Always a good experience at Nekter. I would say every location is pretty consistent- you know what you're gonna get and that it's going to taste pretty good! I love their acai banana berry bowl, but recently been getting the strawberry banana protein shake! It really reminds me of the Erewhon strawberry glaze smoothie. Speaking of which, Nekter is definitely more affordable than the aforementioned spot, but still a little pricey for me. This specific location is very spacious, with a lot of seating, so I could honestly see myself getting some work done here (besides the occasional blending, it is pretty quiet). The service is good, and everyone is typically really nice and cheery, which is very pleasant for a smoothie place! read more

The girl at the register was super patient and helpful with us. It was our first time there so we hesitated to order but she just kept smiling and walking us through. The place itself seemed pretty quiet and it was not super busy which made me think it's a good studying place. I was feeling like something refreshing and not too heavy and my açaí bowl was perfect. Picked up an order placed over the phone at this location. When I got there, the employee gave me my order after I had paid and stated they had made it wrong due to a misunderstanding. I politely asked to have it remade the way I had ordered it and was told I will need to pay again because the food was made, when I requested a refund for the food I paid for and was not going to eat or take, I was given an email and advised that the only way for me to get a refund was to reach out to this email. I have sent 3 emails with zero response, so I figured a 1 star Yelp may get the message thru a bit more clear ;). If you mess up an order due to a misunderstanding, either offer to remake it or give a refund, expecting someone to pay twice and then send emails for a refund on one of the charges is crazy. read more

The interior is pretty small, but there's at least patio seating in the back and a bench out front. I'm excited to try other seasonal and permanent flavors in subsequent visits, but for now I love the milk and cookies too much to try anything else and would definitely return for just that!

My waffle came slightly burnt but my sandwich was still so good! There's a reason this place is always poppin. Novel is definitely an ice cream place of it's own. You just need to try it!

I believe that the restaurant was taken over again and the new owners have little regard for their customers. Last time we were here we had family with us and they agreed that the quality just wasn't what it used to be. Looking for some place new.
