Had a wonderful afternoon hanging out and having coffee at Maple House. Located in DT Chandler, Maple House offered delicious drinks and snacks. I specifically got the Maple latte in oatmilk enjoyed this very much. The service was so quick and they were so patient as it was my first time here. The location is just so cute. They have a beautiful patio all around besides the indoor seating that is perfect for studying, hanging out.
I loved the Maple walnut latte I purchased yesterday! I appreciated the offer to have my two shot latte in a small, medium or large paper cup along with the milk alternatives. ($6.00) I went with oat milk. (Additional 75 cents.) My latte syrups were made in house and by offering to have a large cup, I was rewarded with extra foam! The texture of my oat foam was perfect and tasted excellent. The service at the counter was fine and the air conditioning inside was at the maximum. A wood fireplace and rocking chairs are available in the front and corn hole games, gas fireplace and stage are in the back. Free Street parking is available nearby. Tip:If you are lucky to spot a parking space, take it! If you circle around the block the chances are that it'll be gone.
This place is so cute and has such a fun/chill vibe. Looks like a good place to study or grab a quick drink! They have fire pits and cornhole outside too. Service was helpful and the drinks were really yummy
This downtown Gilbert spot is a great place to grab a coffee and a bite (it a cocktail) and hang out with a friend. We also saw a lot of people working on laptops. There is a big menu with different coffees, and an even bigger menu of cocktails. they also offer food. Our coffee was great, and so was my avocado toast. Definitely recommend!
Maple House has been on my list for a while, so I decided to check it out since I was in the area. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going on a Saturday morning around 930a and it was BUSY! I definitely waited at least 20 minutes in line to place my order and probably another 10 for my entire order to come up. The people working were really nice though and definitely trying their best to move everyone thru as quickly as possible. There were a lot of seating options outside and inside. The Outside areas were out back and up front. They even had some lawn games to play. I ordered one of their specialty coffee drinks and it was good. I also ordered the tomato basil and thyme tart which they offered to warm up and it was delicious! I would definitely come back here, just not on a weekend morning...
Vibrant coffee house with cozy seating inside and out. I ordered the 20oz latte and it comes with two shots. With two shots, it was still under $6.00. Good coffee prices and they were busy when I visited on a weekday morning. Street and garage parking. Please come and create your own adventure.
Love this place! My friend introduced me to it and every time I come here everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I love how it feels like we're hanging out in someone's backyard it's so cozy and comfortable. Recently went to maple house for a night cap and Maddie was so helpful in helping me find the perfect wine, I tried a few until I landed on the Tempranillo.
This is a cute spot, and I like how there are good seatings. I ordered their blueberry matcha, and the waiter was not kidding when she said their match is naturally sweet lol. For next time, I'll just order matcha without flavoring to reduce the sweetness. If you're in the Chandler area, I recommend to check this place out.
Such a cute coffee shop!!! Straight up first con is parking for me personally though. I had to look for street parking, so i can't imagine how difficult could be when it's busy. But the seating, the arrangement of inside outside.. makes up for it I got a sandwich and maple walnut latte. Sandwich?? Sooo soft and warm. Flavors really blend! The coffee? Perfect for a coffee drinker. 10/10 not too sweet, perfect amount of that rich espresso The staff? Honestly if i was from the area.. you can tell you could become a regular quick and they would remember you. So sweet and so quick with their service.
My sister took me here and it is the cutest spot! Tons of seating indoor and outdoor (although was pretty packed for a Wednesday afternoon) and we enjoyed our drinks! I got their brown sugar coconut latte but with matcha and coconut milk and I really enjoyed it! My husband tried their pistachio latte and my sister got a really nice latte as well! Would def go again! Staff was friendly and ambiance is adorable.
Came to Maple House again on Jan 1st to kick off the new year with some journaling. It was PACKED but service was efficient and everyone was still kind as usual! It ended up pouring rain, but we found some cover outside. We used one of the big umbrellas they had (the patio has a ton of them), and posted up next to the fireplace area which ended up being SO nice. I had a hot maple walnut latte (so delicious and perfect vibe for winter), a chocolate croissant, and split one of their signature grilled cheeses with boyfriend (SO delicious and love the pepper jelly touch). This is the maple house experience!
This is a fun spot tucked away in DT Chandler. Came here for brunch on a week day and it was pretty crowded! Definitely a great spot to work remotely from, which a lot of people were doing. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. It's not a large location but very spacious. They have a bar inside with seating, multiple fireplaces, booths, couches, and more. Outlets scattered throughout too. Decent sized menu overall. Brunch food options, coffee, and a full bar with beers on tap! I tried the Dirty Spiced Chai and was very impressed with it. Definitely would get again! Looking forward to coming back to Maple House again!
A wonderful experience, and I think the people know it too - the line stretches out the door and nearly to the road! Maple House offers an idyllic experience. It's located in a quiet section of Downtown Chandler. There's relaxing outside seating as well as resort-like interior design. They offer a lot of unique flavors and pastries. I ordered the Cinnamon Crème Brûlée latte (iced) which did well to blend the cinnamon and sweet flavors without overpowering either one. Not underlying sweet if you're worried about that. Also shout out to their service. I had been there for a while getting some work done. I guess they made a duplicate order so they had offered me another drink for free...so I took it haha. The Brown Sugar Coconut latte (hot) was a pleasant surprise. It had a mellow sweet flavors without overpowering kind of similar to milk. It had a light coconut flavor that also wasn't overpowering. With trying to their drinks, I can reasonably state. They do a great job balancing their flavors. Certainly a great shop. I'll be back if I'm in the area. They are a little pricey though, i paid ~$8 for an iced drink...but it's certainly worth it.
It was my first time coming to this place. I met up with a friend and had brunch. I wanna start by saying that the cafe itself is absolutely beautiful on the inside and on the outside. It was extremely busy and there was hardly anywhere for us to sit and I would say that's the only downside. We were outside near the fire which I don't know why it was going. It was like 90° that day so it was pretty hot. I ended up getting the pepperoni flatbread which I thought was really good. However, I didn't really like the sauce on it. It just didn't really go with it, and I think my friend felt the same way with her pesto flatbread that came with honey, which was a bit odd and attracting some bees since we were sitting outside. My friend got an iced chai which she liked and I got the iced brown sugar coconut latte with half-and-half and I absolutely loved it. It was delicious. I would definitely come back but something to keep in mind is how busy it is plus the parking situation. We went on a random Thursday for brunch and there was only one spot for us to sit outside! read more

