Ham and Swiss, the ham was just a single thin slice of deli meat. The cinnamon roll also missing something... maybe more sugar and better quality cinnamon? Perhaps salt in the dough? I'm not sure how they prepare theirs but definitely looked better than it tasted. Raspberry pop tart was my favorite item! Husband had no complaints on the cupcake.

At $9.50, I'm good for awhile! We also tried the soft lemon blueberry cinnamon roll which also came in several different flavors. Their sandwich bread is also quality; we enjoy the honey whole wheat. They have a rewards card to buy 10 loaves of bread (or challah, sweet bread) and get 1 free. They also donate their leftover goods at the end of the day to a homeless shelter. We bought a loaf of Power seed for $3.69 which is great price. They also had $2 loaves that only had one day left on the due date which I thought was strange but I guess people buy them. I know they're vegetarian, but I wanted to double check with her. She responds as "vegetarian means no meat, right"? All employees working at a food establishment should know what vegetarian means. This was quite baffling to hear. I asked her for a new slice because the one that was out on display was visibly burned and the other slice was touching pepperoni from the meat pizza. As mentioned, I'm a vegetarian. Therefore, I could not have either one of those slices. She proceeds to say that's how the pizzas are. They are slightly burned because they are so sourdough. While I can accept this answer, I do not accept the fact that she would not be willing to give me another slice as a paying customer. She insensitively said she can't give me a new one until all the old slices are taken up. She mentioned that this is their procedure. According to this, they are saying that they will not provide a proper product unless the old, damaged product, or unacceptable by the customer is used up first. If this is their business model, then it is apparent they do not value customer service. This business should have the competence to understand that if they want to sell a product, they cannot sell it in a condition that the customer is not satisfied with. Most importantly, being a vegetarian, they should have the sensitivity to understand that if a slice is touching the meat product then they cannot consume it. And again, the employee completely disregarded my health and religious beliefs by not accommodating me. You usually won't encounter problems when you're just trying to buy bread. However, it reflects on the business's employees greatly when there is a problem and they do not value customer service by resolving or accommodating the customer's satisfaction. I will be switching to Noble exclusively. Especially since it's so readily available at the farmers markets and stores.
