The Santan Village location has consistently provided excellent service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick. For the uninitiated, it is wet on the bottom. The cinnamon flavor really pops out in the top, and it is really sweet. Very soft and sweet. Not your typical cookie. Very much a cake and not a cookie. Chocolate cake batter - A rich chocolate cake batter cookie swirled with fudge frosting and topped with chocolate cake batter cake balls and vibrant sprinkles. I microwaved it for ten seconds. I thought it tasted like it had a little cherry in it. I did not like the flavor very much. This is surprising because I love chocolate. Also surprising since there should be no cherry flavor in it. Wafer ft. KIT KAT® - A classic cookie filled with crunchy KIT KAT® pieces, topped with a pool of milk chocolate and more deliciously crushed KIT KAT® pieces. KIT KAT® product is produced by The Hershey Company under license from Société des Produits Nestle S.A. Vevey, Switzerland, Trademark Owners. I liked this one the best. The filling of the cookie was unique with the kit kat inside. I like Kit Kats. It was like a regular chocolate cookie but with crushed Kit kat pieces included. I microwaved it for ten seconds. I might need to microwave it for slightly longer like 15 seconds. My favorite is the Twix shortbread. read more

Really disappointed with the online order we placed with Crumbl. My sister and I ordered four boxes of the Minecraft cookies. When we got here, there was a sign on the door saying that they were out of Minecraft cut outs. The cookies were given to us in the pink crumble boxes and not the Minecraft boxes. When we looked at the cookies, only one in each box had a Minecraft page cuter on it. One of the workers came out to tell us that they're sorry that the order wasn't what we expected, but that they've been out of Minecraft items for a long time. We asked why nobody called us after we placed the order online and paid for it to tell us that we couldn't get what we ordered. She said that they have no control over the Internet orders and left it at that. They didn't offer any compensation or anything for the fact that we didn't get what we ordered. We played a premium price for regular cookies pretty much. We are kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place because we purchased these for a child's party today. We won't be coming here again. read more

I visited this Crumbl location back in February. Their special for that week included a tres leches cake. Being a huge fan of tres leches cake, I couldn't resist trying it. The service was quick, and I was in and out in less than ten minutes, which is pretty typical for Crumbl locations. The staff were friendly and efficient. While I've tried Crumbl cookies before and liked them, this time I opted for just the cake. I immediately took a bite as soon as I was in the comfort of my car. The cake was sweet and light, just as a tres leches cake should be. It may not be in my top five list of tres leches cakes, but I must say I was impressed. I didn't have high expectations for a tres leches cake from Crumbl, but it was enjoyable and the portion is great for sharing. read more

The workers took our order and we got our cookies in less than 2 min. The shop is small and there's no seating available. Overall, yummy so a nice treat for every once in awhile. read more

This place has been nothing but problems the last few times we have ordered. Several weeks ago, I ordered on line thru their app. and didn't receive what I purchased. After returning home my husband had to go BACK to this location and let them know it was the wrong order! The young man that came to the counter condescending said: "well, that's the name on it" and my husband said: "correct, but this isn't what we ordered" (plus I had paid "extra" for the Tres Leches 2 & those weren't even in the box). The employee then proceeded to take the box to the back and my husband and other customers heard another young man (employee) say: "O' great, now I can have a Carmel Apple Cookie tonight"! Most everyone who heard this was shocked! So unprofessional and rude! One customer told my husband that because it was their fault and he had to make a second trip back, they should have allowed him to just keep the original box and give us our correct order! This week we thought "Ok" let's try this again as we absolutely LOVE their butter cakes! It's our favorite thing thus far on their menu. I ordered again through the app and my son went to pick up. It was a process in waiting as they were extremely busy. So, our estimated wait time was much longer than expected. When my son came home, we removed the sticker & opened the box only to see an absolutely melted mess. This is a franchise location. You can't seem to get a hold of the owners! Seems they ignore their customers as I've tried to get in touch with them multiple times! There is no local email for this store. Corporate is even difficult to access as many of the phone numbers and email address aren't active. If you have an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. I will no longer go to this location- that is the closest to me. I will change the pick up spot on their app. and hope for a better outcome in the future. If it's not successful, Crumbl will no longer be an option for our family. read more

We just moved to Casa Grande but I work in Mesa, my daughter has been dying to get the Dubai one, so she asked if I could pick up her order, I was having car trouble, so I called the store and asked if they would be able to bring it to the car the gentleman that answered was like Ohhh of course, just call me when you get here, super sweet and super nice. I selected the lemon poppy seed, sea salt toffee, raspberry cheesecake, monster cookie, Texas Sheet Cake cookie and the classic pink sugar. Warm, fresh, sweet and delicious they are! My favorites being the sea salt toffee and raspberry cheesecake. Surprisingly to me, the monster cookie came in last place. Having opened this location in Feb of 2019 it has been the fresh cookie shop to go to in the area for a while. Now there is a competitor only half a mile away. read more

What a frustrating experience. Not only were the employees goofing around but they took their sweet time getting my order out as well as the store smelled absolutely terrible. But I looked past that until I got home and looked at one of my cookies...absolutely disgusting. I had my suspicions when I watched them take a cookie out of my sight over a trash can then proceeded to put in my box on the other side of the store. Another issue is the dress code...or lack there of.. one female employee was wearing tight booty short spandex...very inappropriate for a place of operation. Anyhow, I went back and showed them how gross it was and the girl was rude and sarcastic about it...when she was the one who had made it in the first place...and been wearing inappropriate clothing to a workplace involving customer service.
