They have several flavors: sherbets, sorbets, Italian ice, offer dairy free w/oat milk and more. They only offer outside seating with misters. We were able to sit outside and enjoy our treats. They will make, give your order first and then you provide your payment. I ordered three small cake cones and once they brought out the first one it was two huge scoops and I realized it was too much for us. Oliver informed us the small cake cones comes with two ice cream scoops and if we wanted one scoop we could order the kids cone. He changed our order to kids cones. Didn't take photos this time around but we came recently for dessert. Brought our dogs because they love the pup cups, made with coconut ice cream. They offer these at no cost and each cup comes with a small milk bone. Such a fun treat for our four-legged babies and yes...they are welcome on the patio! Wife was craving a hot fudge sundae so we decided the best place was Bruster's! She got her sundae with vanilla ice cream and I chose a waffle bowl with a scoop of black cherry chocolate chunk and a scoop of the banana pudding. I have been here multiple times and have used both the drive thru and the walk up window. The ice cream has always been good, no matter what flavor I get. The service however, is a hit or miss. The employees seem to be mostly teens and so I get the impression that they do not care about providing good customer service. The ice cream is already pricey as it is and yet they still expect you to tip them. I'm not against tipping and I always do but when I'm not being treated like a valued customer then that is when I don't tip. I've tried several items, but I don't bother looking at the menu anymore. The Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae is so good, I now order it every time. Simply put, it's perfection! The ice cream is smooth and creamy. The hot fudge is chocolate-y deliciousness. The whipped cream is light as a feather. The Maraschino cherry is, well, the cherry on top! Bruster's Real Ice Cream got its start in Bridgewater, PA and has locations in many states. We have a couple here in Arizona.