This place is very cute. I stopped by with my sister and both the inside and outside were busy. I ordered a Iced Cinnamon Crème Brûlée with Oatmilk and it was delicious as it was the right amount of sweetness. The cashier was friendly and helped us quickly. Can't wait to be back! read more

I've visited Maple House a few times and I love it every time. It's the perfect hang out spot if you want to enjoy the weather with a group of friends or just be in your own solitude. My favorite is how spacious the outdoor patio is (front and back both have seating). Inside seating is limited, so come early if you want to be inside. Personally, this spot is my favorite to just hang out and be outside so I often only visit when the AZ temperature allows. Their cinnamon crème brûlée latte is my absolute favorite and they always have fun pastries. Today I tried the blood orange danish and it was just the right amount of sweet with a crispy outside. It paired perfectly with my coffee. What's unique about this place is they have a full bar too, so if you are in the mood for a cocktail or beer instead of coffee, you can satisfy the craving! The staff is also kind and cheerful, which makes it a well-rounded experience. Highly recommend!! read more

Came here for coffee and ended up staying for the vibes! Maple House is such an inviting spot. Perfect for hanging out with family, friends, or your partner and just kicking back. The inside has plenty of seating, and I noticed it's a popular spot for people looking to get some work done. Outside, there are lots of open areas to lounge, plus a fire pit and beautiful scenery to enjoy. For my drink, I got the brown sugar coconut latte with oat milk, and it was delish. The baristas clearly know what they're doing! Definitely looking forward to coming back to try a different drink. read more

This place is super cute! Would love to come back again when it's cooler to sit out front. I got an iced latte with honey and cinnamon and it was so good! There were a lot of people inside, it's a little tight while you wait for your coffee to go after ordering. Would love to come back to get drinks and another coffee! read more

Would love for Maple House to clone itself and transport it to Houston. TYSM! Maple House is a gem of a coffee, wine, beer, and cocktail spot. It has everything you could want (aside from the aformentioned menu options), like an outdoor fireplace, fire pits, indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, light bites... They have specialty lattes (eg: cinnamon crème brûlée), and I honestly can't remember what I ordered. All I remember is that I orded my hot latte to enjoy there, and they served it in a REAL coffee mug. None of that plastic or paper-cup coffee culture. read more

Our book club met at Maple House last night, and it was the perfect spot for a casual, cozy get-together! This place has such a relaxed vibe -- no pressure to rush out, which made it easy to just hang out and chat for a while. They offer both coffee and wine, which is a great mix depending on your mood (or the book!). I tried one of their new pizzas -- the Hot Marina with pepperoni -- and it was good. The vibe is honestly what makes this place stand out. It's warm, inviting, and just feels like the kind of place you want to settle into. Plus, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Knocked off one star just because the menu could use a bit more variety for snacks or lighter bites, but overall, I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a chill atmosphere. read more

