The owner is sweet - she wants to make sure you get an enjoyable drink. Her coffee is not bitter at all (thankfully), it's just a little expensive ($6 for a medium iced latte with DF option). Based on our convo I get the understanding she does not have cold drip coffee - just espresso and hot drip coffee. She also has carbalicious snacks and dessert-y snacks for sale too. Definitely appreciate her hustle!

My daughter and I walked up to the counter ready to order, and I knew I wanted a mocha--but I wasn't completely sure. Hunter stepped right up to the register, already fired up and ready to help. I asked him, "Do you think I want a mocha?" and without hesitation he said yes! We both laughed, and then he suggested adding vanilla, which had me completely sold. Then he started talking to my daughter about a couple of other drink options, and wow--he had me reconsidering my whole order! My daughter reminded me that I don't like prickly pear, but Hunter kindly let me sample it anyway. Sure enough, I still didn't like it--but he made it sound so delicious and refreshing that I almost believed I would! We left already planning our next visit just to see Hunter again. If you get the chance to have an encounter with him, take it! He truly knows the products and how to market them. And most importantly--the drinks were excellent!!!

I'll admit, I was a little hesitant at first because when I walked in, I realized it was also a bike shop. The coffee was seriously good. You could tell there was real attention to detail and a focus on quality. Such a unique concept, great atmosphere, and most importantly, amazing coffee. This is a really, really good coffee spot, and I would absolutely come back whenever I'm in the area. Definitely worth checking out!
