I made my way over and parked in the lot they share with Nothing Bundt Cakes and several other businesses. While it's a busy shopping center, I didn't have trouble snagging free parking. Ambiance (3/5): Robeks is pretty much a grab-and-go spot. There's a counter inside, but not seating. Directly outside of the juice and smoothie bar, there are two or three tables. I sat outside after my order was ready. Service (3/5): Service isn't a big part of the experience. You order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. The employee working wasn't too friendly and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. All good. It happens. Drinks (N/A): While they have a good number of smoothies, I went with an acai bowl instead. Food (2/5): I'll start things off by saying I'm a big acai bowl fan. I've had them at so many locations that I've lost count. This was the worst acai bowl I had. I went with one of their seasonal selections that had an acai base, strawberries, bananas, "granola," and honey. Man, where to start. The acai base was on the lower side quality wise compared to what I've had pretty much elsewhere. I even found an ice cube in my acai. That was a first. The "granola," rather than being the standard granola you have everywhere, was partially rice krispies or something similar to that. I was super confused. And then when it came to the fruit, there were a total of five strawberry slices in my bowl. That's less than one strawberry. I don't know if I caught them on an off night or if this is the norm. Robeks has several locations across town. If you download their app, you get a discount on your first purchase. Which I'll think about doing. Outside of that, I don't think I'll return.

From the outside, it's located in a strip mall with a small sign but as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly worker. Shocked by how many delicious fruit combo options and smoothie creations they offer, we didn't know what to order. But with the help of the employee, we selected two delicious gems. If you look up what ceremonial grade matcha means and looks like, what InFruition is selling doesn't even come close. I also think my original 1 star review was fair considering that's the whole point of yelp. Reviews are meant to reflect honest experiences. If I had seen someone else's honest review of the drink I likely would have ordered something else. As for returning it, no one wants to have to do that. It's awkward and an extra step after already being disappointed. I appreciate the offer for a refund but won't be needing it.
