Great coffee and food but not very much space to sit so get early if you want somewhere to sit and enjoy the space.

Such an adorable coffee shop!! They have some indoor seating and a ton of outdoor seating that is ideal for the cooler months. To accommodate for the warmer months, they have lots of shade over the outdoor seating and some fans to help try to keep it as cool as possible. I ordered the brown sugar coconut latte and it was sooooooo good. I would say it was my ideal cup of coffee! Service was not terrible, but wasn't notable. Be sure to stick around inside to get your coffee. They only bring your order to you if it's a pastry (at least that's what it seemed). It was pretty busy inside when my friend and I went, so we chose some chairs outside. They gave her a number for her pastry and brought it out, but we had to go up to the counter to find our drinks after waiting several minutes and wondering. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! Side note: If you're familiar with downtown Chandler, this won't come as a surprise, but since I'm not a Chandler-regular, I was a little surprised at the lack of parking aside from parallel parking just in front of the actual coffee shop. Ended up parking in a free parking garage, but it was a little bit of a walk to the coffee shop from the parking garage. read more

This downtown Gilbert spot is a great place to grab a coffee and a bite (it a cocktail) and hang out with a friend. We also saw a lot of people working on laptops. There is a big menu with different coffees, and an even bigger menu of cocktails. they also offer food. Our coffee was great, and so was my avocado toast. Definitely recommend! read more

I loved the Maple walnut latte I purchased yesterday! I appreciated the offer to have my two shot latte in a small, medium or large paper cup along with the milk alternatives. ($6.00) I went with oat milk. (Additional 75 cents.) My latte syrups were made in house and by offering to have a large cup, I was rewarded with extra foam! The texture of my oat foam was perfect and tasted excellent. The service at the counter was fine and the air conditioning inside was at the maximum. A wood fireplace and rocking chairs are available in the front and corn hole games, gas fireplace and stage are in the back. Free Street parking is available nearby. Tip:If you are lucky to spot a parking space, take it! If you circle around the block the chances are that it'll be gone. read more

My sister took me here and it is the cutest spot! Tons of seating indoor and outdoor (although was pretty packed for a Wednesday afternoon) and we enjoyed our drinks! I got their brown sugar coconut latte but with matcha and coconut milk and I really enjoyed it! My husband tried their pistachio latte and my sister got a really nice latte as well! Maple House has been on my list for a while, so I decided to check it out since I was in the area. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going on a Saturday morning around 930a and it was BUSY! I definitely waited at least 20 minutes in line to place my order and probably another 10 for my entire order to come up. The people working were really nice though and definitely trying their best to move everyone thru as quickly as possible. There were a lot of seating options outside and inside. The Outside areas were out back and up front. They even had some lawn games to play. I ordered one of their specialty coffee drinks and it was good. My all time favorite coffee shop in Chandler! Their little Lottie latte is my go to order. It's a cozy place to meet friends and I especially enjoy sitting outside. The service can take a bit on the weekends, so just keep that in mind. When I go later in the day on the weekends or any week day there's usually little to no line! read more

