Didn't take photos this time around but we came recently for dessert. Brought our dogs because they love the pup cups, made with coconut ice cream. They offer these at no cost and each cup comes with a small milk bone. Such a fun treat for our four-legged babies and yes...they are welcome on the patio! She got her sundae with vanilla ice cream and I chose a waffle bowl with a scoop of black cherry chocolate chunk and a scoop of the banana pudding. I have been here multiple times and have used both the drive thru and the walk up window. The ice cream has always been good, no matter what flavor I get. The service however, is a hit or miss. The employees seem to be mostly teens and so I get the impression that they do not care about providing good customer service. I'm not against tipping and I always do but when I'm not being treated like a valued customer then that is when I don't tip. It is always hard for me to figure out what I want because Bruster's has a lot of menu items and ice cream flavors to choose from. They have dairy-free options and seasonal flavors that rotate in and out. It is all made fresh inside the store right in front of you. Bruster's Real Ice Cream got its start in Bridgewater, PA and has locations in many states. We have a couple here in Arizona. Their website says their ice cream and yogurt are all made with a special milk-based recipe that is made in each store which prevents ice crystal formations.
