Representing an Oregon established business for my America 250 series, the 2nd to last state represented, is Dutch Bros Coffee. I moved away from Phoenix in October 2011 and only had once prior to moving in May 2011 on a date at another central Phoenix location. But I visited my parents at Christmastime in 2010's and would visit the Goodyear one out near where they used to live. My parents moved to Lancaster, PA closer to me in 2021. My dad would fly back every January for a medical follow-up and to redeem his birthday deals there. In Jan. 2022, I was there with my dad. My dad dropped me off at the Indian School Road Dutch Bros Coffee to hang out with a friend. Service was friendly as always at any location I've been to. One time my dad complained to me saying they need to focus on making the drinks and less yakety yakking with customers, but I disagree as that's part of the appeal of Dutch Bros is the great customer service. I got some sort of sweet drink of theirs, maybe caramel latte or some variation. Regardless, it was as great as I remembered it being. We sat on the outside bench seats. Their outdoor seats are great in the winter, but in the summer, you just want to get the drinks to go; although the benches are in the shade at least. Overall, Dutch Bros is always a win for me. read more

Ordered a handblended rebel extra thick. This is why I don't like ordering 20 minutes before I get my drink while waiting in line. I was told "it's supposed to look like that" this is the only drink I order everytime it shouldn't look like this read more

I know Dutch stands can get packed but there must have been something off or maybe they were down a shift member. Put in a mobile order and pick up time was 15 mins for 3 drinks. The drive-thru line wasn't abnormally long for 11am in the morning. We arrived on time and I walked to the window for pickup and it wasn't ready. I waited another 15 mins and had to walk up and ask if my order was ready. I know the broistas work hard, but taking 30 mins to make 3 drinks is a bit long on a non-merch non-sticker day. read more

Drive-thru was quick this time. When I placed my order, it was asked if I automatically wanted to tip 15% of my total... Awkward situation to be in. Thanks for the best Strawberry Horchata Chai though :) read more

I'm done for. One sip and I was blown away. The hopscotch no sugar added protein latte is the only thing on my mind. I haven't had ANY coffee that tastes this amazing! I look forward to getting this drink. It tastes deliciously amazing. I'm not exaggerating right now. It's the best drink of all time. The latte has so much flavor that bursts into your mouth with every sip! And the staff, when taking your orders or even giving you your order, are incredibly kind. They always strike up a conversation and always have a great and fun attitude! I 1,000,000% trying this specific drink out! There's no way you cannot love it! read more

I came her on charm day and I got to say they were definitely slammed but stayed professional and calm even though people weren't nice.

The fastest drive thu I've been too in Phoenix. The staff was sweet too! We loved the chocolate milk Golden Eagles.

I'm a starbies girl all the way so I often struggle to find something I enjoy here. I dropped in for my birthday drink and ordered a frozen mango lemonade. The staff is always incredibly friendly and I love that you pull up and you feel like you're speaking to a long time friend. The customer service 10/10. The drink however, it was tasty but soooo incredibly sweet. After a few sips I knew I'd be in store for a belly ache so I passed it along to my boyfriend who always has a sweet tooth. He really enjoyed it and they say to make a man happy, is through his belly... so winning right? read more

Me and my friends are from out of town and we decided to stop by cause we've never been to a Dutch Bros before. The coffee was good. I had a medium, iced golden eagle with oat milk and soft top. I don't think I'll be coming back to this particular location due to the fact that the guy at the window was talking shit about the car in front of me it's 8:55 in the morning the last thing I want to hear is negativity, no need for that to be spoken out loud. read more

Immaculate vibes w delicious coffee. Very kind workers that help guide you on the menu. They also remade one of our drinks when it fell on the ground which was great. Only drawback would be the cost. $6 for a small coffee felt kind of crazy. However, they are speedy and I am sure their rewards program helps with the price. read more

Friday night. 9 pm. Only one car in front of me in the drive-through lane. I don't know if they knew the girls in the car, but it might as well have been lunch at the local high school. Over ten minutes, watching the workers and the customers gossip, before I overheard the employee say, "Oh, you still have to order." 15 minutes to get a double espresso. The worst part was having to listen to teens gossip like a bad Nickelodeon show for 15 minutes. Also, it should be noted that there is a large walk-up area with an order window and two large tables to hang out at, which is exactly what the girls in front of me did after they got their order. They parked their car and continued chatting with those working. Just wish they had decided to do that from the very beginning instead of holding up the drive-through lane. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews, especially at coffee shops since I worked with coffee for 4 years. But my experience this morning was disappointing. I hadn't been to Dutch Bros in a couple years and ordered an iced tea. I paid around 4.50$ with tip and 30 minutes later received the cup filled to the brim with ice. There was probably around just 10 oz of liquid at most and I finished it in one minute. I know Dutch Bros doesn't use hot tea to pour over onto ice to make their iced tea, so the ice was excessive here. I feel bad to nitpick but as a frugal person who rarely goes out for a fun drink, I'm disappointed and won't be coming back to this location! read more

