I took my nightly stroll through chandler fashion for my daily steps and was craving something sweet (I know, counterproductive), but Jamba was in a great location near the food court and couldn't be missed. Upon walking up, it gave me a nostalgic feeling as I used to frequent Jamba Juice (that's right...the old school name before they rebranded to only Jamba). I was really excited to see that their menu has evolved over the years, and there's so much more that they offer. What I really loved about their menu was that they marked which items were dairy free. What a simple concept, but it goes to show how much they listen to their consumers. Love the orange dream machine with strawberries! It's like you're in a citrus Grove walking with a freshly picked orange with a kick of strawberry. Would definitely come back for one of their acai bowls, as those looked legit, too. read more

Jamba is consistently one of my favorite places to get a smoothie! The staff is always very friendly!

Walking around the mall can be exhausting and we were looking for a quick drink to get our energy back up. I always get the razzmatazz and today was no different at this location. Service was quick and we were on our way in no time. read more

My toddler loves smoothies so we started indulging occasionally. We haven't had to wait more than a couple minutes to get our drinks, which is great when you have hungry toddlers who want their "treat" Always tasty and I add protein to try and balance how much sugar is in the fruit. read more

Friendly, efficient team members and a good product. Can't ask for much more than that, now can we. This location is in the middle of Chandler Mall so it gets its share of business. When we arrived there was a line but it moved along quickly and our order was prepared as expected which allowed us to continue our shopping extravaganza without delay. Now *this* is what I'm talking about. After having half my mouth (and consequently half my face) incapacitated by a grueling dental procedure, the only thing that sounded right and proper was Jamba Juice. As we were running a couple errands in Chandler, we picked this Jamba to satiate our juice needs -- and indeed, it was to be juice this time around. I'm too numb to properly enjoy a smoothie. That will come later. Thus, we ordered from a nice fellow who asked if we'd like ice with our medium Orange Carrot Twists, and of course we accepted. A seamless whir of the juicer, and two large cups were brought to us. He'd added a bit more ice than expected, so he took it upon himself to give our medium beverages a size upgrade, or so he explained. Imaginably, we were gifted some extra juice as a result. Like I said, *this* is what I'm talking about. Take notes, others of the chain [seek the review that precedes this one if you're curious], for that was exemplary customer service! I have a twice a week Jamba Juice habit and usually go to the one by my house. Today I stopped at the one in the mall. I ordered two smoothies. I had a rewards coupon, told the cashier. He dug around for the scanner, the coupon didn't come off. I ask about it and he just says, "no," and then proceeds to stare into space until I hand him a credit card. One smoothie came out okay. I am giving JJ two stars today, for the good service and they were accommodating to my nut allergy. They offered to swap the nut granola for extra fruit! The bowl was done with the best effort with the ingredients they have to work with but this liquefy lunch is not filling me up! Inside the mall in Chandler, AZ is a small JJ kiosk. Julian was working the day my Aunt and two cousins and I were walking around the mail before heading back to California. We stopped at the kiosk and ordered an Orange Dream Machine (medium - $5.89), Tropical Pitaya Smoothie with extra soy protein (large - $6.79) and two 1 oz wheetgrass shots ($2.79 each). Even though he was the only employee working and there was a little line, our drinks came out fast and were delicious. Jamba Juices are hit or miss, but we've found this one to be pretty great. Today we ordered a smoothie that has been off the menu for a while and they were still able to make it perfectly. I ordered a green juice and the cashier/juice guy offered to put it over ice - when I said yes he put it in a larger cup so I could still get the full amount of juice. Personable and speedy service. This place is awesome! I had about eight people in front of me when I walked up and 4 of them were kids. One person working the cash register and three others pumping out drinks. In literally 3 or 4 minutes, my drink was ready with everyone in front of me served as well. Paying was super easy as well since they took Apple Pay in a very obvious spot right in front of the cash register. The other nice thing is that it's NOT located in the food court so it's a bit quieter and you're not fighting over table. Clean, fast, tasty, and reasonably priced! What more could you ask for? We walked up & a girl walked up behind us & said "can you add more ice, this isn't thick enough". The employees dumped it back in the blender. The best part- she already drank out of it. I wish I could give this place negative stars! The mocha smoothie tasted like garbage!!! It was definitely made very poorly & that's probably because the staff they had working was very poor. The girl working had the WORST attitude. The service was great given it was a busy day. The only thing I am disappointed in are the smoothies. I bought a Acai and Kale...something. I never got a receipt so I apologize I do not remember the name. Anyways, they were not blended well at all. Both smoothies still had big chunks of fruit and the Acai tastes purely of yogurt.
