This review is long overdue. I'm writing today from one of the comfortable rocking chairs on the front patio at Maple House. My husband and I enjoy kicking off our Sunday close to the opening hour at 7am. We eat a delicious breakfast option inside first. My husband orders a breakfast sandwich while I don't just like but LOVE the avacado toast. If available, we take our coffee and sit outside on the patio. The coffee is full bodied and delicious. My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. There are free treats for them. The service is consistently friendly and on top of their game. They really know how to move a line but you never feel rushed. They offer a points/ reward program for purchases which is always nice. When I asked my husband about cost he said it is so good he didn't even look! I checked our transaction history. For both of us including tip it was around $44- very decent in this day and age for such high quality. What a gem in Downtown Chandler! read more

I went to The Maple House for the third time today, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. My absolute favorite is the coconut brown sugar iced latte. My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte. read more

Attended by Maddie! Exquisite flavor profile for wine tastings. Brought us to choosing the Tempranillo and it was smooth and tasty. Would recommend to anybody. read more

Came here during a lunch break to grab some coffee and ended up trying the matcha. My matcha was okay--definitely on the weaker and sweeter side--but the ambiance in this place is amazing! At lunchtime, the line was out the door, and it's clearly a great spot for meetings or co-working, since that's what everyone seemed to be doing. If you plan to visit, I suggest coming early because this place is a hot commodity. The staff was super friendly, and I can't wait to come back and try more items! read more

Had a wonderful afternoon hanging out and having coffee at Maple House. Located in DT Chandler, Maple House offered delicious drinks and snacks. I specifically got the Maple latte in oatmilk enjoyed this very much. The service was so quick and they were so patient as it was my first time here. The location is just so cute. They have a beautiful patio all around besides the indoor seating that is perfect for studying, hanging out. read more

I loved the Maple walnut latte I purchased yesterday! I appreciated the offer to have my two shot latte in a small, medium or large paper cup along with the milk alternatives. ($6.00) I went with oat milk. (Additional 75 cents.) My latte syrups were made in house and by offering to have a large cup, I was rewarded with extra foam! The texture of my oat foam was perfect and tasted excellent. The service at the counter was fine and the air conditioning inside was at the maximum. A wood fireplace and rocking chairs are available in the front and corn hole games, gas fireplace and stage are in the back. Free Street parking is available nearby. Tip:If you are lucky to spot a parking space, take it! If you circle around the block the chances are that it'll be gone. read more

This downtown Gilbert spot is a great place to grab a coffee and a bite (it a cocktail) and hang out with a friend. We also saw a lot of people working on laptops. There is a big menu with different coffees, and an even bigger menu of cocktails. they also offer food. Our coffee was great, and so was my avocado toast. Definitely recommend! read more

Loved this place! It gives me Carlsbad vibes. Great seating options, great coffee, great service. I can't wait to come back at night! Wish I had remembered to take a pic of my drink but it was great! Will come try it again soon. Great for kids, dogs, larger groups, dates, etc. read more

Maple House has been on my list for a while, so I decided to check it out since I was in the area. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going on a Saturday morning around 930a and it was BUSY! I definitely waited at least 20 minutes in line to place my order and probably another 10 for my entire order to come up. The people working were really nice though and definitely trying their best to move everyone thru as quickly as possible. There were a lot of seating options outside and inside. The Outside areas were out back and up front. They even had some lawn games to play. I ordered one of their specialty coffee drinks and it was good. I also ordered the tomato basil and thyme tart which they offered to warm up and it was delicious! I would definitely come back here, just not on a weekend morning... read more

Vibrant coffee house with cozy seating inside and out. I ordered the 20oz latte and it comes with two shots. With two shots, it was still under $6.00. Good coffee prices and they were busy when I visited on a weekday morning. Street and garage parking. Please come and create your own adventure. read more

Love this place! My friend introduced me to it and every time I come here everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I love how it feels like we're hanging out in someone's backyard it's so cozy and comfortable. This is a cute spot, and I like how there are good seatings. I ordered their blueberry matcha, and the waiter was not kidding when she said their match is naturally sweet lol. For next time, I'll just order matcha without flavoring to reduce the sweetness. If you're in the Chandler area, I recommend to check this place out. read more

Such a cute coffee shop!!! Straight up first con is parking for me personally though. I had to look for street parking, so i can't imagine how difficult could be when it's busy. But the seating, the arrangement of inside outside.. makes up for it I got a sandwich and maple walnut latte. Sandwich?? Sooo soft and warm. Flavors really blend! The coffee? Perfect for a coffee drinker. 10/10 not too sweet, perfect amount of that rich espresso The staff? Honestly if i was from the area.. you can tell you could become a regular quick and they would remember you. So sweet and so quick with their service. read more