I use to go to Dutch all the time, but hadn't been in awhile. Last Sunday I stopped and the wait seemed long. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Today I stopped at a different location and I remembered why I stopped going to Dutch. The drive-thru takes too long. I do enjoy their coffee especially during the holidays, but I just can't wait 15 minutes or more in line. I could get off and order at the window, but I saw a line and people waiting as well. Perhaps soon you will be able to order ahead on the app. Until then I probably won't be going for some time. Glad I got my fix of the candy cane cocoa. read more

I just found my new favorite thing!! I don't frequent Dutch Bros very often because I tend to avoid the sugary drinks. However, no one can deny that they have THE BEST kids hot chocolate. I mean, why don't other coffee shops offer a kids size?? My little ones love the coffee shops, but I hate spending $5.00 on a drink that they're going to drink 1/4 of. So anyway, my 2 year old requested some hot chocolate and that's what brought us here. We pulled in & I asked the always-friendly team member that was out with her trusty pad taking orders if they had any unsweetened iced tea without caffeine. She suggested the Ceylon tea, but she also suggested putting some peach flavor in there. I went for it, but I asked that they add less than 1/2 the peach sweetener. She did and it was SO GOOD!! Like, I had to stop myself from sucking down the whole thing in 2 minutes. Wanna know the best part? I got 2 kids hot chocolates, 1 large iced tea, and a GF banana walnut loaf & it was only $8. I love this place! So, if you need me, I'll be over at Dutch Bros sipping my tea! read more

This was my first time having coffee here, and I liked it! I can see what the hype is about, but still isn't my favorite lol I don't drink coffee as much as I used to, probably once or twice every few months. But, I'll definitely visit here again. I went through the drive-thru. It was super early, probably like 6am, and the employees were so smiley & spunky, and it was sooooooo early. God bless them lol but I ordered a hot Caramelizer. This drink is a, "bold espresso, [with] exclusive chocolate milk, caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream." -- Dutch Bros. You can get it iced, hot, or blended. Yummy! I thought it was really good! I definitely loved the caramel! I'm looking forward to trying one of their blended drinks! read more

This was my 1st visit to a Dutch Brothers. I know, I know...what took me so long? Honestly, there just isn't one near me. Maybe one day that will change. Fingers crossed! The drive thru line was pretty long which gave me time to look at their menu on my phone. So many choices! By the time an employee approached me with a tablet to take my order, I still didn't know what I wanted. She was so friendly and patient and helped me pick out a drink. To top it off, she didn't charge me for my drink! Instead she said I hope I enjoyed my 1st visit. In such a simple interaction, they have gained a new customer. Thank you! read more

Wow, this was definitely a sentimental experience for me. In college in Davis CA we would always trust Dutch Bros to get us through the night of ochem cram sessions or calc exercises. I haven't seen Dutch Bros around since I left college and headed to the East Coast so it was definitely a treat to see them around! I got the Double Torture after not seeing the fond memory-distant Annihilator or 911 but it was so very good. Partner ordered an iced Americano with a pump of caramel and some half/half. My recommendation is to definitely go for their classic drinks. The Double Torture was absolutely perfect balance of strong kick, sweet, refreshing. The iced americano on the other hand was bland, watery, with barely any caramel taste. They make their classics A+. Thanks Dutch Bros for the mems. Hope I find you out in LA! read more

This is the slowest location. I dread having to go to this one. My drink has been wrong a few times as well.

Dutch bros is great. This particular location is a 50/50 shot of either being completely dead or LONG lines. The team working is great, no matter how long the line is, ive never had to wait longer than 10min. My go to for a early morning or mid day power up is the aftershock rebel! so good, great taste and definitely gets me energized. The only downfall is I think they could lower the prices by at least a dollar... 6$ for a small drink is crazy. read more

Good coffee terrible experience. Ever since they started mobile ordering it now takes 45 mins to get anything. They seem to give priority though to the drive thru because I saw them working on getting that line through but they didn't seem to care about walk ups at all. There's enough good coffee around the neighborhood that this place is now a bust no need to come back read more

Their new CANDY CANE cold brew is LITERALLY LIFE CHANGING!!! This is the THE THPE OF DRINK I WOULD CRAVE. It taste so good and i can't wait to order it again! I've been dying for a Dutch Bros fix but every time I drive by, the line is literally wrapped around the parking lot and I just can't force myself to sit in it for one drink. I do hear it goes quickly but uhg, it looks daunting. That said, today I drove by at 10:30 AM and there were only 4 CARS IN LINE! Maybe this is the magical time?! I got my large iced green tea with tropical + peach / half sweet. So dang yum! It is refreshing and was worth the 4 month long wait. One new thing that I noticed is they're no longer using straws! Their cups have the sip hole now, even iced drinks. In addition, be prepared to wear your mask, even though it's a drive thru. I appreciate their safety precautions! read more

We had a 35-minute wait for brunch at Snooze, and came to this location to scratch Dutch Bros off our list. It took only about 10 minutes to order and get our drink in the drive thru, the perfect amount of time to peruse the extensive online secret menu. We both kept it relatively simple and ended up with iced mochas (one regular and one skinny). Dutch Bros came highly recommended, but with all the crazy drink options and secret menu options I was skeptical. It was surprisingly good and restrained. Also! Shout out to all the enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. They were super nice and took the time to chat a bit while still being super speedy. read more
