I really like Dutch Bro's usually, but this is honestly the worst location I've been to. I even tried it again after the first time, where we waited a solid 45 minutes in an unmoving line and got no explanation when we finally got to order, and had the same really slow, almost being ignored service when we walked up this time. The drinks are the same, so that's cool, but otherwise I definitely recommend finding a different one. read more

The coffee was great as always, and came out quick as you would expect. The problem with this new location is the entrance/exit. It's super bad, and just dangerous to boot. Checkout my photo. There is only room for one car to get off of Signal Butte before turning into the drive through and regular parking, which is a problem cause even making that turn is a pain as it's the exit for the drive through and it's just waaay to narrow. They are going to have cars hitting each other at the entrance and backed up onto Signal in no time. There is a new Aldi's going in next door, so maybe once that construction is finished they will have another entrance open, but for now I would avoid the place just for safety sake. read more

Love Dutch, but not this location. Right off the bat, the whole experience was just off. The girl taking orders in the drive thru took the driver's order and didn't ask if we wanted anything else even though I was sitting right in the passenger seat. Had to announce that I would like a separate order. Then, got up to the window and after ordering a salted caramel protein mocha to try, was almost handed a salted caramel protein latte. Employee just handed us the drink and didn't confirm as others have done at different locations. I had to tell them I ordered a mocha and no apology was given. Then they proceeded to make the mocha, but totally didn't put caramel drizzle on as it was supposed to have. I didn't even bother asking them to correct yet another mistake since I just wanted to get out of there and the whole trip seemed like a huge inconvenience to the employees. Apache Trail Dutch Bros. is still hands down my favorite. Will avoid this location in the future. read more

I was headed to the McDonald's at the corner of Signal Butte and Guadalupe for coffee. When I turned to head northbound on Signal Butte, I realized there was no place to turn in to McDonald's. Then I noticed the newest Dutch Bros location was open right next door! That was the easiest decision I ever made! I love Dutch Bros coffee. We usually love Dutch Bros but this location is the worst! It's the closest to where we live so we go often but they get our order wrong every. time. We usually don't say anything, but this time my husband had enough. He went to the window to request a new drink since they messed up our order, yet again. The worker tried to tell him he's wrong and wouldn't make another drink. My husband insisted they messed it up so the worker took the drink, added caramel to it, and handed it back without saying anything (still not what we ordered). Let me start by saying, as an ex Dutch bros employee; the number one rule is service. You don't come do Dutch to get attitude for ordering the drink that you want. Also, as an ex employee, I know what drinks are 'difficult' or 'time consuming', so to have an employee give me a look of literal disgust, followed by "seriously?" for ordering a double blended freeze is ridiculous. For a company who prides itself on customer service and culture, this location is lacking. My interactions with both the order taker and window employee were disappointing. After the window employee verified my order he turned and started talking with the people inside and was poking a towel with some object. Never said a single word to me. When he handed me the drink I confirmed if it has espresso since the color looked too light. He said yes without confirming if it in fact had espresso. I sipped the drink, it did not have espresso. The drink tasted good but was hoping for a pick me up and didn't get that. As someone who has gone to Dutch Bros for years I was not thrilled by this location. read more