I had Honey Lavendar latte and my husband had a hot latte. He said he would pay that kind of money for coffee because it is a comfortable place to sit and just hang out or work. There were lots of people on their computers either working or studying. They serve wine and beer. I am not sure they have hard drinks. I know they have some food items but not sure what since I haven't tried anything, If your in DT Chandler you should give this place a try. Came to Maple House again on Jan 1st to kick off the new year with some journaling. It was PACKED but service was efficient and everyone was still kind as usual! It ended up pouring rain, but we found some cover outside. We used one of the big umbrellas they had (the patio has a ton of them), and posted up next to the fireplace area which ended up being SO nice. I had a hot maple walnut latte (so delicious and perfect vibe for winter), a chocolate croissant, and split one of their signature grilled cheeses with boyfriend (SO delicious and love the pepper jelly touch). Such a cute local coffee shop with a great vibe! The open floor plan makes the space feel bright and welcoming, and it's the kind of place you want to hang out in for a bit. My friend and I both ordered the seasonal peppermint bark latte, and it was delicious the perfect balance of rich coffee flavor and peppermint without being overpowering or overly sweet. My only real critiques are that I wish they offered more food options beyond pastries, and that there was more indoor seating available for studying or longer stays. A wonderful experience, and I think the people know it too - the line stretches out the door and nearly to the road! Maple House offers an idyllic experience. It's located in a quiet section of Downtown Chandler. There's relaxing outside seating as well as resort-like interior design. They offer a lot of unique flavors and pastries. I ordered the Cinnamon Crème Brûlée latte (iced) which did well to blend the cinnamon and sweet flavors without overpowering either one. Not underlying sweet if you're worried about that. Also shout out to their service. I had been there for a while getting some work done. I guess they made a duplicate order so they had offered me another drink for free...so I took it haha. The Brown Sugar Coconut latte (hot) was a pleasant surprise. It had a mellow sweet flavors without overpowering kind of similar to milk. It had a light coconut flavor that also wasn't overpowering. With trying to their drinks, I can reasonably state. They do a great job balancing their flavors. Certainly a great shop. I'll be back if I'm in the area. Tucked off the back end of W Boston in downtown Chandler, it's right around the corner from Hidden House. Parking can be tough in downtown Chandler, but just a short walk from public parking garage if you can't find street parking. Bright and open, it's situation in the center of a little green garden making maximum use of both inside and outdoor space. There's probably as much outdoor seating as inside which includes 2 and 4 tips along the wall and a bar. There's probably outdoor seating is both in front and behind the indoor space and in afternoon, you'll find all the shade in back. Super comfy turf area with both umbrellas and open seating. Cornhole area, but no one was using the Tuesday afternoon I dropped in. High marks from us for being dog friendly!!! I've been here many times but never left a review (shame on me, I know!). This spot is such a gem in downtown Chandler--cozy, inviting, and always busy. In the past, I've stopped by for happy hour or a cocktail after dinner (they serve beer and wine), and during the fall it's absolutely gorgeous to sit outside. Today, I met some friends here at 9am, thinking it would be quiet... but wow, I was so wrong! The line was out the door, and finding a seat took a minute, but it all worked out in the end. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, street parking is decent, and the vibe really feels like hanging out at someone's house. The front patio has that "front porch" charm, while the back feels like a backyard gathering space with fire pits and bistro lights. The menu has a solid selection of drinks with a smaller but thoughtful food menu. I have a nut allergy, and since the pastries aren't made in-house, the cashier wasn't sure about ingredients, so I played it safe (though they looked delicious!). I ordered the breakfast sandwich instead, and it was really tasty. Overall, this is one of those places that works for everything--morning coffee, a quick bite, lunch, happy hour, late-night drinks, working, reading, or just catching up with friends and family. Loved the ambiance of this spot while I was visiting the area. Plenty of seating inside and out. Was so good that I had to visit two times. First time I enjoyed the vanilla latte and the cinnamon latte. Perfectly sweetened and flavored. I also tried the grilled cheese which was adventurous but very well done and filling. I've visited Maple House a few times and I love it every time. It's the perfect hang out spot if you want to enjoy the weather with a group of friends or just be in your own solitude. My favorite is how spacious the outdoor patio is (front and back both have seating). Inside seating is limited, so come early if you want to be inside. Personally, this spot is my favorite to just hang out and be outside so I often only visit when the AZ temperature allows. Their cinnamon crème brûlée latte is my absolute favorite and they always have fun pastries. Today I tried the blood orange danish and it was just the right amount of sweet with a crispy outside. It paired perfectly with my coffee. What's unique about this place is they have a full bar too, so if you are in the mood for a cocktail or beer instead of coffee, you can satisfy the craving! It was my first time coming to this place. I met up with a friend and had brunch. I wanna start by saying that the cafe itself is absolutely beautiful on the inside and on the outside. It was extremely busy and there was hardly anywhere for us to sit and I would say that's the only downside. We were outside near the fire which I don't know why it was going. It was like 90° that day so it was pretty hot. I ended up getting the pepperoni flatbread which I thought was really good. However, I didn't really like the sauce on it. It just didn't really go with it, and I think my friend felt the same way with her pesto flatbread that came with honey, which was a bit odd and attracting some bees since we were sitting outside. My friend got an iced chai which she liked and I got the iced brown sugar coconut latte with half-and-half and I absolutely loved it. It was delicious. We LOVE Maple House. EXCEPT for one really glaring flaw(the reason for 3 stars instead of 5) The music on a Sunday morning. It's hard, driving, edgy and LOUD. People who come here to work by themselves have earbuds in, (for a reason)people meeting for coffee are having to talk so loud over the music that we can hear multiple conversations at once from 20 feet away. And people coming in with a Saturday night hangover, well, that headache just got more painful. I've always felt music should be ambiant, NOT the main attraction. I'm not a curmudgeon, I love music, but does it have to be front & center when the world is just waking up? I don't feel the Maple House knows their audience when it comes to Sunday morning music. Sitting outside is lovely, but you can't hear the birds chirp or the quiet in your own mind or what the person across from you is saying without practically yelling. Maybe it gets the employees energized, but the music should be for the patrons. And people don't typically come to a coffee house for the music. They come to work, and converse with someone. Their music makes it very difficult to do these things. We keep coming back because we love the people and how many different seating set-ups there are, but we're reconsidering. Bottle & Bean is our new favorite where they "get" their audience. My husband & I can actually talk and hear each other without having to use our "outside voices".There is a time for this kind of music, but not ALL the time, and definitely not at 7am. read more

This is such a great coffee spot right in downtown Chandler, located kind of behind all the noise and nearby these fancy apartments and a neighborhood. I've taken my son here with me plenty of times to enjoy one of their pastries while I always opt for their pistachio latte. I really like the interior seating, but the real treat here is all the scenic outdoor seating they have here. The artificial grass for kids to run around in as well as the bookshelf with kids' books is such a nice touch. Definitely a must try if you want really delicious local coffee and snacks. read more
