Finally got a chance to check out the Maple House in downtown Chandler. I arrived around 7:45 in the morning. There was plenty of parking however I'm sure it gets busy later in the day. The ambiance outside with the lawn chairs and fire side were cute. Walking in, it was a bit confusing on where to order. It gets a bit congested by the entrance and the line to the ordering counter. I ordered a caramel macchiato with a breakfast sandwich. The drink came out quick however took about 5-10 minutes for the sandwich. I didn't mind the wait. My coffee was great-sweet and savory. The breakfast sandwich was also a hit-the crispy toasted bread make every bite delicious. The thin sliced bacon and egg ratio were perfect with the aioli sauce. I'd come again for the coffee and to try the pastries. read more

Coffee is fire and they were able to do half caf. The ambiance is great but the girl at the front was rude and annoyed to talk to us

Maple House is a beer, coffee place, wine bar. There are 16 craft beers on tap and over 20 wines available by the glass. They also serve specialty coffee drinks. We had wine on our visit, sampling a white Bordeaux and a chenin blanc. Happy hour prices put each glass (7 oz) at about $10. Really fair pricing for the nice pours. The outdoor spaces are quite amazing for the cooler seasons, offering lots of seating. In the warmer months, the inside spots fill up fast. We grabbed the last two available indoor seats on the 105 degree day of our visit. This is another establishment by Jacob & Hall, two downtown entrepreneurs known for top notch venues. Maple House is a great place to relax for a few hours in the morning or afternoon. I particularly love their wine and beer selections! read more

First off, the setting is amazing, great place for a morning coffee and enjoy the outdoors. The coffee is decent too however there seems to be an ongoing problem with errors. I come here often and have been given wrong orders at least 5 times. I don't have an issue with that other than they never remake the coffee. They just add something to make it the right size or taste. For whatever reason, their "fix" never produces a high quality product. They usually seem annoyed at pointing out the error. This is a simple fix and has never stopped me from coming here. read more

I came here with my husband after dinner on Friday for a much needed coffee fix. The place was very cozy and nicely lit. I grabbed a small honey lavender latte while my husband got a flat white. Both were good and not overly sweetened. In addition to coffee, they also had a beer and wine menu as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We parked on the street and so it wasn't a far walking distance for us. This is a nice spot to try if you're in the area! read more

Love this place for a chill weeknight or weekend morning/afternoon. I've had their wine, cocktails, cafe drinks, and all are great. The back patio is where it's at for working remotely or catching up on some reading. read more

Great coffee and food but not very much space to sit so get early if you want somewhere to sit and enjoy the space.

Cute place with well made options. Surprised they had live music at night on the weekends. Casual and friendly vibe.

I had an eyes white chocolate mocha with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that they used way too much ice so next time I would ask for the light ice but the vibes here are amazing. You can relax and do work or you can hang out with friends. read more

Maple House - iced white chocolate mocha with oat milk - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

I love the addition of new cafes and restaurants in Downtown Chandler! This place is incredibly cute, especially for just a casual meet-up with friends or to study. My husband and I stopped by to just try it out, and it was pretty busy on a Sunday morning. I ordered us Raspberry White Mocha over ice, their truffle egg salad sandwich, and grilled cheese. The interior is very trendy, and social media cute, and outside (front and back), they have more seating and a corn hole area. I suspect that once our summer nights are in full swing, this will be a busy spot. We ordered our items to go, and the wait was pretty long, so if you're I'm a hurry, it's best to try some place else. I enjoyed their food! My husband really liked their grilled cheese but found their egg salad sandwich too tangy. I liked the egg salad sandwich, and I typically don't order egg salad sandwiches: it was a nice citrus/mustard tang that complimented the truffle. I recommend stopping by and giving it a go! read more

