D.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s milkshakes............period. Yesterday, we dropped by the newest Gilbert location. The first spot in AZ opened in Chandler nine months ago at Alma School and Chandler Height Roads. Nestled behind the Hilton Double tree and Tru hotels on San Tan Village Parkway is a 40 plus seat chocolate/shake shoppe. This multi generation, hand spun milkshake sweet store is charming and clean. The service was friendly with free chocolate samples given! This wet my appetite for more creamy sweet chocolate! I ordered a Chocolatier shake. Most concoctions on the menu are $8 +. The chocolatier was no different at $8.65 but I forgot about the Alexander Hamilton I just dropped after sipping on this indulgent thick shake. The rich cocoa, semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted fudge, oven-baked fudge brownie and ice cream incorporated in a cup was magnificent! Yelper tip: For their official grand opening on Saturday April 11 noon-4pm they will be offering buy one get one free shakes. (While supplies last.) Go get your cup of happiness.

Super cute location! This was my first time trying them out and I enjoyed stopping by. We were kindly greeted as soon as we walked in. I looked over the menu and decided to go with a regular strawberry shake. My mom accepted their chocolate sample and the chocolate was really good. We sat down and waited a few minutes. They called out my name as soon as my shake was ready. The strawberry shake was really really good. It wasn't too sweet - just right. It was creamy, not too runny, and it tasted like a perfect strawberry. There is seating inside and also seating outdoors in the plaza.

My family and I were able to attend their grand opening. It was great to see that this was a family run business and it looked like everyone was helping out that day, including the kiddos. Everyone was friendly and the line moved fast. The Milkshake Factory is located in a new development area in between San Tan Village and Main Event. They offer an array of chocolates, traditional and gourmet milkshakes. We decided to share a classic strawberry milkshake and their s'mores milkshake. It definitely satisfied our sweet tooth. I love that they offer split cups, making it easier for sharing. They offer indoor and outdoor seating with an adjacent grass area with lawn games. We are happy to see this milkshake factory in our neighborhood and look forward to coming back soon.

Super cute place! Tasty milkshakes. They are definitely fancy, with chunks of chocolate or fruit. We got to sample some of the chocolate bark while in line; it was also delicious! I ended up getting a sundae instead of a milkshake. It had tons of toppings. I guess I'm a bit of a milkshake purist so I would call them something other than a milkshake. Very good, but very sweet. Definitely worth trying out! Staff was very friendly!

I supremely appreciate a robust menu that is not overwhelming! Every item seems like a solid option - interesting flavor combos without being weird for weird's sake. Light, bright and airy. Lots of tables inside and out (misters were going, but it IS Arizona in June!!). And the cashier was a complete delight. She gave us time and space as we took our first dive into Milkshake Factory! Made great suggestions and was able to give us a knowledgeable breakdown of the ingredients (I have been at establishments where I asked if an item contained dairy and was told, "No, just a little heavy whipping cream" ‍) Honestly, we don't live on this side of town - but now that we know about this place we'll make the drive!!!

Amazing sweet treat spot. Loved the free sample of chocolate bars will be back to purchase a 6 or 4 pack. I got the mint chocolate milkshake which had oreos and mint ice cream there whipped cream is so good that they add on top. The staff was super friendly and inviting, great customer service. Ambiance is super cute reminds me of a milk/dairy farm.

Honestly I think the chocolate here is just better than the shakes (that I've tried so far). The chocolate has a really creamy texture and flavor. The service is also so friendly and for being so busy they move quick and have a system down. I ordered the raspberry and cream and it was a good flavor and texture. We also ordered the birthday cake which was disappointing. It was icy and just wasn't that great.

The topped marshmallow was a nice touch. Excuse my anxiety fingernail...

Really tasty little milkshake. It was like a "regular" size so not a small but not a medium. I got the s'mores. It was good but as a wisconsin girl with an ice cream/sorbet/gelato/custard/soft serve, etc obsession, I would say not $12 good. In this economy that's pretty pricey but it was presented well. There was a couple just getting their treats as I arrived so wait time was like 2-5 minutes after I ordered. I'm sad because they didn't give a receipt so I couldn't redeem the welcome points (25) and something else worth 10 points. It was clean inside and well decorated, simple and bright. The shake itself had a good flavor and the marshmallow syrup on the inside brought out the graham.

I heard about a new ice cream place near SanTan Village, and found this place by accident. Tucked in the new center south of Top Golf and Main Event is this gem, Milkshake Factory. Amazingly delicious shakes, barks, cake pops, and other desserts. This visit we tried the Cookie Jar, Smores, Cookie Bark, and Chocolate Cake Pop. All super sweet and gone in minutes. There's a cute play area outside for the kids to run around. Outdoor and indoor seating. Family friendly atmosphere. Great place and I hope it's here to stay.

We arrived a few minutes after they opened on a Friday morning (Juneteenth). The woman behind the counter was extremely friendly and was so kind to suggest ice cream flavors for both of us. My kiddo is a chocolate fan, so he went with a small size chocolate with sprinkles and I went with their popular Blue Coconut dipped in Dark Chocolate Sea Salt. When she brought out our ice cream, I thought "oh, how simple" but the moment you take a bite of that ice cream, the flavor is far from simple. It's like that McDonald's ice cream soft serve style creaminess texture and flavor, but slightly richer. The coconut flavor with the sea salt dark chocolate crunch for me was exactly what I needed on that hot desert morning. Seating was plentiful inside and the customer service was definitely on point. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other dessert options like the crepes and even their boba teas.

And what is a banoffee pie? Good question. Banoffee pie is an English dessert pie made from bananas, whipped cream, and a thick caramel sauce, combined either on a crust made of crumbled biscuits and butter.
