Delicious beignets with a very cute food truck concept! As chocolate is my best friend, next to coffee, I had chocolate beignet which was light and delicious! I also had the dolce de Leche-so Yum! The flavors are spot on! Would have also loved the Nutella I was craving and will try next time!. Love this place and highly recommend.

Super warm , fluffy and the fillings were generous and real tasting . I would go looking around for this food truck to satisfy a sweet tooth craving . The staff was super sweet explain differences for flavors and drinks and their selection rotates.

Tried them today at Gilbert Farmer's Market and was definitely disappointed. Beignets were over fried, hollow, tough and chewy. Very greasy. Not the classic texture you'd expect from a fresh beignet. Couldn't get past the first bite. I will say the pink trailer is adorable!

Saw their truck at the Scottsdale Civic Center. Stood in line for a short time to order their traditional and cinnamon sugar beignets. Huge pillows of powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar sweetness! You can't just eat one. Server was nice. I hope to get more when I see them again at a future outdoor event.

Definitely have to eat these fresh, as it doesn't sit well after a few minutes! The traditional was good , not like NOLA Cafe Du monde but does the trick if you're craving a beignet. To me personally, I think it was too doughy. I'm not a fan of creme filled anything but wanted to give this a try, the filling was a tad too much for me, maybe too much of a vanilla aftertaste in the cream cheese filling.

Yum! I wanted to try these treats forever and I finally caught them at Amadio Ranch. I ordered 4 different flavors: cinnamon sugar, Cinnabon (cinnamon sugar with cream cheese filling), mixed berry and dulce de leche. These were so delicious! They are fried fresh to order and she offers several other flavors. I love supporting local -- the owner does pop ups around the valley so catch her when you can and before she sells out!

Hands down the best breakfast treat in the Valley. If you see them nearby, do not pass them up!! We've been so lucky to have them come to our neighborhood once a month and we are always first in line, in addition to seeing them at the Gilbert Farmers Market. The beignets are delicious, fresh made in front of you, and of course best enjoyed fresh and hot! In addition, the owners are just generally really nice people. You can see they pour thejr heart into their business and do this because they love it

Been wanting to try them out and Sunday I finally did! They came to Anthem which I was really happy about cause I wanted to go to the other locations they go to but it's a bit far. I hope they come back to Anthem! I will definitely buy some more! They are so delicious omg!!!! It reminds me of my moms doughnuts she makes. I got some for my mom too, the mixed berry filling and she loved it too. I love the traditional powder! Also I got cinnamon one which tasted like a churro/Wetzel's cinnamon bites. My brother liked the cinnamon one. By the time I got there they were sold out! Good thing I preordered.

I have had beignet babe before at the Phoenix farmers market and had a craving and there was a pop up in the west valley at enroute coffee. I put in an order and everything was made on the spot. There are a lot of flavors of fillings to choose from and also traditional and cinnamon sugar that are not filled. These are fluffy warm delicious beignets made perfectly. I wish they were not so far. We got an order for our house and an order for my parents. We got traditional non filled that are topped with powdered sugar. They are our personal favorite, sweet and fluffy and not too much. We also got vanilla filled, Cinnabon, chocolate and the flavor of the month which is spiced hot chocolate marshmallow. If you have a craving for a beignet definitely give them a try. The prices are on point and they are amazing tasting!!

Fun find at the Farmer's Market!

We found these at the Farmer's Market in Phoenix, and are so happy we did! They were really amazing! One of the best things I have gotten at a Farmer's Market to this day, and we have been to a lot! The service was pretty good, but was a little disorganized. There were several people that were waiting awhile for their orders. With all that being said, we would get these again if we were in the area!

Can't say enough good things about Beignet Babe! First time trying out these delicious treats and they were packed with flavor. We tried the cinnamon sugar and blueberry lemon filled beignets. Omg, the fruity filling was delicious and the cinnamon sugar was simple with just enough sweetness. Unfortunately I didn't get to try them fresh outta the fryer, but that didn't take away from the flavor nonetheless. Next time I have to make sure to eat them right away! Mmm nothing better than warm doughy goodness.

I had known about this place for a while but did not know they had a whole merch section as well as many other goodies besides dairy products. Thankfully, it wasn't too busy so we were able to walk right up to the counter and begin ordering. The woman behind the counter asked us if it was our first time in and then proceeded to be the kindest person ever and give us as many samples as we wanted. She explained their yogurt-making process, how often they made new batches each week, and the nutrition breakdown of the flavors as well. I sampled the honey lemon flavor, which was nice and smooth. It had that sour taste to it (it IS greek yogurt after all). I also tried the coconut, which was not my choice, the woman said that was her favorite and handed me the sample spoon lol. I don't even like coconut but I thought it was a nice coconut flavor. My mom decided to order a small container of the peanut butter flavor and the honey date flavor. She added honey granola on top. I also ordered the caramel flavor and honey date flavor, with granola and banana slices on top. My brother ordered the strawberry shortcake smoothie. The yogurt was creamy and tasty. The peanut butter was by far my favorite. I felt that the caramel and the honey date kind of tasted the same, so mixed together it worked fine. The granola was crunchy and sweet, and the banana slices were perfectly ripe. My brother loved his strawberry shortcake smoothie. The total came out to $26 dollars, which is kind of steep in my opinion, but it is fresh, homemade Greek yogurt with as many toppings as you want essentially.
