This was my first time at Scooter's and though the coffee was a bit underwhelming for my taste, the service at this particular location was impeccable. I got the limited blended Mocha Lavender Latte and two green teas with extra honey. I walked right up to their to-go window, ordered, and was gone within 7 minutes. read more

I needed some coffee on my way to work and found this place nearby. Scooter's (at least this location) is a drive thru only coffee shop with a variety of iced and hot drinks and some food options too! There wasn't a line at all when I showed up around 9am. Dominque took my order and was patient and helpful as I looked through the menu. I ended up choosing the cinnamon crème cold brew. It was great! Not super sweet, the cold foam was great! And I loved the sticker on the lid! read more

Drove by this very happy and cute coffee shop and definitely had to stop in. We looked over the menu beforehand so we knew what we were going to order. We ordered one Electric Peach Infusion and one iced matcha. The worker manning the speaker was the same person who handed us our drinks. He was SOOOO NICE. He recommended us a few drinks, gave us some cute stickers, and was very cheerful. He definitely made our stop a great one! On top of the great service, the drinks were delicious! I really enjoyed the peach energy drink and there was even some peach flavored candy rings floating inside. This a drive thru only shop! I will be back! read more

I'm a little ahead of schedule this morning so I decided to stop in for a hot beverage. They were so helpful with ordering. They also let me know they now have Red Bull. I'm not too into coffee anymore, so that was nice of them. I felt like today was warm beverage day and I think my drink will hit the spot. read more

Took my kids here on Mother's Day. There was only 1 car in front of us and there was still a bit of a wait to get our order. I got a chai latte, my mom got one of the energy drinks, and I got the kids pack for my 2 kids. One with a strawberry smoothie and one with the cotton candy smoothie and both had pretzels. The kids packs were not well put together-the box was barely unfolded and the items haphazardly thrown in. My chai latte was watered down. My mom enjoyed her drink. The pretzels were nothing special but my kids liked them. The puzzle toy that was given was cute. Not sure if I'd come back since there are hundreds of places I can get way better drinks. Would probably only come as a treat for my kid since he enjoyed it. read more

Fantastic drinks and equally fantastic customer service just about every time I've been

Spent a grand total of $1.09 for a black coffee. It tasted like vending machine coffee in a hospital...or tire store. Awful. Like Sanka. Ever since another coffee spot (you know, the one that rhymes with ScarTrucks) changed their matcha recipe, I've been on the hunt for a new go-to for my in-office days. So thankful I found Scooter's! The staff are always friendly and gave me great tips on how to customize my drink just right. It's always the perfect temp, and I've never had a long wait in the drive thru. read more

I placed mobile order to be picked up at 10:04am and sent my daughter to pickup at the window. She was acknowledged after about 5 minutes and they said it'll be right out. Well after waiting and waiting and ringing the bell just to be ignored, people behind her left, at least three customers got back in their cars and drove off. Finally an hour later she finally got our order. It's safe to say I'll take my Money elsewhere, scooters isn't worth the wait. read more

Service was amazing but the flavor was not the best for my first time visiting. I had the holiday maple cold brew and the cold brew was extremely sour the creamer and syrup could not mask. Otherwise the hospitality was nice. read more

This is my favorite coffee spot ever. I'm from Midwest and love that this place is everywhere! This is my first time at this location and for some reason my energy infusion drink with carbonation this morning was flat :/ it tasted like my drink was made with an open can that had been sitting out. Super unfortunate, hope maybe another location I come across holds up to my previous love and knowledge of them. read more

First time I've ever been here during the day and I'll never go back the cashier was so rude asking me " are you having a bad day because your attitude sucks and you're being rude" despite all I did was order 2 coffees and said nothing else to her apparently after working an over night 12 hour shift its rude not to want to have a how are you conversation with some random gen Z kid. They say they open at 5:30 AM, however, I go by there almost every morning at 5:40 and even though their sign says open, they are not open and I wait in line for about 5 to 10 minutes until I have to leave. This spot always looks dead when I pass by, but it is right around the corner from where I live. I got a coupon for half off in the mail so I decided to give it a try. Medium cold brew coffee no cream / sweetener was my order and actually tasted quite good. Sometimes cold brews can have a bitter taste, but this one was smooth with enough kick to get me going. Only 10 cals. Normal price was $4.00 half off coupon was $2 with some change. A little bit more expensive than a Starbucks Grande cold brew, but you get way more drink for the price. read more
