Happy to be leaving a better review this time around- I took a break from Infusion after my last experience to explore some other local coffee places, but the beautiful interior, great music, and the delicious coffee keeps me coming back. I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. Glad to see Infusion takes customer feedback seriously. read more

It was my first time at Infusion. What a unique cafe. It is situated in a historic building. A creamery in its previous life according to the sign. There is plenty of seating that can accommodate different size groups. I went with a pour-over, Brazil at the recommendation of the barista. It did not disappoint, great flavor. The rest of our group were happy with their drink selections. The pastries were a good accompaniment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. I will be visiting again. read more

The coffee and food is delicious! I enjoyed the Galician coffee. My only draw back was the parking and interesting customers coming in.

I love infusion. I have come here many times between classes or to catch up with friends. Comfy spot to study, get work done or socialize. Love their lattes- they have tons of syrups. We stopped in here on a Saturday around 11:00am and it was quite busy. This is a popular spot! We lucked out and found some street parking in front of the coffee shop. The line moved pretty quickly. Everyone we talk to was very nice. They have lots of ways to bring your coffee and we ordered a french fries. They had about three selections for the French. We went with a medium Kenyan coffee which was nice. They didn't have a large selection of pastries, but the one that we tried, the raspberry bear paws, was moist and yummy. It was a nice touch that they offered to heat it up for us and they heated it perfectly. The breakfast sandwiches coming out of the kitchen looked really good. We loved how they presented the coffee on a tray. This seems to be a Coffee training and education center. We saw they had some cupping classes available. One of my favorite coffee houses in the Valley. I love the ambiance here. The for-here hot latte in the small orange mug with the included wafer is perfect, though honestly I don't think the coffee beans they use now (they switched about a year ago) are as good as the ones before. I'm so happy I was able to try this place. The customer serve was good and quick! They have a lot of seating inside and it's chill vibes. I got an iced vanilla latte, which was good. I've had better but I'd still come back for it. For food I got the sunrise sandwich on a bagel with chipotle pesto and it was by far the best sandwich I've ever had in my life! Great coffee shop in Tempe. I park on 8th St on ASU football game days and have walked by this shop many times. I finally made a stop here one day and glad I did. I have been looking for more coffee shops to hang out at since moving to the area. These baristas here at Infusion are both friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee and tea. You can tell that this place has put in a lot of man hours into creating a unique menu and perfecting their drinks. The menu at Infusion has all of the classic coffee and tea drinks. It also has a variety of specialty drinks that are quite inventive. The few times that I have come here I have struggled with deciding what to order because I want to try all of these creative drinks. The San Marino coffee machine that they use here is a strong, dependable espresso machine that is manufactured in Italy. I like that they offer coffee workshops here at Infusion. I have taken courses on coffee at other coffee shops and will have to look into taking one of them here. The owner has many years of experience in the coffee business. I would like to get better at brewing up my own specialty drinks at home. Infusion's coffee shop itself is very inviting and cozy. There are lots of ASU students studying here. I love camping out in coffee shops with a book and a relaxing atmospheres like the one that they have here is perfect for me. They have all sorts of merchandise along with bags of coffee and tea to take home. Infusion is big on how they source their coffee and tea and you will take home quality beans that come directly from the farmers. Even though Infusion Coffee & Tea has been around a few years, it is a new experience for me. I appreciate coffee shops who perfect their craft and use the highest quality of ingredients. I also appreciate creativity - especially in my food and drinks. I look forward to a return visit. read more

I discovered this place when I had a shot of espresso at Aloha Yogurt and the employee mentioned where the espresso was from. I immediately knew I had to come and try this place because the espresso was THAT good. Tons of space inside to do some work! It's pretty close to ASU so it did get a little busy while i was there (around 10am). They also offer coffee classes to those who are interested in the origin and how coffee is made. I ordered a SF vanilla latte for myself and an iced vanilla americano for my fiancé. I had to keep myself from drinking my fiancés americano because I drank my latte so fast! This will now be a regular spot for me to visit, as well as the place I bring visiting family & friends. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner!! read more

Their coffee is amazing. It's my favorite in the Tempe area. They are typically pretty full and don't have the most comfortable seating, but the atmosphere is perfect for studying. I was in the mood to try a new coffee shop and Infusion happened to be close by. It is right down the road from Four Peaks and it has a small parking lot with 4-5 spaces. The other option is to street park. When I went inside I was surprised at how spacious it was inside. I ordered an iced matcha and it turned out so creamy and delicious, and not too sweet. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I had to settle on 4. The ambiance of the place is great - lots of coffee paraphernalia- coffee roaster machines and lots of seating. It would be great place to bring a book or your computer to sit for a while and get work done. The coffee - we ordered a cubano and a cappuccino and were a little disappointed by both. The cubano was too acidic and the sugar did not adequately cut the bitterness. The cappuccino was okay; the same acidity in the espresso was present, and the coffee flavor did not shine through enough through the milk. I would have liked a more balanced drink. What is an ordinarily a cute coffee shop, with a great product, was a nightmare on this Saturday mid - day. I was craving coffee and was in the neighborhood, so I came to Infusion on my first trip. What a huge mistake this was. First of all parking is very limited, and once I found parking, I felt vested to get coffee here. The line to order coffee was really long but I was determined to wait. I have been here a few times and I love the matcha! I get it sweetened with almond milk so yummy. My only thing with this place is the seating. I can never find a good place to grind out homework. I've been going here for a while and the last few times I have gone it's been just okay. I'm a barista myself and rarely write reviews but I just want to see if they can maybe leave room for improvement although still an overall good cafe. I went today and bought an iced latte with caramel, pumpkin, and cinnamon powder with breve. When I got it, there was barely any ice and didn't taste like any flavor and no cinnamon powder. The past few times I've gone the baristas seem a little irritated (which as a barista I do understand when it's busy). However, I just thought for an $8 drink it should be a little better. Many coffee shops go the chain route and nuke something gas station style, but these are freshly made. Since discovering Infusion 3 weeks ago, I've been by 3x! The first time I was able to nab one of the allotted parking spots; the other two times, bf/I had to park on the street. It was busy both times that I went. The line was a bit slow as the baristas are friendly and chat with each customer. Seems like a popular spot amongst ASU students, many of whom had their laptops. I ordered the Pecan Pie Latte, Iced, and the Equinox, Iced (butterscotch and toffee). There is a $1 or 1.50 charge when you order it iced, and a charge for alternative milks. This brought my drinks to the $6-7 range; not cheap, but also not far off from other local coffee shops. I'm no coffee expert but I like my coffee both strong and sweet, and Infusion hits the mark!
