It's a solid drive-thru only type coffee place with a variety of hot and cold coffees, expresso-based beverages, and some breakfast items. they also include their signature chocolate dipped coffee bean with every purchase. Service is pretty fast as well. I've never had a bad drink here, I love their cold brews with cold foam and hot mexican mochas. My only real complaint is that they switched their breakfast burrito from just egg (vegetarian) to now a mix of egg, bacon, weird sauce which is a big downgrade. read more

Great drinks and even better service, pretty affordable as well. Highly recommended as well as birthday benefits.

I stopped by Saturday morning and there were a few cars in line. After waiting a few minutes, I was able to place my order for a large iced muddy. The drink was great and I always love the little chocolate covered espresso bean they put on top of the drinks! The human bean is just a drive thru and has a walk-up window but there's no interior. read more

I stopped by here on a Tuesday earlier this month with my wife and twins for our morning coffee. Whenever we go on vacation, we like to hit up local coffee shops and on this day we went to the Human Bean. This coffee shop was in a stand alone building and had both a drive thru and a walk up window. Since I wanted some time to see the menu I ended up parking and going to the walk up window. There was a group of 2 in front of me and they were pretty slow in ordering. By the time they were done they had ordered 4 drinks including two snowies. For my coffee on this day I ended up going with a large hot candied peppermint latte and then I ordered my wife a large peppermint mocha snowie. From the time I walked up to the window until I got back in the car took 15-20 minutes with most of the blame going on the two people in front of me but I will also note that service wasn't too fast either. Thankfully the coffee here was worth the wait. There was a good balance of milk to coffee and I was able to taste the rich coffee. Then the peppermint flavor was always there but not too strong which I appreciated. My wife also enjoyed her coffee here even if it was a little decadent. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. While my coffee was good, I just wish that it hadn't taken as long as it did to get it. read more

genuinely got sick after trying ts the service was fine but muffin top looked expired and the java chip drink was pretty bad

Needed a quick pick me up before my shift at work and decided to try this place out! I went through the drive thru, they were pretty busy but the line moved quickly. I ordered the egg, cheese and potato burrito and a small snowy mocha. The coffee was delicious but the burrito was just okay. I was very impressed with the salsa that came with the burrito though! Besides that, the burrito was fairly small and flavorless. The coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness and strength. I would definitely come back for just the coffee. These two items totaled $14 read more

Was in the area and decided to give it a try. Staff was friendly, drinks came out fast. Ordered two drinks: the mexi and a vanilla cold brew. Both tasted water downed... like water was actually poured into our drinks. As first timers to this coffee shop, we won't be back. read more

If you have not been here, what are you doing? This place is top notch. It is way better then any of the others. The people are so kind and friendly. They make your drink perfectly and I just love that they add a vanilla coffee bean on top of your drink. It is such a thoughtful, touch. Love this place will be going over and over and over. read more

Having such a difficult day. The gal who handed me my coffee made my day! Your sweetest polite staff ever!

I come to "The Human Bean" pretty often, and it's consistently delicious. With fast service, and a smile, these trips help me get through my day. Bethany, in particular is such an amazing human bean (). When I accidentally spilled coffee all over my car, Bethany helped me. She gave me napkins and a trash bag and before I left the parking lot, she even replaced my drink at no charge. We need more people like this in the world. Bethany, thanks for making my day a little brighter. read more

I stopped by this location on my way to a dance competition. It was around 7:30 this morning and I was the only car in the drive-thru, though two more did pull in behind me after I ordered. I ordered three drinks and three breakfast sandwiches, as I was getting stuff for other people too. We all had something "special" about our orders - I had decaf, one person had oat milk, and the other had oat milk and sugar free. They made everything perfectly, not a single mistake. The sandwiches must have been piping hot when I got them because they were still hot when we ate them 15 minutes later. The people working there were all super nice and worked quickly. The drive-thru was easy to navigate in and out of and everything was in good condition. There are a few parking spaces so you can walk up and order at the window if you want. I had a great experience here and I will almost certainly stop by again tomorrow morning. read more

I'm a platinum member. I get a granita pretty much every day for the past 3 years. Lately, they have been coming out tasting like bad milk, no espresso, and lighter than chalk. Whatever you're doing to the recipe, stop it, you're ruining my morning buzz, bro. read more

The person at the window was super friendly the management would be very glad to know we were treated kindly and thoughtfully. I didn't get their name as they didn't have on a tag. The husband and I stopped here again after hiking. Solid coffees, good service. This time I had a Mexican mocha with nonfat milk. It was really good! My husband had the peppermint mocha, which he enjoyed. The menu now has the prices blacked out, but we definitely paid more than $6 for a 20oz, which is more than I like to spend. read more

Y'all are probably like, "Does this girl ever dine-in to eat anymore?!" I promise do lol but as of likely, the drive-thru has been life!!! I discovered this place back home in Vegas, and I was so excited to find they had a few locations here! The one down the street from my mom's house in Vegas, had a sticker that read, "Friends don't let friends drink Starbucks." And from there on out, I knew this would be my favorite coffee place LOL I used to go to this place nearly daily! My favorite drinks were the Mexi-Mocha and Irish Cream Breve, hot! Unfortunately, due to health issues, the doc told me to cool it on the coffee. So, I only have it once in a blue moon now. This visit, I tried one of their new drinks. They're like teas with your choice of energy drink. I tried the Mango Peach with a Red Bull my first visit and the Watermelon Strawberry? with a Rockstar the second visit. They're addicting. Soooooo tasty! I personally like it with the Rockstar than the Redbull, and they also have Monsters. But, it depends on which location you choose to go to. They might have just one energy drink option or 2, and not all 3 kinds. But, they're very refreshing and yummy! I highly recommend! read more

Really great coffee. I had a hot caramel macchiato, and it was excellent. Great customer service! I will be back!

