My daughter received an award at school and wanted to celebrate with ice cream. A quick search and this place popped up. The staff was nice and the place wa clean. Pretty simple shakes and Sundays and ice cream. The kids loved it. My browny fudge Sunday was pretty bomb. It was good, great quality chocolate.

Bananas Foster Gourmet Milkshake and Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae.

Had an appointment near this location and had been wanting to try for quite a while. We were greeted immediately and our orders were prepared and ready quickly as well, but we were there during an off hour and were the only customers when we arrived. I opted for the Bananas Foster Gourmet Shake which is described as "Fresh bananas, buttery caramel toffee sauce, with a hint of cinnamon." I was very impressed at how well this shake captured the flavor of actual fresh bananas and not some pale imitation "Laffy Taffy" type of banana flavoring. Actual chunks of banana in there and a perfect consistency that was easy to drink through a straw, but not runny and thin. The toffee sauce was just that and not your typical jarred butterscotch syrup you are used to, just the slightest touch of cinnamon and topped with whipped cream and an amazing wedge of dark chocolate. One of the better milkshakes I've had in a long time. Wifey isn't big on shakes and opted for the hot fudge brownie sundae. "Housemade vanilla ice cream layered with fudge brownies, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and melted fudge." Can't really describe it any better than the menu, all the components listed in perfect proportions. The brownie chunks are the right size and texture to hold up through the very end of the sundae without most of the brownie being a sloppy mess to slurp up if you dare. Very tasty and topped with whipped cream and also a wedge of dark chocolate. I definitely want to return and try some of the other flavors of shakes and sundaes, but they also taunt you with a wide array of chocolate goodies like candy bars, marshmallows and assorted chocolate barks. Highly recommended!

We were pretty excited when this place opened. I normally get the same 'custom' shake every time we come, but this time I opted for the seasonal peppermint and my goodness, it was the bombdiggity! They also make their own chocolates, but I am a bit of a chocolate snob so it is not my favorite. It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. It is a bit pricy, but pretty worth it

They have a great health score online today. Their shakes come in a variety of flavors. I liked the confetti frosted cupcake shake the best so far. It had a unique flavor and texture over the other shakes. You order at the register and they call your name when the shake is ready. Service is fast and friendly.

Dessert - The Confetti Frosted Cupcake milk shake was delicious. I liked it a bit more than the Cookie BROWNIE Fudge milk shake. This is surprising because I normally like chocolate more than vanilla. It might seem a little runny because it is a milk shake. I liked it a little more solid. Atmosphere - No strange or strong odors or smells. I did not visit the restroom if they have one. It was a bit noisy due to the grand opening. A long line outside as well. The inside was crowded too. Despite the crowd, the service seemed fast, maybe due to the samples of chocolate bits. Pleasant temperature inside. I was surprised at this too, due to the amount of people inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot or cold. Service - There were quite a few employees for grand opening I could see. I think they were all needed, otherwise the wait would have been too long. Order and pay at the register. Self seating. The inside was a bit small and had only maybe two tables inside for the grand opening. They had some tables outside. Parking - Surface parking lot. No parking meter or parking structures or solar panels. I would love solar panels over the parking lot to provide shade. I saw that recently at another place I went to. It was amazing. Loved the shade from the heat. Unique - Nothing to add here at this time. Did not see a health rating on Yelp. I like to see health ratings. There are health rating listed online for all restaurants for the public to view.

Met a buddy here, not knowing that this was located here. This establishment has Yummy shakes, with gluten-free and non diary options! A bit pricey for a milk shake though! They have chocolate cake pops and other items which looks yummy but we were afraid to get any since honestly, I don't think that the lady who worked here, even knew what it was made of, I asked if it was chocolate bark but...‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ They sell chocolate pretzels which looked good but, they don't carry white chocolate pretzels. The employee was really nice but seemed rushed almost as if we the customers were bothering her, when all we were doing was playing our orders and waiting. I'm not sure if she was the only one working but they definitely should have at least 2-3 employees working here at a time! A great place to meet for a quick treat and chat. There's plenty of parking onsite. Note: "Hey Lame" is the name of the device that takes photos, please ignore!

Delicious and fun milkshakes! I was surprised how many options they have on their menu. My husband had the chocolate dipped strawberry- and I was amazed how many fresh strawberry chunks were mixed in. The smoothie was light and refreshing (especially for 110 degree day). I ordered the caramel toffee crunch shake and the best part was the chocolate on top and all the toffee mixed in. Even though the line was out the door, the team handled the everyone's order quickly and made the drinks so quickly. This is a fun, family friendly place to get delicious milkshakes!!

Very tidy and love all the decor.

After hearing so many people raving about this place, we decided to give it a try. We went late on a Sunday night and it was pretty busy. The very young staff was welcoming and attentive. The shop was very clean and tidy and well organized. They give out free samples of the chocolates and other snacks that they have which was a big plus. We ordered two of the milkshakes: I got the chocolate cake shake, and my boyfriend ordered a combo of the peanut butter and chocolatier. They came up pretty quickly and oh my gosh they were so good! Just so rich and creamy and flavorful, I couldn't finish mine, but my boyfriend happily did. I have no complaints whatsoever, they definitely do live up to the hype. The only feedback I would give is wishing that the shakes came in different sizes. I understand that's not their operating model, but for somebody who would probably never finish an entire shake, having the option to get a smaller version would help.

