There was a sign for the BOGO literally on the counter in front of the cashier, and a second sign on the wall behind her. My family and I always come here often but the prices are insane. Not only are they outrageous, they are cheating you off your money. The scale keeps increasing every time you take it off and put it back. When I told the staff, the staff told me that she could replug it and it did nothing. After a bit more arguing, she just asked me if I wanted to pay or not. She clearly did not care about our experience and was really rude. The flavors are good but for the price is extreme. We ended up leaving our yogurt with her and leaving. We tried making it right for the 2 people behind us. My first self serve froyo since the pandemic and it's nice to see they figured out how to do it safely. A place with rotating flavors, being able to sample them is part of the experience. In the area where you get your cup size of choice, gloves were provided as well as sample cups. We were able to serve ourselves and safely taste any flavor we wanted. If a glove got messy, ya just put on a new one. Everyone in the store was abiding by the rules and things went smoothly. Felt very safe to me on top of mask rule still in effect. In California we haven't figured out that this can work. Here, it was a nice treat and an enjoyable experience. Just as I remembered Yogurtland to be. The toppings were fresh plenty of cups for samples the area was clean the staff was friendly not over bothersome they allowed you to make your yogurt in peace. When I was there we were the only customers so that made it ultra comfortable being that we had the place to ourselves but it looks like a nice area to relax and enjoy yogurt I have the purple yam yogurt with cheese cake on top and for toppings I had strawberries and blueberries. We were at your store tonight 3/23 at 8:30 pm and then close to 9 pm, this lady worker was dragging the chairs very very very loudly in the middle of 18 people ( basketball team and family). Yogurtland is great! I love the yogurt and the toppings but the customer service here is awful! I've seen the same staff before and they leave a lot to be desired for customer service! They were taking nozzles off while the isle was full, cutting between customers, was rude to an elderly couple and just generally seemed inconvenienced by her job. It's Saturday night I'm sure everyone was in a hurry to close but if the lobby is full common sense should prompt staff to wait. To be honest their frozen yogurt is the best in town. Specially the plain tart. Unfortunally our last visit wasn't very pleasant, our baby dropped his spoon and my wife asked at the counter if she could please have another one. Cashier disrespecfully replied that she couldn't give her one more. Unbelievable! I work in the food industry and I take customers feedback very serious in order to keep a great reputation. Hope this can help managment/owner. Also the whole place is dirty and seems like the employees just don't care about it. Peanut Butter Fresh Strawberry NY Cheesecake Pistachio Double Cookies & Cream Red Velvet Cupcake Batter Chocolate twilight Matcha Green Tea (taste like the real deal) Taro Plain tart Pineapple tart The good: - awesome service (handing me a sample cups & giving me the fro yo 101) - employees were always running around trying to keep the store nice & tidy (unlike the Tempe store) - nutritional facts & ingredients are listed for each flavor on their website The bad: - Cost is $0.37/ oz here vs $0.30 at the Tempe store - candy bar chopping were a little sloppy - some fruits (lychee & mango) looked a little old. My daughter loves this place. It's usually pretty busy but not overwhelming. I really like that the store stays open pretty late even on weekdays. Had to give it a 4/5. I took my daughter there once at 10...mind you it closes at 10:30pm. I asked one of the workers where the caramel is and she replied we packed it up...I replied it's only 10 and there was at least 10 people still in the store. We haven't visited this location since last year and it seems that it has gone downhill. The staff used to be friendly and fun. Today, the two girls that were "working" stood around talking unless there were customers at the register. Two of the flavors, original tart and mango tart had obviously been in the machine way too long. They were icy and grainy in texture. Approximately 3-4 machines had nothing in them, so the selection was fairly low. Pretty disappointed. I can't say we won't be back, but I also can't say we wouldn't purposely go elsewhere when looking for our Yogurtland fix. read more

When I went to this location I was going in to find all the regular flavors like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry but I never find these flavors available and this same day I went today and was told that the syrups are put away 30 minutes before closing to clean but since when do you put away toppings before the store closes. If they wanted to clean them they could do it after closing not 30 minutes before when customers are still coming in. What is the point of having a promotional "Fan Pass" from 4/15 to 4/19 and running out of passes before the end of the first day? I stopped in on the evening of the 15th, and they were completely out with no plans on getting more. The person at the check out counter was not very friendly, and made us feel like we were dumb for asking even though the store is covered in posters marketing the "Fan Pass" promotion they are running this week starting today. They are celebrating their 5th anniversary, but at this rate and with this kind of service I don't think they will make it to their 10th. The yogurt was good and they had a good selection of flavors and toppings, but the service was totally lacking. On a side note: Their website says, "At Yogurtland you rule the portions, the choices and the scene", but the cups are huge! The smallest cup size is 16 oz, large enough to feed a family of four! Gluttony is at an all time high, and 16 oz of froyo is more than any one person should eat in one sitting! Yeah, I guess you don't have to fill it, but have you seen what a 16 oz cup looks like with just 2-4oz? At 27 to 39 calories or 6 - 8.6 carbs per ounce, this could be a pretty high calorie treat if you just fill the smallest cup to the top without a fancy swirl on top! That would be 400-625 calories for the smallest cup filled to the top, not counting extra toppings!!! read more