FINALLY got a chance to try this place out! We've been scouting this nearly every weekend for the past 3-4 weeks but it's always packed with the lines going out around the fence. Today we were in luck and were able to go through right away! It was pretty full there this afternoon, with most people there drinking wine or enjoying some draft beer. They have a cute front "yard" that really has that chill backyard patio vibe with some turf and a fireplace. I really liked that! The barista taking our order was super sweet and talked about their offerings. I ordered a honey lavender latte (16oz) and my hubby ordered a honey lavender latte with oat milk (also 16oz). The total came out to $13.51. We had both asked for light ice as well. The flavor was great, we both liked our drinks a lot - not too sweet with a delicious lavender taste. Highly recommend! I will say though, the price seems pretty high for two regular small coffees. And we also didn't get light ice like we asked for. Will definitely be back though :) read more

I wanted to like this place. I did. I have seen this posted a bit on social media when it 1st opened--it's cute. It is a lot smaller than how it appears online/yelp in real life (to me). My main objective was to go somewhere with coffee and booze to sit my butt down and study for my boards. This place has the coffee and the booze--but on a Saturday afternoon it is not the place to get work done, read, or study. It is very load--music is loud even with ear buds in, staff were ironically the loudest (we sat inside). It was not the place to study. It does however have outlet plugins which was hard to gage online/yelp. DOES HAVE OUTLETS to plug laptops in! So that was good. I spent 50.00 plus tip for 2 egg sandwiches and 2 coffee cocktails plus I tipped. So on the high end in terms of price. Their menu for food is interesting...interesting in the sense that there are time constraints for certain menu options. My boyfriend and I were stuck with only 2 sandwich options and neither of them were super appealing for us but we picked the truffle egg sandwiches and they were not good. They had a balsamic vinegar to them that was heavy on the vinegar. My boyfriend and I only ate 1 half of our sandwiches. The bread was good . Coffee cocktails were probably the best thing we got--we thought they both were decently made even though the barista forgot to make our drinks. We ate our half sandwich before we could even get our drinks. So that was disappointing. My boyfriend ordered the carajillo and I tried the brown sugar espresso martini. Both were decent. If you want to come here with friends--it's cute and could serve that purpose. Have some drinks. Food can be easily skipped. To work/study--not really the best spot--or come not on the weekend, don't sit inside (but lose outlet capability). read more

This place is so cute, I love the overall look and cozy seating of this place and the location offers plenty of parking. The drinks were pretty good and the food options have good flavor. My biggest issue is their setup isn't optimal. The order counter often gets overcrowded and the drink pick up area is so inconvenient to get to. It would almost work better if they had someone from the staff at least bringing the drinks to the tables of those whom chose to dine in. The other issue we had was the overall seating, it's pretty tight in there and doesn't really feel comfortable to sit a while and the noise level is very high, which makes having a conversation or a business meeting pretty impossible. Maybe if you go, try on a random Wednesday vs a Friday, to see if your experience is less stressed than mine. read more

First time at Maple House came in for the dirty chai latte. We came in during lunchtime, so it was really busy, but we were able to be served right away. I really like the dirty chai because it was rich in flavor, and substituted regular milk for oat milk. I always like when coffee shops have alternative milk product for people who can't tolerate diary. I also noticed Maple House had good outdoor seating areas as well as indoor. Definitely will be back to try other menu and food options. read more

Just to be clear, I will keep coming to Maple House. The coffee is worth the lines and ambiance is good and lively. But for goodness sake, $13 for an almond croissant? Dude, get over yourself. I mean, people be paying it, so go get yours, but it takes a lot of nerve to price your pastries like they come with free champagne. read more

Such a quaint location in downtown Chandler with friendly barista, a large outdoor patio with rocking chairs, fireplace and conversation pits. Ideal for a lazy weekend afternoon or an after work spot to chill. Came with a gal pal and we enjoyed the ambiance and the coffee was delicious. I got a cappuccino with a double shot of expresso, she got an iced mocha. Pricing was reasonable and mine was served in a ceramic mug. If you prefer an adult bevy, they do serve wine, bubbles and beer. Saw several people with bottles. They also have scones, muffins and a small menu of snack sized items plus a convenient self serve water station with glassware. Not sure why it took me so long to get over here but it's definitely a stop I will make again soon. read more

