This is the coolest little shop!! So many different things for the kitchen! They make their own caramel, and maybe more I'm not sure, but it smells heavenly towards the back. My mouth was watering from the amazing aroma of warm fresh caramel. Service was excellent. The woman at the counter was really friendly and warm. I bought some honey that was so delicious, I called the store when I got back to San Diego, then placed an order on their website for a couple more bottles. And again she was so friendly and helpful! While I didn't buy anything in this store, I had a great experience browsing around the store and gathering gift ideas. They have a lot of Arizona themed items, so it's definitely more for the tourists. However, I found the place to be an awesome local small business hub too! Not to mention, the store smells SO GOOD!!! It smells like fresh chocolate fudge in there!!! Parking wasn't friendly on a Friday afternoon at around 2pm, which was a surprise. As I was leaving the bakery cafe, I passed by d'Vine Gourmet's new location in downtown Chandler. Their retail store just moved September 25th from the Promenade in Fulton Ranch off Alma School Road to S. San Marcos Place. This cute store, still sells offer locally made crafts, candles, home decor, specialty food items and custom gift baskets. Their homemade caramels, homemade mustard and wine jellies are also nicely displayed. I left with a jar of black pepper Merlot wine jelly and will soon see how it pairs with a tender steak off my grill! read more

The people working here are friendly and there are unique items available for purchase here. I usually come when I have people from out of state coming and I want to give them a unique gift to remember their visit. Sorry owner Denise. You were friendly, however ... your "artist" or "guest" you had doing the wine tasting made me give the complete store a low rating.... I met up with a girl friend there and decided to stop when Denise waved me in letting me Know about the tasting. I went in and the vineyard owner of "Four Tails Vineyard" was not very friendly (Cochise County) She finally acknowledged me because Denise came... and then my friend arrived. I had already tried her two first wines .... The Rosé was horrible. The Vionier was the wine that probably tasted best. My friend and I were kind of slighted at the fact she was not even pouring enough to taste sand swish on our mouth, pretty tacky. Fast forward my friend and I were down the list of the wine we did sample as we were chit chatting I overhear her telling Denise she was about to close and pointing my way ... saying I wouldn't buy anything anyway. Regardless of what she meant it is freakin RUDE. We finish the bootleg wine tasting, and I bought the bottle. Just because I can. Opened it last night, nothing special. My husband and I dropped in last Sunday after having brunch at First Watch. As soon as we entered the manager welcomed us. She was so kind and genuine. I told her how I've wanted to drop into their store for about a year and how I'm excited to final visit. She told me a bit of the history of the company and gave my husband and I some caramel samples (which were amazing!!!). We had rode on our bicycles that day so didn't purchase anything. The best in customer service. I ordered a thank you gift to be delivered to my friend. I didn't realized i have 1 digit wrong with the address, luckily the house with the wrong address didn't answer the delivery. d'vine Gourmet kept trying while my friend whom i told to expect a delivery waited and waited...all my fault. To make story short, talked to Denise of d'vine Gourmet and found out what happened. All things considered, issue was solved immediately. My friend, the recipient of the delivery was happy impressed of the gift, packaging and all. Next time, verify the delivery address twice. Lesson learned here. My Dad and I come here a couple times a year . Knowing its a bit pricey, We just typically ,look around and buy a couple candies;]. Plus in the past we never were greeted or felt very welcomed ,but this time yay I recognized The Owner from small talking a couple months ago in passing .;] and we had a nice conversation. I'm sorry to be the 1st bad review of this site, but it needs to be said... I walked into D'vine looking for an X-mas present for my Mom when I saw a unique Scotch bottle made into a candle. It was priced at $19 & I left without purchasing. The next day, I kept thinking about how much of a kick my mom would get out of it, so went back in to buy it. When I went back, it was gone, and so I asked Denise (who I later found out is the owner) if she knew if she would be getting any back in before X-Mas. She told me probably not, but to leave my # in case she did which I was happy to do. The next day, I get a call from Denise telling me she made a call & got 5 of them in. I was so grateful & surprised and told her I would be right down. I was busy working, so my wife stopped by on her way home to find that all of these candles (which were the same size and same everything) now to be marked at $32! When my wife asked Denise about this overnight price hike, Denise said snippingly that her artist had "raised her prices" and if I didn't want one now, she would have no problem selling them. My wife calls me from the store, and at this point, it has ZERO to do with $13, and EVERYTHING to do with the principle of this "business Woman". I tell my wife to leave her store and I text Denise about how unprofessional this was & how odd it was that these prices went up overnight (all other wine candle & other liquor bottles in her store were still $19). Denise then calls me to tell me...now get this...How much I have ruined HER day. As a business owner myself, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This lady was ruining MY day, but had the audacity to tell me I somehow ruined hers. She then has a complete change of attitude once I tell her I am a business owner myself, and asks me to please come down & get 1 for the original $19. I agree to do so, but tell her for the 2nd time it is only the one brand of Scotch bottle that I want & to please just continue to hold that one for me for 15 minutes (She had previously said she was Holding all 5). I am half way to D'vine when Denise texts me saying that "some lady has the one you want in her cart"???!!!?? I tell her to go ahead and keep them all and I won't be shopping there anymore at all. I made ONE phone call when I got home & found a local artist who made me a MUCH cooler one in the exact brand of Scotch I wanted for $15... BOTTOM LINE...... Wow..... Locally owned, and operated by my 2 favorite people Denise and Andrew. Every time I go to the store the service is amazing. So friendly and professional. From the wine tastings, treats, jams/jellies, snacks and caramels... I could spend all day there. I have used them on many occasions to send Christmas and Birthday baskets to family that live out of town. I always get a phone call from them telling me it was the best gift basket they have ever received. Why wouldn't they, most of the yummy treats are made in the stores giant commercial kitchen. I always make sure I have the Tequila Lime Habanero jelly in the fridge, as it is my favorite. The Champagne Honey Mustard with Horseradish is a must too. Did I mention that D'Vine has an amazing wine selection (pretty sure I did already). All I can say is Malbec, Malbec, and more Malbec. They introduced me to my now favorite bottle. I usually buy 4 bottles at a time as I worry they might sell out. Just got a new Syrah and Merlot which I cant wait to try this weekend. This is my go-to shop for all local edible gifts! read more

This family owned shop provides outstanding service and some of the best homemade caramels I've ever had! The caramels are so good that you have to stop in close to the day they are made or they will run out! This occurred recently when I wanted a bag to include in a welcome basket. Luckily, the owner had some in the back and quickly put together a bag for me...a great testament to their level of service and focus on the customer. I love this specialty store. We have used them to send corporate gifts, Christmas gifts to out of town family, and to stock up on wine and special items for when we are hosting a dinner party. It is unique because most of the items are all made in Arizona- from jellies, snacks, crackers, sweets, olive oils, etc. It's a great way to send a little bit of Arizona to someone. They owners are easy to work with and one time I just called and said I need a $25 gift with gluten free products. Super easy. So the hours on here are not updated unfortunately. I found them on Yelp when looking for a gift to send my parents. I travelled from Tempe to here on a Sunday, which isn't far but round trip I ended up wasting 45 minutes of my day because they are closed on Sunday's during the summer time.
