I know Dutch stands can get packed but there must have been something off or maybe they were down a shift member. Put in a mobile order and pick up time was 15 mins for 3 drinks. The drive-thru line wasn't abnormally long for 11am in the morning. We arrived on time and I walked to the window for pickup and it wasn't ready. I waited another 15 mins and had to walk up and ask if my order was ready. I know the broistas work hard, but taking 30 mins to make 3 drinks is a bit long on a non-merch non-sticker day. read more

Friday night. 9 pm. Only one car in front of me in the drive-through lane. I don't know if they knew the girls in the car, but it might as well have been lunch at the local high school. Over ten minutes, watching the workers and the customers gossip, before I overheard the employee say, "Oh, you still have to order." 15 minutes to get a double espresso. The worst part was having to listen to teens gossip like a bad Nickelodeon show for 15 minutes. Also, it should be noted that there is a large walk-up area with an order window and two large tables to hang out at, which is exactly what the girls in front of me did after they got their order. They parked their car and continued chatting with those working. Just wish they had decided to do that from the very beginning instead of holding up the drive-through lane. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews, especially at coffee shops since I worked with coffee for 4 years. But my experience this morning was disappointing. I hadn't been to Dutch Bros in a couple years and ordered an iced tea. I paid around 4.50$ with tip and 30 minutes later received the cup filled to the brim with ice. There was probably around just 10 oz of liquid at most and I finished it in one minute. I know Dutch Bros doesn't use hot tea to pour over onto ice to make their iced tea, so the ice was excessive here. I feel bad to nitpick but as a frugal person who rarely goes out for a fun drink, I'm disappointed and won't be coming back to this location! read more

I use to go to Dutch all the time, but hadn't been in awhile. Last Sunday I stopped and the wait seemed long. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Today I stopped at a different location and I remembered why I stopped going to Dutch. The drive-thru takes too long. I do enjoy their coffee especially during the holidays, but I just can't wait 15 minutes or more in line. I could get off and order at the window, but I saw a line and people waiting as well. I just found my new favorite thing!! I don't frequent Dutch Bros very often because I tend to avoid the sugary drinks. However, no one can deny that they have THE BEST kids hot chocolate. I mean, why don't other coffee shops offer a kids size?? My little ones love the coffee shops, but I hate spending $5.00 on a drink that they're going to drink 1/4 of. So anyway, my 2 year old requested some hot chocolate and that's what brought us here. We pulled in & I asked the always-friendly team member that was out with her trusty pad taking orders if they had any unsweetened iced tea without caffeine. She suggested the Ceylon tea, but she also suggested putting some peach flavor in there. I went for it, but I asked that they add less than 1/2 the peach sweetener. She did and it was SO GOOD!! Like, I had to stop myself from sucking down the whole thing in 2 minutes. Wanna know the best part? I got 2 kids hot chocolates, 1 large iced tea, and a GF banana walnut loaf & it was only $8. Wow, this was definitely a sentimental experience for me. In college in Davis CA we would always trust Dutch Bros to get us through the night of ochem cram sessions or calc exercises. I haven't seen Dutch Bros around since I left college and headed to the East Coast so it was definitely a treat to see them around! I got the Double Torture after not seeing the fond memory-distant Annihilator or 911 but it was so very good. Partner ordered an iced Americano with a pump of caramel and some half/half. My recommendation is to definitely go for their classic drinks. The Double Torture was absolutely perfect balance of strong kick, sweet, refreshing. The iced americano on the other hand was bland, watery, with barely any caramel taste. They make their classics A+. Thanks Dutch Bros for the mems. Hope I find you out in LA! read more

Dutch bros is great. This particular location is a 50/50 shot of either being completely dead or LONG lines. The team working is great, no matter how long the line is, ive never had to wait longer than 10min. My go to for a early morning or mid day power up is the aftershock rebel! so good, great taste and definitely gets me energized. The only downfall is I think they could lower the prices by at least a dollar... 6$ for a small drink is crazy. read more

I've been dying for a Dutch Bros fix but every time I drive by, the line is literally wrapped around the parking lot and I just can't force myself to sit in it for one drink. I do hear it goes quickly but uhg, it looks daunting. That said, today I drove by at 10:30 AM and there were only 4 CARS IN LINE! Maybe this is the magical time?! I got my large iced green tea with tropical + peach / half sweet. So dang yum! It is refreshing and was worth the 4 month long wait. One new thing that I noticed is they're no longer using straws! The only big complaint I really have towards it is their long lines but when you're a popular business that primarily operates as a drive thru, this is expected. However, it's a great tool because I'm impatient. If the lines are long, for me that's a sign to come back another time lol. I don't go to Dutch for the basic coffee needs. I usually get the sweet drinks that aren't really coffee or just have a hint of it whether it's the Iced Cocomo, Golden Eagle or Caramelizer. You really have a lot of options and the more you come to Dutch, you'll find different options to satisfy your cravings. The service is always friendly, sometimes to a fault if I'm feeling antisocial and just want my drink and not a conversation lol.
