. They have so many topping options and their flavors are unique with a Hawaiian inspired twist! I started out with the Volcano bowl until I recently discovered The Big Kahuna which I love love love! The service was okay. Depends on which locations you go to and who you get I suppose. I was trying to interact with one of the staff members but maybe I caught her on a bad day. Nonetheless, my bowl was delicious and I will be back! The ambiance was clean. Parking never an issue. Pro tip: Substitute the coconut oil for ANYTHING else like honey - I personally don't find the slightest joy in just straight eating coconut oil and that's exactly what you'll be doing because it hardens from the cold soft serve. Don't order the bowls to-go because they will put a lid on it and you won't get as much. Apparently they are willing to sell just the soft serve without the toppings/etc for a discounted price. If getting a bowl, I'd recommend getting the biggest size and sharing it with your group instead of ordering two small/regular sizes. Highlights: I love their acai soft serve - I think it's sooo delicious and just borderlining too sweet and perfect. It's a great texture and consistency as well. The granola is really crunchy and good too - I especially like that they mix the granola throughout the soft serve so it's not all at the top. They also make them super quick! Lowlights: It's a little on the pricier side. The worst part is the coconut oil!! I was seriously gagging after realizing how much coconut oil was in it, there were just CHUNKS of it throughout and especially when I saw the bottom, the coconut oil just trapped all the granola and made this huge "coconut oil cookie." A huge waste of granola and acai if you ask me. I think the mere thought of coconut oil is going to haunt me for a while. read more

Had a very unfortunate experience today at the Val Vista location. I ordered a regular summit bowl and asked for the strawberries to be replaced with raspberries. The service person told me that the replacement would be considered an add-on and that she would have to charge me an extra dollar for the replacement . I've been a customer of berry divine for YEARS. I live down the street to the 16th street location in Phoenix and periodically come to the Val Vista location when I'm on this side of town and I have NEVER had a service person up charged me for a replacement fruit. I explained to the service person that I had never been up charged for this before, and even showed her the normal amount that I pay as I use my cash app to connect to the points system. She did not want to honor the principle of the situation and provided me with the quote, " I don't make the rules". WILD & SAD how replacements are an upcharge. read more

I always come here since the Tempe location is a little bit far from me but every single time I come I'm dissatisfied. I'm for giving chances right but this was so disappointing. Why did I pay $12 for all toppings but tiny bit of acai.