Food: I came here at 12pm and was disappointed to hear they do not serve avocado toast after 11am. I then decided to order the egg salad sandwich but unfortunately was not a fan. I think it had too much mustard Drinks: I ordered the Little Lottie which was a pistachio, white chocolate latter and it was tasty Ambiance: plenty of seating with lawn games and firepits. Very family friendly as there was a lot of kids running around Service: the service was great however the wait was long for our food and drinks. Our drinks took about 20 min to be called and then the food took about 40 min. They were very busy so I was not surprised but being told an ETA when I was ordering would've been nice Parking: In Downtown Chandler so there was not designated parking for Maple House but I parked in the parking garage for free read more

A cute place to stop for coffee and meet up to chat with any human. I love that they have seating indoors/ outdoors. At night, it's a lovely setting especially since the weather is perfect these days for sitting outside. The backyard is also full of seating. The outdoor seating is cute since they have a variety of chairs and seating areas. (ROCKING CHAIRS, PICNIC SEATING AREAS, FIREPLACE SEATING AREAS ETC. ) YES, I'm SCREAMING THIS! (To the couple in front, looking for seating not realizing that there's seating in back) The lines are long, but it goes super fast honestly. The line is there one min and gone the next, so don't get discouraged and leave when you see a line... since it does moves really fast. (Excluding if you happen to go when there's a Karen in the house) Respectfully! The prices are average My Cinnamon Creme Brulee with Almond Milk was but my crossaint wasn't the best as it was dry and tasted old. There's plenty of parking on the street as well as a free covered parking ramp within min of walking distance. Don't forget to tip... for good juju returned. read more

Tried Maple House 3x and each time was just okay. Love love the space - big, bright, open, green, organic, lots of tables indoors and sooo much seating outdoors (too bad we can't use it most of the year), very quaint neighborhood vibe. Enjoy the specialty latte flavor combinations. However, the espresso martini is batched and on tap and you can definitely tell as it doesn't taste fresh or high quality and the lattes and non-dairy milks have SO much sugar!!! Even the oat milk at 7g/8oz and half sweet, it's still too sweet for me. The staff wasn't thrilled about me asking them to check the milk labels and threw them on the counter to check them which I didn't appreciate as now their actions send the message that I am an annoyance or inconvenience and therefore, not a valued customer (note that it was not busy nor were there any people in line behind me). Also no GF pastries or food options :( I think Maple House could be a great gathering area maybe for people who don't have dietary restrictions or mind what they're eating/drinking; it's just probably not for me :) read more

We really like Maple House. My sister introduced us to it a few months ago and this is our second visit. We've been here only at night and it's been a great experience in both times. In the summer, we sat outside and the singer was playing his guitar and singing live right next to us. He is great! I tried their vanilla latte tonight with coconut milk and it was perfect. Their coffee tastes different. It's not as bitter as other coffee houses which is something I enjoy. My husband had the chocolate hazelnut coffee and he enjoyed it a lot. I am not sure if they have live music every night but it's so beautiful and calming, it's such a wonderful place to hang out at with some friends, or as a couple. They have a huge beautiful patio front and back. They have heaters in the back and a fireplace in the front. We sat inside this is evening but the doors were open so we felt like we were sitting outside but without feeling super cold. The singer was here tonight too. You can hear him inside through their built in speakers. He sings so beautifully you would never guess sitting inside that this is live singing! They are open late on Saturdays which is amazing because it's so hard to find coffee late at night anywhere here. They have free WiFi also so many people come here to work as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Try it and you'll know why :) read more

Cute place to pop in for a coffee. I tired the brown sugar coconut latte, it was a little sweeter than I would like but had a nice smooth flavor. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the food. My plan was to get a pastry but all the pastries on display looked over cooked. My friend and I shared the truffle egg salad sandwich. It was flavorful but there was not much egg salad to bread so it tasted mostly like bread. Would highly recommend here. The vibe is cool and the service was great! read more