Came to Maple House again on Jan 1st to kick off the new year with some journaling. It was PACKED but service was efficient and everyone was still kind as usual! It ended up pouring rain, but we found some cover outside. We used one of the big umbrellas they had (the patio has a ton of them), and posted up next to the fireplace area which ended up being SO nice. I had a hot maple walnut latte (so delicious and perfect vibe for winter), a chocolate croissant, and split one of their signature grilled cheeses with boyfriend (SO delicious and love the pepper jelly touch). This is the maple house experience! read more

This is a fun spot tucked away in DT Chandler. Came here for brunch on a week day and it was pretty crowded! Definitely a great spot to work remotely from, which a lot of people were doing. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. It's not a large location but very spacious. They have a bar inside with seating, multiple fireplaces, booths, couches, and more. Outlets scattered throughout too. Decent sized menu overall. Brunch food options, coffee, and a full bar with beers on tap! I tried the Dirty Spiced Chai and was very impressed with it. Definitely would get again! Looking forward to coming back to Maple House again! read more

Such a cute local coffee shop with a great vibe! The open floor plan makes the space feel bright and welcoming, and it's the kind of place you want to hang out in for a bit. My friend and I both ordered the seasonal peppermint bark latte, and it was delicious the perfect balance of rich coffee flavor and peppermint without being overpowering or overly sweet. My only real critiques are that I wish they offered more food options beyond pastries, and that there was more indoor seating available for studying or longer stays. There is some patio seating, which is nice, but when I visited it was very busy, so seating overall felt a bit limited. read more

A wonderful experience, and I think the people know it too - the line stretches out the door and nearly to the road! Maple House offers an idyllic experience. It's located in a quiet section of Downtown Chandler. There's relaxing outside seating as well as resort-like interior design. They offer a lot of unique flavors and pastries. I ordered the Cinnamon Crème Brûlée latte (iced) which did well to blend the cinnamon and sweet flavors without overpowering either one. Not underlying sweet if you're worried about that. Also shout out to their service. I had been there for a while getting some work done. I guess they made a duplicate order so they had offered me another drink for free...so I took it haha. The Brown Sugar Coconut latte (hot) was a pleasant surprise. It had a mellow sweet flavors without overpowering kind of similar to milk. It had a light coconut flavor that also wasn't overpowering. With trying to their drinks, I can reasonably state. They do a great job balancing their flavors. Certainly a great shop. I'll be back if I'm in the area. They are a little pricey though, i paid ~$8 for an iced drink...but it's certainly worth it. read more

11/10! This was amazing. The coffee was delicious & just perfection. The food was so warm and juicy. I loved every bit of it. The cafe is cozy and a little spot for chats, studying, and reading. It's beautiful and locally owned. The baristas are so kind and quick to serve. I absolutely loved being here. I ordered a hazelnut latte with Caramel, and it was just PERFECT! I had Honey Lavendar latte and my husband had a hot latte. He said he would pay that kind of money for coffee because it is a comfortable place to sit and just hang out or work. There were lots of people on their computers either working or studying. They serve wine and beer. I am not sure they have hard drinks. I know they have some food items but not sure what since I haven't tried anything, If your in DT Chandler you should give this place a try. There were some pretty cool dogs sitting outside with there owners. read more

What an awesome, quiet spot to enjoy a coffee, craft cocktail, beer, or wine. Charming barista made me an excellent Americano .. my standard for how all coffee shops should be judged!!! Tucked off the back end of W Boston in downtown Chandler, it's right around the corner from Hidden House. Parking can be tough in downtown Chandler, but just a short walk from public parking garage if you can't find street parking. Bright and open, it's situation in the center of a little green garden making maximum use of both inside and outdoor space. There's probably as much outdoor seating as inside which includes 2 and 4 tips along the wall and a bar. There's probably outdoor seating is both in front and behind the indoor space and in afternoon, you'll find all the shade in back. Super comfy turf area with both umbrellas and open seating. Cornhole area, but no one was using the Tuesday afternoon I dropped in. High marks from us for being dog friendly!!! Highly recommended quiet spot to refresh and recharge after downtown Chandler exploring!!! read more