Spent $20 for a sorry, gooey breakfast burrito and a watery granita, on top of slow service. The convenience of drive thru breakfast and coffee is definitely not met with quality. Really disappointed, probably my last time here. read more

I have not been disappointed with my experiences at The Human Bean thus far. The drinks have been great in taste and the customer service is always excellent and fast. I have only been to two locations thus far and had no complaints. I'm not too much of a coffee drinker and my typical place to drink is Starbucks. Hands down when it comes to coffee... Human Bean will be my preference. The Sugar Mama is my go too and the caramel macchiato. I even went by this Mother's Day and they were giving out tulips which was so sweet. I will continue to come here for my coffee fix. read more

Great specialty drinks and kind staff! I wish there were an interior but other than that, the place is adorable!

I saw this place open, and decided to check it out! This place is brand new because I've never seen it here before, only construction! The customer service was really great! The guy was super friendly! The menu has a lot of options from smoothies, coffee, energy drinks, etc! There are many sizes as well! I got the 16oz frozen hot chocolate and my bf got a 16oz snowy mocha! Omg I highly recommend getting the frozen hot chocolate! It has the right amount of sweetness, it's thick, and delicious especially on a hot day! I definitely recommend checking this place out! I would come back again! read more

First time ever at The Human Bean. This location has a two sided drive through which they utilize one drove by and the line was to the street. So on my way back home tried again and there were 4 cars so I stopped. A little slow on service but not to bad. The ladies working were very nice! Ordered a medium Cold Brew with Creme de Menthe (half the sweetness) and a splash of soy. The beat part was the chocolate covered espresso bean they give u as a treat on top. The coffee was okay, didn't taste the Creme de Menthe at all not even a little the soy add was perfect but it was okay for an iced coffee. I will try it again maybe something different and take my kids to try the fruity stuff. Hoping for a better outcome on my next visit. read more

I loved going to the human bean on my way to work. I never had a problem with the service or the drinks. The reason for my 1 star is because the barista I normally see are no longer at this location and the location no longer feels like a friendly coffee spot. My drinks are always watered down and 90% ice. The service now doesn't feel the same and I have to correct my drinks. The human bean is starting to feel greedy about the syrup being used and the actual drink it self. The customer service is no longer friendly. I think it's time to try a different location. read more

This is the second time this place has messed up my order. I called the first time to ask why my drink was made wrong and the manager had an attitude and said "I watched the girl make it right.." I was so confused at the level of professionalism. I tried one last time to order and was provided a ripped label and 1/3 of my drink being foam. I'm paying DoorDash 15-20 dollars for your hiked up drink prices and receiving terrible service. Highly do not recommend this location as a loyal human bean customer. I'm so done. Some kind of training needs to go on if upper management (ie: franchise owner) sees this. read more

As a loyal Human Bean customer visiting several times per week, todays visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual Irish Cream Breve and ordered a Matcha for my wife, was told no matcha( happens frequently lately) so order a Chia Latte with coconut milk instead. We leave and wife takes 1 sip and say it's bad. We drive back and explain, and ask for something different, we are than told since they are not re- making the same drink that want to charge me again. Terrible customer service. Lost a loyal Gold Status Customer read more

Great service but the coffees are gross, mid and not worth your time. Dunkin Donuts coffee tastes better.

First off when is the last time you ordered a coffee and it cam in a Coca Cola soft drink cup? I ordered a Cowabunga and it honestly tasted like a $6 black coffee with ice. They had to have missed a few steps in making this. Never again. read more

I stop here regularly for my morning coffee before work and their service has always been fast. They do have 2 drive thru lines going in opposite directions which helps a lot. However, if it's extra busy they'll have someone outside w/ the iPad taking up orders as well. My favorite thing to get is the 20oz caramel macchiato with almond milk and extra shot of espresso - looove! Also, not only is the taste & quality way better than Starbucks, but the price is too!. I also love how they always place a coffee covered bean at the top. Highly recommend! read more

Great customer service and yummy drinks! The 12oz and 16oz has 2 shots, I would choose the 12oz for less milk. If you love espresso like me, get the 20oz; it has 4 shots. You have a nice view while ordering and the service is pretty fast! This a great spot to stop before a nice hike up South Mountain. I normally order the Sugar Mama or the Snowy! The little espresso bean is such a cute touch and so good! You can always purchase these espresso beans separately, I add one in my coffee at home when I can't drive to Human Bean. Not much for bad reviews but today at this place really sucked. Myself and another car were sitting in line patiently waiting our turn. Here comes a lady cuts in front of us and laughs about it. I ask her to move politely and go back around behind us. I also informed the employees of her they told me too bad. Told me to leave if I was going to complain about her customers. I took a pic of her just so everyone knows not come to human bean ever again. If you want to deal with karen's this is the place to go. I am so disappointed in giving this company money for many years and will never go back. You want good coffe and drinks go to Dutch bro's or Starbucks. I had to pick up an order today for a customer for doordash today so I thought I'd try it out with a coffee of my own as I waited. Decided on an iced double expresso as a quick pick me up as it was late in my work day. Surely did need it as a means to finish out the last few hours of my work day as I was starting to feel very drained. Have to say it sure was a great choice. The expresso has the strong kick I haven't had in one in a long time. Suddenly I was the great cornholio and the pep in my step was back and ready for work. Also have to say the staff is on the ball and are very attentive and friendly to their customers needs and to doordashers to make sure orders go out right. Can't give enough praise for this local business. Will so be back read more