This place had a really fun vibe. It's nice to just go and hangout here. They have board games and corn hole outside as well as lots of outdoor seating. The food was just alright. Wasn't super flavorful but wasn't bad. It seemed pretty overpriced for the food. But the coffee wasn't priced too bad. Of course paying more for the ambiance vs the food. The service was good! The servers were friendly and quick. Would I go back? I could see myself going back just for coffee but probably not for the food. Recently visited Maple House for the first time since their soft opening! The original visit was OK, but that is to be expected when first starting and working out kinks, so was excited to check them out again! Initial thoughts, the space and vibe is so cute. It's got a super cozy feel with the cafe being in a house and a large courtyard in the back and front. It's off the major streets of downtown Chandler, so it feels authentic and you don't catch too much of the traffic noise. They also have lots of cute seating nooks outside and a fireplace. I can't wait for the cooler months to enjoy a hot beverage on their patio. They are obviously very popular, as most the seats have been full on each visit., especially inside. They do also have bar seating along with ample tables. The tables have they awesome chargers built in, but ours seemed to not be working. Not sure if that was a one off or not. They have a solid lineup of coffees and also serve wine, beer and cocktails, so honestly a great spot to grab a pick me up at anytime of the day. I do wish they had some house made syrups, but thats hard to find these days. I have only enjoyed their coffee, so look forward to trying some of their other offerings in the future. I went with an espresso con panna this time around and my friend got a latte. I do want to try their honey lavender latte on my next visit though! They feature most of the classics, though I did not see cold brew, along with a few house specialties. They were out of most of their pastries at about 10:30 pm, so we did not get to enjoy one of their fall specials, but hope to get to indulge on the next visit. They do offer a small food offering menu. On my first visit I tried the truffle egg salad sandwich, which I recall really enjoying. Beverages came out quickly, even with the constant flow of traffic. Definitely a cute spot and well worth a visit if you are looking to grab a beverage on your own, friends, a date or meeting! There is also free street parking and free parking garages nearby! The spots out front do fill up quickly, to be expected. read more

I love this little coffee house! Today is the second time that I've been to the Maple House to study and this place has the best vibes to it. I love how much natural lighting there is inside the cafe as well as the outdoor seating that is offered. If you are coming to get some work done, come early to ensure that you can get a seat inside. If not you will have to wait for a seat to open up or take a table outside. There is also a huge parking lot nearby so parking is never an issue. I've tried 2 different drinks from this cafe: the little Lottie latte and the brown sugar coconut. Little Lottie Latte: very sweet! I think it's supposed to be a pistachio white chocolate drink. It was a little too sweet to me and tasted a little artificial 3/5 Brown sugar coconut: strong coconut flavor and perfectly sweet. The coconut flavor definetely overpowers the brown sugar which is good if you like coconut 4/5 Will definetely be back soon to try more drinks or just to get some work done! read more

Cute little spot in downtown Chandler to grab a drink with friends! I love that they offer both coffee and wine so you can easily transition into happy hour after the workday! FYI - They only have wine based spirits so there's not many cocktails on the menu but they have a pretty good selection of wine so you're sure to find something you'd like! The food offerings are minimal but the cheeseboard I ordered was enjoyable. Beautiful outdoor seating and staff's incredibly kind, but I must say I was so disappointed with the coffee I ordered. It can very well be my poor judgement in ordering a large cinnamon crème brûlée with only 2 shots rather than the miso caramel, which is what I was eying too. The drink tasted like milk with a dash of cinnamon and heavy cream - nothing at all what I expected. I was hoping that the richness would impart cohesively throughout the drink, but it tasted like when whip cream just settles without melting in. And the cinnamon flavor was barely there for it to be called a cinnamon drink. I also ordered the tomato flatbread and a danish, both were good! I anticipated a wood-fired flatbread, but it seemed to be one of the ready-made crusts. The hot honey tasted more sweet than hot, but it paired well with the tanginess of the tomato sauce. Again, it can be the choices I made, but overall, a rather disappointing experience. read more

This place is adorable! I've been here twice and enjoyed it both times. There always seems to be a line when ordering, but it moves quickly. The drinks are on par with other coffee shops, but their pastry pricing is much higher than a typical coffee shop (like $8-12 for a pastry, rather than your typical $4-6). Because of this, I've only tried their speciality lattes. They were both so yummy and leave me wanting to go back to try some of their other specialty drinks. I love the indoor/outdoor space, and how there is a mix of people working/studying, friends catching up, and families playing a game of cornhole in the back. Definitely a fun, laidback vibe! read more