My husband said it was the best milkshake he ever had and he drinks them a lot. I wouldn't go that far but I don't love ice cream. My kids also thought they were very good. They have fun flavors and the five of us each tried something different. They run I believe 9 or 10 each. They also have chocolate candy which my son bought a sample of a few different ones It's a fun place and I know my family will go back but certainly not often.

I noticed the Milk Shake Factory in the Fulton Ranch Promenade. The signage and pictures drew me in to this quaint shop. The Milk Shake Factory is only a couple of weeks new. The shop is cute, clean and bright. However, the main attraction is the chocolate confections and the shakes. I was greeted by Destiny, who is very helpful and friendly. She informed me that this is their first location in Arizona. The brand originates from the state of Pennsylvania. They also have two locations in California. Destiny recommended their popular shakes. The chocolate cake shake is their number one seller, along with the peanut butter and chocolate one. I decided to try the bananas foster and it was amazing. It truly tasted like the dessert.. The shakeologists, make everything from scratch. There were chunks of fresh banana, notes of cinnamon and the caramel was perfect. They even put a piece of chocolate on top. Who could ask for more? The shakes are so thick and rich, they give you jumbo straws. I was able to sample their toffee with peanut butter... chef's kiss. I definitely will be back

I forgot to review this one when I went there a few weeks ago, and I forgot the name of the shake I ordered. I think it's strawberry something. Really yummy.

Tucked away in a strip mall in Southern Chandler is The Milkshake Factory. A wide assortment of sweet confections, chocolates and milkshakes. There is also the option of doing fruit with melted chocolate to satisfy your sweet tooth. I opted for a classic staple, a chocolate milkshake. It did have freshly prepared whipped cream on it and it was decent, but not the best. There was a flavour to it that was off, not sure, but possibly from the N2o in the whipped cream. Going with a 4 star on this one.

Chocolate shake split in halves w whipped cream - yum!

The chocolate shake with oreo cookies is delicious! Stopped in again for the shake. Also got vanilla for others, who said it was good.

Left - cookie dough fudge, right - chocolate cake shake

I walked in with my family of five, excited for a sweet treat and in admiration about the Easter decor on display. We were patiently in the back of the line with no behind waiting. While we stood there, Vanessa came out from the side with chocolate caramel samples--super kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. I appreciated her energy right away and thought oh wow they give you samples while you wait cool!! When it was our turn at the counter, I noticed customers before me asking for other samples in the display case, so as a first-time visitor, I figured I'd try one I saw in the display case too. I asked for the open almond caramel with a chocolate bottom but was met with a loud sigh (by another staff member tending the display case chocolates) because I took a second too long deciding between that and another option the marshmallow caramel--- there was no one behind us. Immediately, I felt uneasy and rushed. I went with the almond caramel chocolate bottom--and I'm honestly glad I sampled it because the caramel was much harder than expected and not easy on my teeth. Then my teenage son politely asked for a double chocolate sample, and that's when things took a turn. The associate looked at us and said, in a very sharp tone, "After this, I'm going to have to charge you." She even started pulling out two pieces before I told her we only needed one. It wasn't just what she said--it was how she said it. The tone felt accusatory and unnecessary, especially considering I had already told her this was my first time there. Had I known there was a strict sampling limit, I would have chosen differently from the start instead of taking the caramel sample offered earlier. I then made it verbally clear I was purchasing, not just sampling and leaving and did so by stating that. She then realized how she came off as I'm sure she was not expecting me to say so. In fact, I still went ahead and bought several pieces (and added more), but the experience was already soured. What made it worse was noticing that the same energy was not given to customers before me--if you know, you know. I will not be returning to this location. Vanessa, however, deserves recognition. She was warm, patient, and made the checkout experience pleasant. Unfortunately, her coworker's lack of professionalism and poor communication overshadowed the visit. I had to explain to my kids that sometimes you will run into people like this unfortunately and to brush it off as they were frustrated with the experience as well.

We absolutely love this location inside the Chandler Fashion Center Mall…read more A trip to the mall is not complete unless we make it to this side of the mall to grab our usual - 3 selections each in our own small bag. The employees are kind enough to mark our bags, so we don't get them mixed up. There are so many good chocolates to choose from. I usually go for one chocolate something and a couple of truffles. The wife mixes it up all of the time. Then we look at all of their displays to see what is being featured at that time. And, of course, you cannot leave the store without checking out their lollipops. I go for the root beer one while my wife likes anything that tastes like coffee, like a latte flavored one. Lately they have done some cool collabs too, with other companies like Squishmallows. They had a clear bag that came with several chocolates and some stuffed animals from Squishmallows. Genius. I recommend stopping by to get some treats the next time you're at the mall.
