Amazing sweet treat spot. Loved the free sample of chocolate bars will be back to purchase a 6 or 4 pack. I got the mint chocolate milkshake which had oreos and mint ice cream there whipped cream is so good that they add on top. The staff was super friendly and inviting, great customer service. Ambiance is super cute reminds me of a milk/dairy farm.

D.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s milkshakes............period. Yesterday, we dropped by the newest Gilbert location. The first spot in AZ opened in Chandler nine months ago at Alma School and Chandler Height Roads. Nestled behind the Hilton Double tree and Tru hotels on San Tan Village Parkway is a 40 plus seat chocolate/shake shoppe. This multi generation, hand spun milkshake sweet store is charming and clean. The service was friendly with free chocolate samples given! This wet my appetite for more creamy sweet chocolate! I ordered a Chocolatier shake. Most concoctions on the menu are $8 +. The chocolatier was no different at $8.65 but I forgot about the Alexander Hamilton I just dropped after sipping on this indulgent thick shake. The rich cocoa, semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted fudge, oven-baked fudge brownie and ice cream incorporated in a cup was magnificent! Yelper tip: For their official grand opening on Saturday April 11 noon-4pm they will be offering buy one get one free shakes. (While supplies last.) Go get your cup of happiness.

Super cute location! This was my first time trying them out and I enjoyed stopping by. We were kindly greeted as soon as we walked in. I looked over the menu and decided to go with a regular strawberry shake. My mom accepted their chocolate sample and the chocolate was really good. We sat down and waited a few minutes. They called out my name as soon as my shake was ready. The strawberry shake was really really good. It wasn't too sweet - just right. It was creamy, not too runny, and it tasted like a perfect strawberry. There is seating inside and also seating outdoors in the plaza.

I'm not usually an ice cream person, but I decided to stop by for their grand opening--and I'm so glad I did.

Not only are their cup cakes beautiful but they are also moist and delicious. The owner came out and gave me and my daughter two free cupcakes while we were waiting for shakes, and made us feel welcome during our whole visit. The prices are more than reasonable. If you're considering coming here I guarantee you won't be disappointed. As an added bonus the owner is also stunning, stop in for some eye candy and a delicious treat!

If you're in the mood for a serious sweet treat, this place absolutely delivers. The whole concept is so fun. They've reinvented the classic marshmallow with a full s'mores bar where you pick from the menu and they build and toast it right in front of you. Between the gourmet marshmallows, cupcakes, and milkshakes made with Blue Bell ice cream, it's basically a sugar lover's playground. My daughter ordered the Cookie Monster shake, which was as outrageous as it sounds. She walked out with a full-on sugar buzz and a bright blue tongue, which honestly felt like a childhood rite of passage. Mission accomplished. Is it a day's worth of calories? Probably. Was it worth every bite? Absolutely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is cute and really clean, which makes the whole experience even better. I'll admit I'm a little relieved we don't live down the street anymore because we definitely need the recovery time between visits. But when the sweet tooth hits, this place is a blast.

Prime location, FABULOUS coffee, gorgeous shaded and fenced patio with a spacious interior PERFECT for kids and adults. Villa Meola is so bright and open inside but not over stimulating. The lighting is well thought out for both working and/or kids who are more sensitive to light or noise. The music is fun, classical and appropriate both for volume and language. (finally- more places like this pleaseeee) The atmosphere is super inviting and friendly for people of all age in both space AND a toy corner. There is also a large Connect 4 game outside. My four year old actually shouted, "I love it here." And I, with 4 under 4 was able to sit and enjoyed my fantastic drink under the sunshine while I could see my kids play through the open door and window. To my pleasure, I had the privilege of meeting the owners. Callen, also a mother, was so warm and welcoming. I cannot believe they have been open such a short time as they have a deep understanding of their space, demographics and impressive knowledge in making Italian coffee. This is not another boujie, over priced coffee shop that pretends to be kid and work friendly. This is the real deal. So great!

Located in the heart of downtown Gilbert, I stopped by for dessert with my mom on a Saturday night around 8:30 p.m. At that time, there was a line close to 30 people or so deep. Ambiance (4/5): Located next to a BBQ joint (which is owned by the same people), this little store has a window for takeout where you place your order, pay, and get your food. With that being said, there's plenty of room to linger in the spacious outdoor patio behind Topo. Including rocking chairs. And there are also some benches right next to Topo. Above Topo is a large beaver that's part of the building. It definitely stands out with some pretty cool architecture! Service (3/5): Since you order and pay at the counter, service isn't a big part of the experience. But the line sure is! It goes fast, but it still took 20 minutes or so to get an ice cream. Only one person works the counter which slows things down. With two or three people working cash registers, the line wouldn't exist. It's a good spot but there's some artificial hype here that could be avoided. Drinks (N/A): I didn't order any beverages but I was tempted to try their watermelon agua fresca. Food (5/5): Topo is known for their prickly pear soft serve ice cream. And outside of that, you don't have a lot of choices when it comes to ice cream. You can do vanilla, prickly pear, or combo in a cone or cup. You can also add a chocolate shell for $1 extra. And they also had a seasonal option with mango and tajin. If you're not looking for dessert, they have a limited selection of hot food too including elote, brisket elote, and burritos. Now let's get back to the ice cream. I went with the combo and the prickly pear and vanilla soft serve complemented each other so well. This was my first time trying prickly pear ice cream. Up until this point, the closest I got was prickly pear margaritas. They're most definitely an Arizona/New Mexico thing so I appreciated the novelty of it. While soft serve isn't my favorite type of ice cream, this is some darn good soft serve. Worth the wait.
