There were four cookies sent to me and they were from this location of Crumbl Cookies. The cookies were two chocolate chip cookie, one strawberry shortcake, and birthday cake. All of the cookies were huge and delicious. They were not super sweet and did not disappoint given the size of each cookie. I would recommend any of those cookies if you're not sure what to get. I came back at a later date to just have a chocolate chip cookie and it was still delicious to me. The staff was friendly to me and it was an overall great experience. The cookie was fresh so it definitely should be devoured immediately if possible. I will try out more cookies in the future. Great cookies and I'll be back here! read more

---Metal Shards in my cookies--- Yesterday I stopped in for a box of 4 cookies. When I opened the box to start eating I noticed on the cookie there were little metal shards. I picked them up and indeed there were metal pieces in my cookies. I obviously don't feel comfortable eating the remaining cookies. I emailed Crumbl and sent photos, they said we will send you a coupon for ONE FREE COOKIE. I found metal in my cookies. 1. I should get a complete refund. 2. One free cookie is not satisfactory when I ordered a box of 4. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service and response with Crumbl. I expected more from this business. read more

I came here because I was in the area and wanted to try the French toast cookie. The store itself was very clean inside and the people working there were actually nice. I payed with cash and the person working the register could actually count change! The cookie was ready very quickly; there was absolutely no wait time. When I got into the car with the cookie, a ton of syrup oozed out of the corner of the box! It got all over my hands and all over my pants! Thank goodness I had a towel on my seat due to the July heat because it leaked all over that too! It would have ended up all over my letter seat. I would have given a 5 star rating if it had not been for the leaking cookie! I had to go immediately home to go clean up the mess. The cookie was good, but it was too messy! Next time, I will be bringing a sealable bag to place the cookie in immediately upon receiving my order. read more

It was our first time with Crumbl, our friends gifted a box of half a dozen cookies. As the box arrived, we couldn't wait to open it. The cookies were packed really well and there were instructions on warming and storing. Our first impression was these are some big cookies. I couldn't wait any longer and heated up to indulge these yummy cookies. As the name says they are a large chunks of crumbl and oh my they are delicious. The cookies are large, crispy on the sides and chewy in the center, super fresh. So glad we got to try them. *Shop local franchise* A pink box of delicious cookies has become a recent staple on our countertop, though it doesn't stay filled for long. The weekly sampler (Crumbl Box) assortment of cookies has us a bit addicted, especially while weathering the storm of Quarantine 2020. The Cookies: The texture and thickness of the cookies is cake-like and quite decadent. Either they are filled with delicious flavors and ingredients like M&Ms, chocolate chips/chunks and peanut butter or they are topped with a frosting or sugary topping of some sort. Each week there seems to be a new theme, or you can still pick and choose your favorites from the handy app. I have been impressed with nearly every cookie variety I've tasted, with a preference for those ones that aren't too chocolatey. The Pick-Up: I have done both delivery and take-out. The curbside pick-up option is really handy and will save you a few dollars on delivery/tip fees. Each time, I have experienced very friendly and professional service. There was one exception where the cookies never arrived via delivery. I called the local store and told them what happened. They quickly apologized and told me they've been having trouble with their delivery vendor (Door Dash). The manager offered that I come by for my order instead, which worked out ok in the end. We placed an order for delivery and wrote a short message on it. When we checked out it had the previous message from our previous order from last year for I don't know why and what reason. I called the store immediately to ask if they can change the message but the girl who picked up the call said our order's been picked up already and she can't do anything about it. Such a lazy worker. For sure she just didn't want to do extra work. Like it's so hard to print out a sticker with a short message on it. 10mins later, I got a text that the delivery guy JUST picked up our order. What a terrible customer service! read more

The employees are super friendly and helpful. That is never an issue. There does seem to be a problem with quality control, however. A few months ago, we contact Crumbl bc there was a moldy raspberry on a cookie. We never heard back. Today, we got a cookie that was missing all the toppings (no honeycomb candy on the honeycomb cookie). The best cookie they have is a cornflake marshmallow peanut butter treat, and that makes up for a lot of other disappointing flavors. read more

Had a cookie craving in quarantine and Crumbl delivered (physically, and in terms of approval). I got the chocolate chip, buckeye brownie, chilled coconut lime, and hazelnut churro. They were all really good! I actually was unsure about the chilled coconut lime when ordering it and it turned out to be my favorite - it was nice and cold and the frosting was so refreshing. I'm normally a hot and gooey chocolate chip lover so I really was surprised I loved this one so much. My next fav was chocolate chip. Probably equal between the last two but definitely all were good. UPDATE 4/22: had chilled sugar cookie, Oreo, chocolate chip, and chilled Twix. Liked 3/4 but hated chilled Twix. It was just straight up thick caramel on top and hard to eat. Liked the test though! Good cookies, but highly overpriced! At Crumbl, for about $11, you can get a box of 4 cookies (individual cookies run about $4). They have 6 types ... the Sugar & Chocolate Chip cookies seem to be two of their permanent ones. The other 4 types vary over time. We've tried both the Chocolate Chip and Sugar cookies along with S'mores, Raspberry Cheesecake and Muddy Buddy. All have been tasty. The cookies are large and soft with a crisp outside and chewy center. Overall, if you're in the mood to treat yourself, try out this spot. They have rewards but you cannot combine the points you earn between locations. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. I was immediately greeted by a young, bubbly staff when I arrived. I let her know it was my first visit and she gave me a brief overview. Everything looked amazing and as much as I wanted to get one of everything, I settled for two of the fan favorites: tres leches and BTS. The BTS comes with a cocoa cookie, caramel, whipped topping, caramel drizzle, and toffee. The tres leches comes with boneless cookie, sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and cinnamon sugar. Both were delectable! I think the BTS has to be my favorite between the two, though. Loved the caramel drizzle and toffee toppings. I knocked a star for the price. These two cookies were just under $20. I would definitely return, just not very often.
