They were a vendor at the recent Queer Summer Market event in Phoenix so this is about their food truck offerings as opposed to their Gilbert location. They were offering free milkshakes to the first 100 participants and we were lucky enough to score one of those gifts! We decided to just take one and share it and decided on the Frozen Hot Chocolate, which is made with Blue Bell chocolate ice cream, hot cocoa mix, chocolate sauce, marshmallow fluff and a "kosher" marshmallow. I'm just not a big sugar fiend so I found the shake to be extremely sweet and gooey...wife loved it! I didn't try the marshmallow but she said it was good and she could tell it was homemade. We decided we would try the store in Gilbert at some point this summer to see what other goodies they offer. Overall, a good treat and thank you for the free goodie! Toasted Mallow is basically what would happen if a marshmallow decided to live its best, most over-the-top dessert life. Everything here is sugary, fluffy, and delicious. If you're in the mood for a serious sweet treat, this place absolutely delivers. The whole concept is so fun. They've reinvented the classic marshmallow with a full s'mores bar where you pick from the menu and they build and toast it right in front of you. Between the gourmet marshmallows, cupcakes, and milkshakes made with Blue Bell ice cream, it's basically a sugar lover's playground. My daughter ordered the Cookie Monster shake, which was as outrageous as it sounds. She walked out with a full-on sugar buzz and a bright blue tongue, which honestly felt like a childhood rite of passage. Mission accomplished. Is it a day's worth of calories? Probably. Was it worth every bite? Absolutely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is cute and really clean, which makes the whole experience even better. I'll admit I'm a little relieved we don't live down the street anymore because we definitely need the recovery time between visits. But when the sweet tooth hits, this place is a blast. read more

Wow this place is amazing!!!! Our first time going and we all got milkshakes! They were absolutely so delicious and made with so much care and love! The homemade marshmallow fluff and little toasted marshmallow was an extra treat to these beautiful milkshakes! The decor and vibe here is colorful and fun! The cupcakes are absolutely gorgeous and look like artwork! This place needs more exposure for how good it is! Maybe a big marshmallow mascot outside waving people in. Service was so good and friendly! I follow them on Tik Tok and the owner seems super cool and kind. I immediately wanted to support them when I saw her videos. Toasted Mallow continues to be a favorite spot to grab some local treats (great for a gift, grab bag, etc -- I actually used some treats in a gift wrap bow recently!), snag a sweet treat for yourself, or sit and enjoy some sweets with a friend. The shop is small and really cute with around 6 tables and they wisely provide wet naps so you can clean any sticky off your hands. Tricia the owner is often there and easily recognizable from TikTok. :D But all the staff are really nice and knowledgeable. They have a ton of options from coffee and energy drinks to build your own smores along with cupcakes and packaged mallow goodies. My favorites continue to be the Frozen Hot Chocolate -- this is seriously the BEST chocolate shake anywhere IMO!, the cookie dough bombs (Tricia says to flambe / roast them but I've never tried it!), and the salted caramel mallow pie (this is in the packaged area and makes a great breakfast snack.). The store is located just north of all the downtown Gilbert busy-ness, and has easy parking. Stop in and try the Frozen Hot Chocolate! read more

Wow oh wow is this place good. First they have so many things to try. From cupcakes! Ice crea, cookies, drinks, marshelmmos and more!! Staff is so nice and so many fun flavors and combos. What I love most about them is that they toast their marshmallows in such a way that I enjoyed it a lot. The milkshake cost me $9 but it was absolutely delicious. This was so fun! I loved all of the different choices, toppings, and fresh fluff available for sweets. From shakes to cupcakes to cake bites to smores. The littles loved it, and the shakes to enjoy. We decided to get a flight of 6 cupcakes for $23. We tried the pumpkin cheesecake, biscoff, red velvet, mocha caramel, strawberry, and smore. I highly recommend the pumpkin cheesecake. They had surprise fillings and were so soft. Delicious isn't even the right word. It was perfection. Service was 10/10. Quick and helpful. I can't get enough of Toasted Mallow and I keep forgetting to come here more often. I love that their marshmallow fluff and cremes aren't extremely sweet. I think they strike the right balance of sweetness. Their baked good are super delicious as well. I'm bummed I only remembered the one picture but my son really enjoyed their Oreo cupcake. I live in Tucson and anytime I'm in the area I spot in here. This last time it was when I was in my way back. Being super hot I took a risk and brought more home than I really should have (I really don't need the calories but it's so yummy!). I am absolutely amazed with Toasted Mallow they went above my expectations. My daughter wanted a k-pop demon hunter cake for her birthday and Toasted Mallow delivered. Not only are their cup cakes beautiful but they are also moist and delicious. The owner came out and gave me and my daughter two free cupcakes while we were waiting for shakes, and made us feel welcome during our whole visit. The prices are more than reasonable. Holy marshmallow. If you like sweets and marshmallows this is the spot. I got my kids some chocolate covered marshmallows and I got myself a marshmallow coffee. After letting the coffee sit for a minute and mixing it all up, it was a delightful sweet treat getting little chunks f marshmallow in my drink. This place makes great cupcakes. Been loyal for years. Last week I preordered for Mother's Day and got them delivered. Apparently they hired door dash for the delivery. The guy that delivered them didn't ring the door bell. Just placed them on the porch in 90 degree heat. So we got melted cupcakes, topped over to boot. I called to complain but was told it was a problem with door dash and not their issue. If I had a choice in who delivered it I could go with that, but I didn't. Ok, I have had a chance to eat ALL the marshmallows I purchased (6 in a bag for $10). My feelings: Marshmallow was soft but could've been 'fluffier' and had a slight aftertaste of possibly coffee as couldn't quite describe it. My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a long time, because who doesn't love delicious perks and this being an LGBTQ friendly spot is just a cherry on top!!! We were greeted by the sweetest owner who explained all the different items! We just finished lunch, so we're just looking for a little treat! We purchased a fluffagato which was espresso over ice cream and fluff. The fluff was my favorite part. The marshmallow had such a sweet; fluffy texture to them. Literally the perfect mallow!! Then my wife decided to get a chocolate cake bite and she really liked it as well! We were able to get a little treat and espresso for 10$. Totally worth it; we can't wait to come back to try more! Was craving a shake to cool down from the heat and stopped by Toasted Mallow for a cookies and cream shake with PB and a Cookie Monster shake with cookie dough. These were so sweet and delicious. The marshmallow fluff makes the shake super thick and yummy. The shop is small but the cashiers were so sweet and even let me try a sample before I ordered my shake. This place isn't anywhere near my house, but I saw the collab the owner did with JL Patisserie on TikTok so decided to do a side quest on Sunday. The chocolate dipped marshmallows were really yummy. My daughter and I split the oatmeal cream pie and we both loved it. We also got two cupcakes for after dinner. I had the strawberry cream cupcake which was moist and delicious. My daughter had the vanilla cupcake. She's not a huge frosting fan, but she thoroughly enjoyed the cupcake and it was loaded with frosting. If you're looking for efficient service, they got you. We were a tad confused on which door to enter (we of course chose the one that's more on the exit after ordering side) and the display cases were kind of higher up than one might expect so it was hard to see the customer service person (I'm 5'10" so I can only imagine what it would be like for some of my friends who are between 5' and 5'4"). We didn't especially feel like we wanted to sit and linger, but if you're in the mood for some delicious, sugary treats, this place has your back. read more

My daughter and I love "The Fatty" which is a s'more that has a fruity rice krispy as the base. You then choose your flavor of marshmallow and then what kind of chocolate you want then they torch it and it just ooey gooey goodness! So fun and so yummy.
