I was greeted by friendly faces Aiden and Kaylee, they were both so kind and Kaylee was especially helpful in guiding me on what to order. Alexis and I had such a lovely conversation and Athena and Faith joined in as well which made me feel so welcome. I ordered the Iced Golden Eagle and it was absolutely delicious! I've always had great experiences at this location, but today truly stood out as exceptional. Thank you, Dutch Bros, for consistently going above and beyond! read more

Guadalupe & Higley Dutch Bros location - was the only location I've given under 5 stars and im giving them 2 because they did actually finally make our coffee's. I am a senior citizen & have several sever invisible disabilities as well. We pulled up and parked, I always order at the walk up windows, the lady taking drive through orders was nice, and asked me, sir can I help you? I said I was looking for the walk up window, she said they didn't have one at that location, I said oh, okay, she told me to just walk to the back patio doors and they'd be glad to take my order. I went there, and the lady looked at me & treated me like I had Leprosy! I mean I am old, but not that old yet. We had a whole long production drama conversation on how she'd do it this once, then after I'd need to drive through(I don't drive, and my friend has a rough time in drive through lines driving). So we always park. I asked if she'd rather I get in drive through line, she said no, okay then... this whole time(15 min)she didn't take my order. So, at end of conversation, I gave her my order, then she asked me to kindly walk away from that area, over to the parking area to wait for my 2 coffee's. two large vanilla caramel iced coffees, 20 mins later, We got are coffee's... I Will not ever use that location again. We will only go to our original 2 locations for now on. read more

Second time here after moving to the neighborhood. I don't know how anyone has the patience for their ordering system. They have one window for both mobile pick up and walk up order - you can imagine the resulting chaos of a weekend morning. People don't know where to stand or who ordered what and the staff aren't directing anyone either. I stood there for 20 minutes before I finally had to ask them the status of my order (for a second time) and they had it sitting there the whole time. The same chaos happens with their drive thru window that you have to put your order in for. Their coffee just isn't worth the mess. read more

I'm from California and this is by far the best Dutch bros location I've ever been to! Both times I went it was not busy, and they were super fast with making the drinks! I highly recommend this location, the staff is friendly, drinks are good, and it's well maintained and clean! read more

I went to a Dutch Brothers Coffee for a large iced coffee, only to learn that Dutch Brothers Coffee sells espresso drinks, but neither brews nor sells coffee - only espresso drinks. Weird? Service was good, location was fine, but ,,, no coffee. I purchased a large '"Amreicano". It was okay, but I would have preferred a coffee. read more

This is one of my favorite locations. They are always proficient fast and have the best attitude shout out to Aaron for making my whole day. He was a sweetheart! read more

They made my blended aftershock wrong and it was bright orange instead of the pinkish color and it tastes extremely bitter and gross. I've been getting this order from Dutch places for the last year and just won't be going to this location again. The customer service was great I'm just really bummed out it tastes so awful. read more

Wonderful service! Dutch bros service hasn't been great recently at other locations but this place gave me hope for the service industry! Order was prepared accurately. Great job! read more

My son received a gift card for Dutch Bros Coffee and wanted to use it. We visited this location one afternoon. Ordering was a breeze. A friendly staff took our order while we were in line for the the drive-thru. My son ordered an iced latte of some sort and I opted for an iced oat milk latte and a pastry. Our items were ready at the window within minutes. Although Dutch Bros Coffee isn't my top choice, I did enjoy my drink. It's known for its sweet beverages, which is what my son was after. My pastry was just okay, but it did satisfy my sweet tooth. read more

I find this location to always be an interesting visit. Went last week and the app was down and the girl taking my order couldn't care less to acknowledge if she had any other customers with the similar issue. I thought perhaps reporting it would just give employee a heads up. She was more worried about asking for a tip... talk about just rude and awkward. I'll be sure to perhaps visit another location or the 4 other different coffee shops in a 2 mile radius of this store. read more

Drive through for this place at night was super long, but it was worth the wait. I got a hazelnut truffle mocha iced and it was full of rich flavor! Absolutely delicious. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coco freeze and a blueberry muffin - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

See a Dutch Bros stop at a Dutch Bros. That's my motto anyway. It's no secret I love Dutch and their cold brew. When I come across a location I've never been I always make point to check them out. It was my lucky day today because while getting gas next door I saw it and there was no line! That's a miracle at any Dutch. This is located off a very busy road near the 202 freeway so I was definitely surprised to see no cars in line and only one person at the walk up window. Service was great and with paying on the app it was quick and simple. My cold brew was perfect and my daughter enjoyed her triple p green tea. The vibe is always awesome at Dutch. I appreciate that no matter what the employees are kind and quick. read more

This drive-thru is so slow it crazy how they still wanna chat at the window. Just hurry up and make my drink.

Second time I've been to this location and the entire drink is filled to the brim with ice. 8 dollars for a ice coffee with a soft top and literally drank this massive sized drink in about 10 sips. Last time going here read more

I love the rebel drinks they make at this location, and the staff here are incredible. I would be coming back again.

To be quite honest I'm not sure why this place has any negative reviews. I was so excited to get a Dutch Bros right down the road from me (even though they're everywhere here) and it's the only one I will go to from now on! Every single one of my drinks is always made perfectly and they take dietary restrictions such as lactose and sugar free very seriously! As you know most Dutch Bros employees are very bubbly and social but this location takes the cake on customer service. The girl taking my order suggested an option that wasn't on the menu and it was something she drank herself. Let me tell you it is the best drink I have ever had at Dutch bros. I truly wish I would have gotten both Broristas names because I want to shot them out from the roof top for amazing they made a simply coffee trip for me. read more

This is a relatively new place. I think they've only been open a few months. Their drinks are awesome, and the Bro-istra's were friendly and sociables you would expect. Getting in and out of here was simple enough. I tell you DB is just working diligently towards global domination at this point! read more

Another great Dutch Bros! I was waiting until the day that one opened a little closer to me and my prayers were answered haha. For a new location they have been fairly busy! There have been long lines in the morning and in the afternoon. One thing I did notice was they don't really utilize their speakers when you pull up to take your order. So it's kind of confusing when you pull up and no one is talking to you but there's two big platforms so you assume you are ordering there. It's also a little odd bc for such long times I would think there would be several people taking your order and walking up to your car but there was just one person and she didn't really give much direction as to which car to follow in front of you. She also went out of order in terms of who came first so not sure if they are still trying to figure out the best way to be efficient at this location or not. As far as drinks, I have been addicted to the annihilator cold brew recently and it has been my go to drink! I love that it has fewer calories than the original one and I love the taste of it - it's not too bland. I haven't tried any of the other creations because I'm not really an adventurous person but it's so close that I might have to now! read more

Terrible location. Customer service is extremely lacking at this stand. Dutch has great coffee but the last interaction I had with the assumingly lead barista, sav? Left me not willing to spend my money with Dutch bros. read more
