Why is it that healthy food is more expensive than unhealthy when fruits/vegetable in stores aren't that much? I stopped in here the other week at the end of September for one of their juices. I've been here other times before in the past. Their acai bowls are pretty good. I've tried a few different juices and have always liked the flavors. This time, I ordered the Greenie in a regular size. FYI, their regular sizes are quite large! I feel like it's more of a large than a regular. It doesn't even fit in the cup holder in my car lol. $10.79 is a bit expensive for a blend of fruits and veggies. The drink did last me about 2 days though. The regular size is more worth it than the small. Won't be in often due to price but once in a blue moon. Also got the cute blue cooler bag ($5) read more

The service was great, inside was clean, and we felt it was a fair price for the bowls. Great taste, fresh fruit, and very satisfying! We visited this place every morning for Açaí bowls during our soccer tournament weekend. The four boys I brought requested this place specifically and said their bowls got better each day! I have relocated my Nekter location by Chandler mall. The service here is way better and everyone has an excellent customer service and friendly attitude here. The menus are still healthy and off course there are some holidays favorites that comes to only seasonal to enjoy during the season. I love the healthy choices I have here, it's quite a battle sometimes so you just gotta try them. I haven't had anything bad from their menu so I keep coming back for more! The countless amount of time I go in and out with healthier choices of my favorite diets on my hands are my favorite of the day! I love the clean inside environment, it's welcoming and refreshing. By whim, we decided to pop into Nekter Juice Bar and we got The Little Beet and Watermelon Berry Smoothie. Did you know beets are incredibly high in fiber? I didn't know that. Imagine my surprise 30-minutes later when my tummy started grumbling! It was an unexpected surprise and while I originally thought I was lucky to get a 32-oz. drink when I paid for a 24-oz., I later cursed myself for being so unlucky when I could barely drag myself out of the bathroom. TMI? Get use to it, baby! Hah! So yes, Nekter is a solid place to get some juice. I think I want to try that Pink Flamingo smoothie the next time I pop in. Stopped in for dessert after having dinner Lucky Lou's a couple doors down. This was our first visit. There were 2 women in the store both initially were nice and explained the menu. We ordered 2 ice creams with fruit and nuts. After paying another patron came in and instead of one of them starting our order, they took his order after answering a bunch of his questions. The two women started making the ice creams then seemed to argue. After making one the older gal told us they didn't have the one fruit we both had ordered. Instead of letting us know the younger one just kept making the 2nd one. No refund or substitute was offered until I mentioned we paid extra for each topping. Then I was reimbursed for the missing fruit. The vibe turned sour quickly. We were patiently still waiting. The other patron was brought into the issue by the older gal for no reason. But he did suggest more training could help. We finally got our ice cream desserts which were good ( hence the 2 stars) but it took 20 minutes and the younger gal became short and irritated. So we took ours to go. Don't think we will be back. read more

I love Nekter juice bar! Everything I have ever gotten is amazing. Their juices are delicious, their smoothies are amazing, and their bowls are to die for. I am pregnant and craving smoothies a lot lately and this is my go to place. Their smoothies aren't super thick but not water either. The smaller size of the 2 is pretty filling. Everything they use is fresh which is a bonus. I also love the bowls. They are so delicious and they use fantastic granola. I recommend the good ol classic bowl with strawberries, bananas, and blueberries. It's the best one to try for your first time as well. I will definitely visit again and again. read more

This location is conveniently located next to Chandler Fashion Center, so I hit this up after a bit of shopping before heading on to my next errand. This place has a ton of healthy options to choose from to load up on whatever Vitamin C craving you have for the day. Lately I've been a big fan of the Superfood Bowl. It has goji berries, strawberries, blueberries, bananas... tons of good stuff! We ordered at the counter and our food was ready in about five minutes. Just went here with my husband for the first time and were pretty excited about it after reading reviews and wanting a healthy, delicious drink. We walked in, ordered our smoothie and açaí bowl and after we payed for it, my husband told me that he thought the two workers might've just gotten done having sex when we walked in because the guy was adjusting his pants and the girl was fixing her hair. I didn't notice it myself, but was thinking you know, maybe maybe not. Then we got our smoothie and bowl and we get in our car and I notice a long blond hair coming out of my açaí bowl. Naturally, after what my husband thought happened and then seeing her hair in my food, I walk back in, expecting to get a new one made. PSYCH. As soon as I get to the counter, I look straight back and see the guy fingering the girl. She was sitting in a chair, he was leaned over her, making out with her, and fingering her. I could see everything from the profile view and I stood there for at least 20 seconds waiting for them to realize that I was there. They didn't. So I started walking back to the door and another associate (Anthony)walked in and I explained everything to him, which is when the two associates, (we were told their names are Alex and Malia), realized we were there and started getting their clothes back on. WHAT IF IT WAS A CHILD THAT WALKED IN AND SAW THAT???? Not to mention, all the health codes violated in a shop that makes and distributes FOOD. How absolutely disgusting. Anthony (if thats his real name) was on the phone when he assured my husband that they were being fired right then. But then when we went back to ask his name, the girl was serving people, STILL. So that was clearly a lie. I will be contacting their corporate office immediately. I've worked in the restaurant business and have seen some unsanitary stuff, but I have never in my life been so disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Here's a picture of the refund we received right away after the incident. For the record there's cameras that recorded everything from the time I first walked in and made my order to the time that this happened and I went to get the manager and him and I both walked in together and witnessed the two workers getting themselves back together. The camera also recorded the manager when he refunded me and proceeded to walk outside and call his upper management on the phone regarding this. Believe it, don't believe it. Your choice. Not my problem. My problem is that two people had sexual encounters (in view of customers) and proceeded to handle food for customers...plus during a pandemic in which they are bound by certain sanitization standards. This place is great, smoothies are awesome, açaí bowls, the best I had in Phoenix area, but being charged an extra $1 for being out of an ingredient is definitely NOT ok, especially after I had been asked if the substitute is ok.. It is not the customer's responsibility to ensure your stock levels are in check, if you do not have the ingredients of an offering, and are choosing to substitute the ingredient out of stock with another, in this case almond butter, don't charge me without making me aware of the extra charge or don't offer the original item for sale until your stock has been replenished. read more

I am usually greeted with a smile and a hello however this location has not been up to par my last coupe of visits. I walked in today to pick up my takeout order and I stood at the register for 5 minutes before I decided to take a seat since it was becoming clear that no one would greet me. After I took a seat I watched three other groups come in and wait in line only. None of us were welcomed in, greeted in any form or made aware of any problem that would preclude us from ordering in a timely manner.
