This was my third time coming to this shop, I actually had an opportunity to try the cookies and buy some. I was so disappointed to be greeted poorly when it usually feels so warm walking in. I asked for some cookies, the cashier wasn't so nice and messed up my order. :( the cookies were perfect to taste with a group of 4. The minis were so cute so I couldn't be upset! Place was cozy and service was quick. I can't wait to come back to crumbl but maybe not this location.

It was not too sweet, creamy, and the banana tasted fresh. It also had a nice fluffy texture to it. Overall, the pudding was a hit!

Crumbl is not over hyped, anyone who says that hates their life and doesn't have good taste. The cookies are so delicious and worth every calorie. I think it's really neat they change their flavors every week; I'm the type of person who gets bored really quickly so I love the variety. Under 20 bucks for BIG cookies that can last a couple days is a good deal for me. read more

Who doesn't love a cookie?! Who doesn't love a cookie on steroids even more?! Well I do! This place is awesome and MAN the cookies are so good. The regular day to day cookies were incredible but then you add in a featured one? The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially to newbies and the lobby area is always so clean. Crumbl is a pretty standard experience in my opinion, regardless of the location. I know there are some reviews mentioning grumpy workers, but that wasn't my experience--everyone was friendly and helpful. If you go into most places that employ younger kids right before closing, it's going to be a tough time for all involved--haha, that's just my general retail experience. That said, let's talk product. Crumbl cookies are RICH. They're soft, heavy, and packed full of whatever it is you order. One cookie will most likely more than fill you up. Here are my Crumbl tips: order with a group and split the cookies--it's more fun that way. Check the rotating menu; it changes weekly, with only a few standards (like the chocolate chip and the sugar cookie) sticking around all the time. I won't lie--anything non-cookie here (like the ice cream) I haven't been too keen on, but I'm not going to Crumbl for that. I'm going for ridiculously sweet, creative dessert that will most likely delight whoever you're eating it with. They also make great surprise gifts for people having tough days. read more

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. My little sister wanted a Dubai chocolate brownie so we drove across town to get one. They marked them as sold out on the menu but had a whole tray on the counter. When asked how we could get ONE they snickered amongst eachother like little school girls at us and said there was no way to get one unless we wanted to reach across the counter. UNPROFESSIONAL, CHILDISH AND TERRIBLE excuse for an establishment. If you want to ruin your evening and start hating crumbl you should visit this store . Will never set foot in this store again. The cookies were crispy at the edges and a little more soft on the inside. I like cookies that remain soft after a few days. The cookies are huge and they are enough for two or three people to share one cookie. I think it's best to buy the cookies when there are people to share them with so you can try a lot of flavors at once. I personally think the plain chocolate chip is the best. Luckily this is the case because they always have that flavor available. I have some favorite flavors or items at other stores and am sad when the item becomes discontinued. I have tried many different flavors and I can't remember them too well. I had a peanut butter flavored one, a strawberry flavored one, a chocolate flavored one, one with caramel on the top... I recommend not going 15-20 min before closing because the workers were visibly upset. The service they provided was very bad and full of attitude. I will make sure not to ever go right before closing. Customers walked into the store after us and also were not greeted and given the same bad attitude. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. We are used to Afters who puts their donut in a press to warm it. The Biscoff ice cream was like a vanilla with cookie mixed in. I was expecting a more Biscoff forward flavor. The Leslie Knope had a 7 minute wait because they had to make the waffle. I liked that the waffle was warm but it got hard and cold quickly with the ice cream. We decided to just take one and share it and decided on the Frozen Hot Chocolate, which is made with Blue Bell chocolate ice cream, hot cocoa mix, chocolate sauce, marshmallow fluff and a "kosher" marshmallow. I'm just not a big sugar fiend so I found the shake to be extremely sweet and gooey...wife loved it! I didn't try the marshmallow but she said it was good and she could tell it was homemade. We decided we would try the store in Gilbert at some point this summer to see what other goodies they offer. Overall, a good treat and thank you for the free goodie! I am proud to be an American and will not be humilated in front of others who were there or belittled when trying to use our own American currency in our country where it is manufactured and dispensed, so I left without buying their product!!!
