Jamba is good and typically you can expect the same product at any location. It's great for an afternoon pick-me-up! Nothing says you are worth it than a Mango or Strawberry/Banana frozen smoothie! I had a mango one this time around and it was full of mango chunks along with that tangy taste of pineapple. Wife typically orders one of the super blends and this time she settled with the Acai Super-Antioxidant, which she loves. No pics but overall a good experience at this store. read more

The actual smoothies are good. The girl with black hair and nose stud along with the blonde girl with a lot of self tanner have attitude problems. It's like it was a burden for them just to make my order. I walked up to the counter and the girl walked away because she expected me to just order at the self checkout thing. They were too busy gossiping to give any customer service. They also didn't put the lid on my Jamba correctly and it fell off as soon as I got outside and spilled. read more

If the hours posted state that you open at 7 I don't know why I've shown up on 3 separate occasions and the store was still closed and not open. This is extremely frustrating as I try to get Jamba on the way to work so I wake up early. Just to get here to find that the store is closed because opening employees are running late. So even though I woke up early and got here at opening time I will end up late to work if I want the smoothies. And if I don't I just wasted my time and getting up early. It is now 7:27...I've been sitting in the parking lot for... Almost 30min past opening time. And no one is here. I am not the only one. 2 other potential customers came and left after seeing the store was dark and the door was locked. As an old employee of Jamba I know the expectation is to arrive 15 min early. This store clearly needs better leads and management I ended up leaving at 7:35 am WITHOUT the smoothies. read more

Everything is fresh and the taste is great. The staff is nice and gives you time to decide on which smoothie you want.

8/10 times they don't have fresh oranges in stock. Once in a blue moon, if you're lucky, they might have them. It's frustrating if they have it on the menu, they should have it year round. read more

This location is my go to smoothie shop. You can download an app to order online and just pick up real quick at the store. I've had countless great experiences coming to this Jamba juice location. My second time at a Jamba Juice store and I'm not too sure why I don't visit it as often because their juice and smoothie options are super healthy! I initially ordered the plant based smooth talking mango and replaced pineapple with peaches but it was so bland!! All I could taste was oat milk and no fruit at all. The staff was extremely considerate and made me an alternate smoothie of my choice and this time I picked the açaí super antioxidant (saw most people ordering this one so played safe) and I wasn't disappointed! Will certainly ask the staff for suggestions before I order next time :) read more

I had a coupon for Jamba Juice and was in the area so I figured I would get a smoothie. I love Jamba Juice even though I know it's very sweet. I ordered a kids sized Blueberry Strawberry Blast Off, which has a mixed berry juice blend, blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. I ordered it for pick up and it was ready by the time I got there. However, this kids sized smoothie was ~$4 and it was SO small. Seems like it's gotten more expensive lately. They have deals going on once in a while so I probably would wait to come by one of these before going back. read more

I always go here and get the same thing. They have a new staff member and I don't appreciate being doubted and talked bad about for having an allergy to bananas the "like at least she made it easy for us and got a small" but then proceeded to cross contaminate my my drink and not follow the health protocol for an allergy this made me really upset because I explained that if any banana get into my food I will go into anaphylactic shook but then they proceeded to just nod there head and said that they will make my drink, even though they didn't it was not on the receipt showing that the banana was an allergen. This is against the health code procedure The other staff had to confirm that it was an allergy. I have my food handlers card I know all of this. read more

Friendly and quick service. The staff has great customer service as well. I was greeted when I walked in and was helped right away. They have even changed up their facility so everyone can practice their social distancing. This location is kinda hard to find but when you want Jamba Juice you will do anything to find it and get your fix. As always the Caribbean Passion is my go to smoothie. But Im sure their other smoothies are just as good. I appreciate not having to listen to blaring loud music which some location do practice because of certain Employees working. I went on a busy Tuesday with a large order and they banged it out. Awesome staff and was super nice they smoothies were delightful I definitely recommend the watermelon while it's in season I wish it was all year long it's good with whey protein. The facility is small but has seating indoors and out and if you haven't had a Belgium waffle try one they actually are pretty good. read more

I tend to order the exact same thing each time I go and one location will be okay with my order and another will tell me that I can't have mango chunks in my order. I've asked the manager on a separate occasion to change his gloves. This time I didn't after he touched the cash register with his gloves on and handled food in spite of. It's gross, negligent, a health hazard and egregious. I've called him out on it before I won't do it again.I wasted a lot of money on my drink. I had to throw it out......SMH! I have been going to Jamba Juice for about 20 years, since the location opened in my hometown. I have always been a fan, though in recent years I hadn't been as frequently as in my high school and college days. My sister gave me a gift card for Mother's Day, so I excitedly took my daughter there a few days later. This location of Jamba Juice has exceptionally friendly and helpful employees. My daughter ordered a Strawberry Surfrider smoothie and was not happy with it because it was too tart; they made her a new, sweeter smoothie without a second thought. They need at least one more table outside and one more table inside to accommodate the steady flow of customers. Also, the tables should be cleared and wiped off more frequently. I'm not a fan of "fast food" but Jamba Juice is in a world of their own. So much so that I often leave with 4 or 5 items because I can not decide what I want, it is all so good! Who would think that you could get a grilled brie and apple sandwich on toasted fig bread? Or the flavorful chicken flat bread. How about the blended berry crunchy yogurt, I'm pretty sure that the secret ingredient is peanut butter and it is delicious. It is my go-to place if I'm not feeling well because there is something magical in their Green Tea Matcha that settles my tummy right down. It is still fun to go to Jamba Juice! From my perspective the Jamba's had their hay-day right when they came out and then there were a thousand other joints just like it because everyone was trying to do smoothies. Then it came out they were in fact not as healthy as we all thought so the smoothie shop was not as popular. Luckily, a few of them survived and now we have all of these options (within reason options, not 22 page menu options that the famous chefs lecture about). Smoothie size options with calories posted on the menu for each drink! Food options. Options for breakfast and for lunch. Oatmeal option, sandwich option, spinach and egg wrap option. Dairy-free options. Gluten-free options. You name it, there is something here for you! This location is quick and clean. I am in and out with a healthy start to my day just minutes after dropping the pup at doggie day care next door to play while I work. The staff is friendly and doesn't make me feel bad when I'm taking an extra minute to decide if I want to try something new. This Jamba location is really great. Even when it gets busy they are still friendly fast and efficient. They have no issues if you need to make substitutions.
