Drive thru gave me the wrong coffee and I noticed right away and gave it back. Got my coffee and drove off - one taste and it was undrinkable. Taste was awful. To top it off - they didn't give me oat milk as requested and I'm extremely lactose intolerant. My stomach was not happy. This location sucks. Wish I didn't tip! read more

Clean, easy to find. Coffee was a little too hot but I also had to ask for my order. App said it was ready but when I got there it wasn't there. I order here 5 days a week before my work shift in the morning and sometimes at my lunch break and I LOVE IT! The staff is so sweet and they never miss the mark. My drinks are always tasty and the grilled cheese I get is always tasty and warm. Today I got a note written on the top of my lid that said "You're doing great" and I didn't see it until I left but when I did, it made my day. The worst service I've ever experienced. Had a mobile order went in to pick it up. Waited for a few minutes until someone finally recognized me. Asked me my name for the order and gave me my order. Took a sip and there was way too much milk. I asked the lady if she can just throw another shot in. She responded with "do you just want grande cup?" I said well sure but... then she just cut me off and said " next time just put the cup size" and dumped half my coffee out of my venti cup and started to make other online orders before finishing mine.... I frequent this location for the drive-thru in the mornings, and I have to say that they have one of the fastest Starbucks drive-thrus in the Valley. On my way to work during rush hour, the line is always long, but it usually goes by quickly. Customer service is efficient and the weekday morning shift really has the flow down. I've also sat inside to do some work on my laptop. It's decently clean and there are plenty of outlets for your electronics. I do wish that they were open later at night. read more

I don't go there that often but, as Jenny and I were waiting (and waiting....and waiting) in the drive thru last weekend, I asked her if she'd noticed it seemed to have gotten worse and she agreed. We recanted our recent experiences at this location -- long waits and incorrect orders mostly (which is about all Starbucks is) -- while we waited. Then, when our drinks came and we pulled away, lo and behold, our orders were wrong. Filter the reviews by date and you can see the same trend with the latest reviews. I usually don't like to review Starbucks because there's too many of them, but the baristas here are very nice and they deserve to be acknowledged. This Starbucks location gets a "fan" rating not because of the coffee, but the great speedy service even when they are busy. Now as far as the coffee goes, I don't really care for it because I think it's too strong, but their Chai Lattes are awesome. I usually come here before I drop off my clothes at Regal Cleaners. It's right across the street from it. I've always had good service here and with free wi-fi, how could you not love it? Overall, always a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about this location. They ALWAYS get my order right, quickest Starbucks for MILES even when the are packed, and the sweetest professional staff. Other Starbucks are slow to the point I turn my car off in line, and my drink never tastes quite right. This is the only Starbucks I will be going to! They are also amazing to watch the staff work as a team. My only complaint is they put too much ice in their drinks but I would take too much ice over slow staff. read more

The only reason this store gets 1 star, two reasons. Cannot go any lower and the girl apologized for being rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I was not going to write this, however, the Manager never called me back and she has had plenty of time to do so, either the message was not provided, or the manager does not care about her store. I stop by to get a tea. The sign reads, "Mobile orders pick up inside". I had a Mobil order called the store first and to no surprise, nobody answered. I walked into the store and the girl comes out from the side and tells me to leave. I told her I was picking up an order and she forcefully said to leave and pushing me out of the store. Embarrassing, 100%!!!! The line in the drive thru was full and windows down. She said I can wait and they will bring the drink out. When she brought the drink out, I showed her the sign. She said that she will change the sight and next time ring the bell (didn't even see the, or a sign indicating to push for your drink). I told her I there would not be a next time because she was rude. She smelled and said have a good day. Worse experience in customer service I have seen. You know nothing will happen cause people want their coffee. However, next is the corporate office. I called to talk to the manager and low and behold I talked to the same person. She back tracked her attitude and took full responsibility for being such a jerk (not the word I would choose, however, keeping it clean). She said she will have her boss call in 24 hours that was over 36 hours ago. Didn't really expect one, I did say I would hold off on a review and calling corporate until she can call me back.
