Got their LARGE Bundt Cake for my daughter's birthday. I ordered and paid for it over the phone. It was a little more than I expected, but that's okay. I wanted to pickup the cake on a certain date and around a certain time. When I went to pickup the cake, it was ready. We took it to the restaurant we were having lunch. The food was "interesting". Biting into my slice of the cake, oh my goodness, it was heavenly. It was a perfect moistness. The frosting was delicious. This is a 5 star out of 5 star for the Red Velvet Cake. It would've been perfect had I had a huge piece of leftover to eat at home. I'll just have to come back and get more mini cakes. I highly recommend. read more

BE AWARE OF FRAUD!!! The company lies on website and staff members and owner lies when they tell you "we will make this right." Tried to give owner opportunity to fix problems and make it right. He failed to follow through on his statement he would make it right. I completed a online order for a cake. The website indicated that I would get reward points for my order. I ask via online chat and was told I would get points by using my receipt. That didn't happen. I sent an email to corporate and got a response from Pam, who stated I would not get my points. I contacted the owner Sean and spoke to staff member Sasha, . Sean said he would have manager investigate. Megan called and left voice message. Yesterday I treated myself to personal size Bundtlet. When I get labs done I allow myself a treat of my choosing. I went with the raspberry lemon Bundtlet. 7/22 Update: We ordered 4 boxes of the bundtinis and bought a couple of the little bundt cakes to try (S'Mores and Cinnamon Roll). The new flavors were good. Unfortunately the seasonal bundtini box we ordered did not include the s'mores as the website said it would. We got a standard box of flavors instead. I didnt get a chance to take a photo because we opened the boxes up to quickly serve to our party guest. I recommend checking your order before you leave the store! We are disappointed our guests did not get to try the seasonal flavors. The staff should have told me they ran out, so we could replace with flavors we like. read more

While the customer service was well above-average and the quality of the product was excellent as always, my pick up order was ready an hour late, for which I stood in the store for 20 minutes. I am pretty sure the people in back started my order after the person in the front went to get my order. When she returned, she stated "it was almost ready." As I waited, I saw 6 people come in to pick up orders who were in and out in 5 minutes. I also saw 2 Door Dash orders ready and picked up, so I learned that I should have Door Dashed my order if I wanted it on time. I am disappointed that nothing was done to "make it right" - just an apology or acknowledgement that was not ok - even after I contacted them via their website with some feedback. As my grandmother would say, "someone is too big for their britches" with the recent opening of new location. Cakes are good but you better make sure you get the flavors everyone will enjoy. Once you walk out the door, they have a strict policy that you will not be allowed to bring anything back to exchange for another flavor even if it has never been opened and has their seal still intact. read more

This place has been around a long time and I only first tried it a few weeks ago. I was going to a party and needed to bring something sweet. I didn't realize they have more than just large bundt cakes! They have mini cakes, and cupcakes they call buntinis. They come in a variety of flavors and some seasonal flavors as well. I placed an order online at 3:15pm and it gave me the earliest option to pick up same day at 4pm. And it was not a quick order. Tiered cake, both cakes with drizzle frosting. I was about 15 minutes late but it was brought out quickly. Here's what I love about NBC...they are quick, their cakes are pretty and easy to dress up if you want more pizazz, and they are consistent in flavor and texture. To be clear, the picture below is a product of my dressing it up but NBC makes it so easy. Also, I'm not sure those flowers I used are edible so obviously we didn't eat them. Not impressed with the shrinkage of product and the reasoning I was given by 2 store employees is that the cake bakers don't want the frosting to hit the top of the container. Stupid nonsensical reason and dumbest excuse I've ever heard. A good way to lose business and customers for sure. I purchased a bundlet earlier this afternoon excited to try the lemon blueberry flavor of the month that only contained about 3/4 of the container filled with cake. I have been purchasing nothing bundt cake bundlets since 2012. Every bundtlet I've ever purchased, with the exception of today's purchase, has had the entire container filled almost to the very top with cake and frosting hitting the top of the container. The inside of the plastic cake container even has a significant amount of empty space because the cake has been noticeably reduced in size. Shameful and ridiculous! Over the past 5-6 years; the flavor options and varieties have really gone downhill, the cake itself is not as moist, many of the bundlets I've purchased over the past several years have been dry and bland that I ended up throwing out. Nothing Bundt cakes has not only increased their prices but the quality of their cakes have steadily gone downhill. The employees at this location come across inept and a bit unprofessional and have no idea how to answer simple questions from customers. So the fact that no one at this location can legitimately explain why their cakes have shrunk and decreased in size, while the cost of their cakes have increased is a joke! This is the nail in the coffin for me.. I won't be returning to nothing bundt cakes and will be taking my business elsewhere to other far superior bakeries and cakeries who don't increase their prices on subpar products, know how to bake cakes better, aren't stingy with the amount of cake they make for customers and have better flavor options and ingredients that actually taste outstanding producing very most and delicious cakes. Do better nothing Bundt cakes! Your cake products are subpar at best and you are starting to look like crumbl cookie 2.0 and Krispy Kreme donuts who expanded too quickly and ended up having to close down a ton of stores due to less demand of their products. read more

The bundt is always marvelous. The last time I went just recently, the store was crowded and a lot of customers were coming and going. The parking lot was a bit dangerous. They must have a lot of employees because I was able to talk to one quickly and get my order taken fast despite the crowd. The employees were great! I miss the samples they had in the back because they would sometimes have a special flavor I hadn't tried. I bought the special pumpkin flavor and it was good. I liked that it was unique. I get bored of the standard ones now. The strawberry and cream actually reminds me of captain crunch cereal. The white chocolate raspberry is very sweet. I don't find there to be too much unique about the red velvet or the chocolate or the marble. I also got a cinnamon which was a bit plain for me as well. Placed an order for pickup yesterday evening for a cake, bundlet, bundtinis, and balloons. 6/20 balloons were already deflating this morning by 830 and when I emailed to ask for a refund on one of the balloon orders (they come in a pack of 10), the Manager called me right away.