Maple House is a gem in downtown Chandler. While the coffee is amazing (even the decaf), the absolute star of the show is the breakfast sandwich. The garlic aioli provides a subtle tang against the smokiness of the bacon. It was so sublime that I finished it before going back to my coffee. I couldn't set it down. read more

Maple House is conveniently located in downtown Chandler.. This cute coffee house is a historic 1940's resident house renovated by the local owners who have 3 additional establishments in downtown Chandler. There is the neatest outdoor patio as you walk up to the property with a beautiful focal point fireplace with several black Adirondack chairs nestled near the main entrance. Perfect chill spot for fall and in the not so common cooler cozier evenings in AZ. The cafe boasts globally sourced coffee, beer wine & cocktails. We purchased two Cinnamon Crème Brûlée's which were wonderful. They do offer a daily food menu (see pics & times). Had the truffle egg salad & the smokey brie grilled cheese sandwiches which comes with a side of potato chips. Both sandwiches were delicious. What's a must here is the Chacónne pastries. We didn't know this at the time, but they're so popular, they sell out fairly quickly cause the local baker (Mark Chacón) creates his magnificent confections that are delivered fresh daily! He is the #1 patisserie in Phoenix and was nominated for a James Beard Foundation award in 2022. Small dinning room inside so could be difficult to get seating during their peak hours. There's additional seating out back and they are to offer a live music venue as well. Maple House will celebrate its one year anniversary in December. Maple house is the perfect edition to downtown chandler, especially when there is good weather! Their seasonal drinks are always so good! Today we tried the peppermint bark latte with almond milk, it is SO good! Pricing seems standard at about $5.50 each (with almond milk). Great outdoor seating with good food options. The avocado toast is also very good and comes with an egg on top. This is a great place to meet a friend in downtown chandler! read more

What a nice addition to downtown chandler. This is such a nice place to work, hangout with friends or a date. I loved the whole look and feel of the place. It has a nice barn style setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor is more like a backyard concept with some games. I am sure once the weather cools down, this place will be packed. They have nice menu with coffee, cocktails, wine and beer. The prices are reasonable and I wish they had a small bite menu for food. They do have sandwiches or cheese board but felt they could do better on those. I went with a glass of red, an Argentina wine and it was full bodied, tasted great. The service is impeccable, the lady explained the different wines and recommended some tastings before we finalized on the one. I am sure I will be coming here more often, totally loved the whole atmosphere and the vibe. read more

Finally got to check this spot out when I met a friend for a coffee at 1030. We were able to get a seat at the bar and hang out for a few hours. I love the atmosphere, decor, and bright open space. Love that they have so much outdoor seating (for when it's cooler out), corn hole, bistro lights, greenery, etc. It's definitely a chill vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the drinks were delish. I got my standard coffee house item-- London Fog (since I don't drink coffee), and my friend got an espresso tonic with orange. I have never heard of this type of drink, but she said she loved it and loves the combo of the coffee and citrus. It was so chill, and people were hanging out, doing work, etc. I will definitely be back and will need to try food items. read more

Maple House is a sister concept to The Brickyard, Hidden House, and Elliott's Steakhouse. They serve coffee, sandwiches, pastries, wine, low abv cocktails, and more. The space is beautiful and open. I love the indoor/outdoor concept. The outdoor space in the back is massive and great for gathering. There's plenty of seating, but may be challenging to find a spot if they're busy. Since their opening back in December, I've been back a handful of times and tried a latte, smokey brie grilled cheese, truffled egg salad sandwich, and pastries (which are by Chaconne). The coffee is solid and their signature flavors are fun and tasty. The sandwiches were delightful, but would have liked more egg salad and truffle flavor in the truffled egg salad sandwich. I felt the truffle was very subtle. As for the pastries - you can't go wrong with Chaconne pastries. I haven't met a pastry from Chaconne I didn't like. Maple House is a great addition to downtown Chandler. I love coffee shops, especially when they serve food and close late. I will be back soon. read more

I've come here a handful of times it does get pretty busy and a bit loud. Coffee and pastries are decent. Good selections of wines and usually get taken care of right away. They do have at least 2-3 workers at a time. I sat at the bar & worked for a couple hours. I was ignored which is very unlike the staff I threw it up to me looking busy and didn't want to be interrupted but once I finished up I was still waiting. I eventually flagged one of them down and tried a sample but she ran off and I ended up having to flag someone down again. Anyways they had the fireplace going and crowd died down after 4pm. I'd try again read more

Such a cute place in downtown chandler! It's a coffee shop and also a wine bar in the evening. Super cute outdoor sitting area, and their indoor sitting area is cute and cozy as well. Got to try their charcuterie board and grilled cheese. Grilled cheese was so good, it's smokey, sweet, savory... nom. It was way better than I expected.
