Love my Dutch Bros drink treats. It has become a favorite splurge to have with my teen. I love ordering ahead on the app to shorten wait times. The parking lot here is limited so I usually use the drive thru, but I sometimes get caught in the long line of cars which just defeats the app ordering. Everyone is helpful who works here. Its unbelievably annoying to pull up to get your morning coffee before making your way to work only to have to sit in the parking lot behind 1 car that two order takers are talking and laughing with because they know that person for 7 minutes before they even begin to take their order. Meanwhile the two cars in the drive through have gotten their drinks and left. Get it together. Some people dont want to hang out at 7am in a parking lot to watch people chit char. We just want our expensive morning drink before we go to work. read more

My newest obsession!! The annihilator is my go to over ice with an extra shot. The staff is nice and the location is prime. Try to stop here on our way to our daughters tournaments which are early and these guys are open early. Because it's so early there's hardly a line but I've seen cars wrapped around the building. I never know what to get here, because i only have been to a DB 2 times before; but they never make you feel rushed, or seem agitated because you are unsure of what to order. This Oatmilk somethin or ' another, is sweetened ever so perfectly with SF Irish Cream syrup. I akways have to ask the other coffee shops to halve the amount of syrup, because i dont like it cloyingly sweet, but at DB,i forgot to ask, and it was perfect!! First of all, I will dispose of my issue with all DB locations: They do not know how to make a hot drink. Its on the menu, but never hot. This location seems to move a bit slower than the others I have visited. At first I thought it was because it was a new location, but now months later: still way too slow. Drinks are pretty solid and I do enjoy DB over their competitors. read more

Beverages were good, first time trying it. I got the golden eagle hot and a blended egg nog latte. There were two lines of cars wrapped around the building and a line at the window. Service was slow and I think they need to hire more staff or change how things are done. read more

I am visiting Phoenix for work and was told I needed to give Dutch Bros a try before I left. I was able to swing by this location twice and both times was really impressed with the service. The employees were very energetic and friendly and they kept the line moving quickly. Both times I asked for some recommendations. I ended up trying a hot vanilla latte as a benchmark and a golden eagle blended coffee to branch out. The vanilla latte was very smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. The golden eagle was very good as well. A little on the sweeter side for me but still very good! Definitely a great option for coffee if you're in Phoenix! read more

This location opened a month ago and yesterday was my first visit. When I saw they were putting one in the QC I figured I would probably skip it as I try to avoid the traffic down there whenever possible. Having found myself in the area on another errand though I decided to give it a shot. For it's location I found it really easy to get in and out of. There was literally no customers there, for the entire time I was. Maybe people don't know it's opened yet, or because it's off the side of the road a little maybe people just don't know it's there. In any case they made the coffee right, with all the smooth yumminess a guy could ask for! I still don't know if I'll go here on a regular basis, as I can imagine once word gets out business will pick up, but it's nice to know it's around if I'm down there for something else and just can't wait for my fix. read more

I routinely go to get coffee here at least 3 times a week. I rarely spend more than 10 min in line. If there is a long Line they generally have at time 3 workers taking orders so, and you have your coffee in no time. I highly recommend this location by far than any other. read more

Last week was my 4 year anniversary and so I ran to the new Dutch Bros. My debit card quit working so ordered a new card. Stopped at the bank and grabbed some cash. Pulled up and sign says no cash. My wife was on her way to work and I was surprising her. I ran up to the window and this amazing young lady listened to my concern. She said hang on let me see what I can do. She came back a couple minutes later and took my order. She started to run off. I spoke up and asked how am I suppose to pay.... she smiled and said she has me covered. $20 in drink for free and wrote happy anniversary on our cups...... So happy to finally have a DB so close! For some reason there is never a line at this location- I typically go during non coffee prime hours (not the morning) though so that may be why. I get the same thing every time, iced keto coffee and I prefer DB coffee over Starbucks. They are usually super fast and many times have someone run it out and we can skip part of the drivethru line thanks to the second lane. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was yesterday when we went the drivethru line was decent but no one was at the window so my wife hopped out and just ordered at the window. After she ordered a man ordered then a girl who she overheard was a DB employee. This employee said she was in a big hurry and asked if they could make her drink fast and what do you know hers was ready first. It's not a big deal and won't stop me from going back but annoying that they'd give her preferential treatment. read more

Staff was friendly but they do way too much talking and ended up getting my drink wrong!!!! One guy saw someone who worked there with the team and talked to her for 10 min while 6 of us were waiting in line to order at the window. Then the girl at the counter kept asking people what color straws they wanted, what their day was gonna be like and would go on about herself again for 5 min before moving to the next customer. They won't do punch cards anymore because of COVID. I don't understand why is it safe for them to make our drinks but not punch a card that hey wouldn't even have to touch. They will give 10% off gift cards but no one knows how to ring them up. I have gone through the process three times at this location. Each time it has taken forever because they don't know how to do it and each time they aren't sure about the discount so they have had to ring it up twice. It really makes no sense! read more

Good Dutch Bros location! It is very busy and sometimes they move cars through incredibly quickly and sometimes much slower. As it is a fairly new location, I think that will improve with time. They are probably 80% spot on with drinks, but they ALWAYS have happily remade my drink for me if I am not 100% happy (and I do ask them). One of the posted reviews here reported rude interactions with employees multiple times. I just have to say...I don't believe it. I have only had positive, friendly interactions, even when I've asked for my drink to be remade. read more

I loved coming to Dutch and came here the other day with some friends, my drink was made wrong twice and was still wrong when I left. They made our hot drinks iced and then when they remade them they were the wrong sizes. I asked for an iced white Russian and got something that tasted like chocolate and bananas. I asked them to remake it and again it came out looking like a chocolate mocha mixed with something else and wasnt a white russian. I spent almost $20 for almost all of our drinks to come out wrong. The remakes took forever to make and after it was wrong twice we decided it wasnt worth asking them to fix it again. read more

We drive up the lady taking the order greats us , I said hello good morning it's my husbands first time can I see a menu , she said " no we don't have a menu , it's 6 am and coffee shop people who come know what they want"!!! PSA: I thought a while about posting this and today decided I wanted to share my experience with #dutchbros. I have always loved Dutch as a matter of fact I have posts of great experiences there, my kids have stickers all over their water bottles and binders, and it was my daily stop in the height of Covid to get out of the house. The picture below is a product I got at #dutchbroscoffee in Queen Creek about a month ago. I believe it's some type of worm and quite frankly it's disgusting. I did alert the health department but since it was late Friday I also drive and alerted the location so they were aware and could look through the product. The girls at the window were shocked and grossed out but handled it as best they could. I didn't raise my voice just explained what drink i ordered so they could check the product and since I was a regular these girls were people I saw often. It was recommended I go to urgent care to get something in case it was parasite or had bacteria so I did. On Monday i called #dutchbros corporate to let them know and ask them to pay my urgent care bill. They then had a lawyer call me. Today I am posting this because that lawyer sent me a letter stating the picture below is caramel and refusing to pay the urgent care bill which was roughly 100 dollars. Let me just tell you after years of drinking the same drink also touching the contents of the drink below this was absolutely NOT caramel. I am appalled at this response and treatment from #dutchbros and we will never be back! read more