This place is massively cute! And so busy for a Sunday morning! I ordered an iced mocha latte half sweet, it's good. I've been here many times but never left a review (shame on me, I know!). This spot is such a gem in downtown Chandler--cozy, inviting, and always busy. In the past, I've stopped by for happy hour or a cocktail after dinner (they serve beer and wine), and during the fall it's absolutely gorgeous to sit outside. Today, I met some friends here at 9am, thinking it would be quiet... but wow, I was so wrong! The line was out the door, and finding a seat took a minute, but it all worked out in the end. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, street parking is decent, and the vibe really feels like hanging out at someone's house. The front patio has that "front porch" charm, while the back feels like a backyard gathering space with fire pits and bistro lights. The menu has a solid selection of drinks with a smaller but thoughtful food menu. I have a nut allergy, and since the pastries aren't made in-house, the cashier wasn't sure about ingredients, so I played it safe (though they looked delicious!). I ordered the breakfast sandwich instead, and it was really tasty. Overall, this is one of those places that works for everything--morning coffee, a quick bite, lunch, happy hour, late-night drinks, working, reading, or just catching up with friends and family. I've even met the owner before, and you can tell how much love goes into making this place so special. Highly recommend! read more

This is such a great coffee spot right in downtown Chandler, located kind of behind all the noise and nearby these fancy apartments and a neighborhood. I've taken my son here with me plenty of times to enjoy one of their pastries while I always opt for their pistachio latte. I really like the interior seating, but the real treat here is all the scenic outdoor seating they have here. The artificial grass for kids to run around in as well as the bookshelf with kids' books is such a nice touch. Definitely a must try if you want really delicious local coffee and snacks. read more

So cute! Love the ambiance; Maple House reminds me of a costal coffee shop you'd find in San Diego. Service was very quick. The coffees are delicious, making me regret my matcha. Loved the ambiance of this spot while I was visiting the area. Plenty of seating inside and out. Was so good that I had to visit two times. First time I enjoyed the vanilla latte and the cinnamon latte. Perfectly sweetened and flavored. I also tried the grilled cheese which was adventurous but very well done and filling. On the second visit, I tried a matcha. I was going to get it with vanilla but the cashier advised to not and boy was I glad I listened. Matcha was amazing as is! I will keep dreaming about it until I get the chance to return again. read more

Such an adorable coffee shop!! They have some indoor seating and a ton of outdoor seating that is ideal for the cooler months. To accommodate for the warmer months, they have lots of shade over the outdoor seating and some fans to help try to keep it as cool as possible. I ordered the brown sugar coconut latte and it was sooooooo good. I would say it was my ideal cup of coffee! Service was not terrible, but wasn't notable. Be sure to stick around inside to get your coffee. They only bring your order to you if it's a pastry (at least that's what it seemed). It was pretty busy inside when my friend and I went, so we chose some chairs outside. They gave her a number for her pastry and brought it out, but we had to go up to the counter to find our drinks after waiting several minutes and wondering. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! Side note: If you're familiar with downtown Chandler, this won't come as a surprise, but since I'm not a Chandler-regular, I was a little surprised at the lack of parking aside from parallel parking just in front of the actual coffee shop. Ended up parking in a free parking garage, but it was a little bit of a walk to the coffee shop from the parking garage. read more

Perfect coffee spot in downtown Chandler. The breakfast sandwich has a savory combination of flavors. The hot chai tea was delicious on a cool winter day. There's lots of seating at this location, both indoors and outdoors. We got to sit outside and do some dogs spectating . The many outdoor fire pits were we're very popular and we're taken by the time we got there. But it was still wonderful location to relax or work. This location can get a bit busy even on the weekdays, but that's probably because the food is splendid, the drinks are, refreshing ,and the ambience and vibe are relaxing and comfortable. read more

I really enjoy Maple House, but you need to know what this place is good for and not good for. If you wanna come in and get a cute coffee, some delicious food a cocktail and hang out with your friends. This is perfect. Do you wanna meet up with your mom group to let the kids run around amazing place for that. You wanna treat yourself to a little solo date and hang out and people watch? Perfect place. But if you want to get any work done whatsoever, do not come here. The place has been packed every time I've come here which is great for business, but not if you need a place to work. The Wi-Fi is terribly slow to work on and finding a spot to sit can be challenging. read more

after driving around the block a few times to find parking we finally made it inside. What a fun atmosphere! There's a bunch of seating inside and out, all different which offers the fun eclectic vibe. The staff were awesome! Didn't rush us, offered tips and answered all our questions. We didn't feel like a burden, which was nice. Looks to be dog friendly so next time the pup is joining us! There's umbrellas for shade all around and corn hole set up so go have a nice break. I got the German Chocolate Cake Latte and it tastes exactly like the cake! My wife got the Little Lottie and it was delicious too. We will be back, next time to try a cocktail or two. One tip - turn the bathroom lock until it won't turn anymore (it spins around a few times) because I thought I had locked the door and had a brief "oops" moment, fortunately just while washing my hands. read more
