I stumbled upon this cute coffee shop completely by accident while driving by on a Saturday morning... and clearly, I was not the only one with that idea. The place was busy, with a line of people all confidently ordering like they had discovered gold. The girl who took my order was warm, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The coffee was delicious, the brisket taco absolutely hit the spot, and yes... I even bought one of their mugs, because apparently I now make emotional purchases over good coffee. I also took a stroll through the farmers market behind the coffee shop, which made the whole morning even better. It's small inside but has so many fresh food options (eggs, lettuce, pasta, sauces, honey, bread, etc.) We got the Lucky Charm Latte & the Cinnamon Dulce Latte, both were really good! We'd love to come back and try some of the food options as well. I love this little shop. It's a smaller farmer style market/coffee shop where you can buy locally crafted sauces, salsa, tortillas, cured meats, vegetables and greens from their gardens. I meet my team here regularly and everyone loves the coffees, seasonal drinks, and snacks. Pretty sure the coffee's are only flavored with syrups. Always weird tastes in my mouth and upset stomach afterwards even with dairy free options. DO NOT order breakfast tacos.... Overcooked eggs in a soggy tortilla that are obviously pre-made and warmed up in a microwave barely any other ingredients added. So gross and disappointing for such a cute little spot. read more

I liked Steadfast Coffee a latte! I finally got to try Steadfast Coffee after having it on my list for a while. It's located inside the Steadfast Farm store in Eastmark and serves coffee and breakfast tacos. The farm store is adorable! They sell local produce, flowers, goods, and more. Seating is only outside, under umbrellas. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were patient with me as I asked many questions. My go-to drink when I visit a new-to-me coffee shop is an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon. During my visit, Steadfast Coffee had a cinnamon honey vanilla latte special as well as their signature spiced honey latte. Both sounded wonderful and are very similar to my favorite drink, which made it tough for me to decide! After a minute or two of debating, I finally went with the spiced honey latte with oat milk. It was smooth and delicious. I expected (and wanted) more of a kick from the spiced honey, but it was subtle. I love spice, and next time I'll just ask for more spiced honey. It was too late for breakfast tacos, but I will definitely be back soon for those! read more

Stopped by on Saturday after volunteering at the nearby community center. I saw that there was a sign up front that stated that orders were to be taken inside so inside I went. There was a lady ordering so I looked around. The inside is small and there are a few items for sale. I looked over the menu and decided to go with an iced cinnamon dulce latte with half and half - they unfortunately do not offer soy milk. The girl who took my order didn't seem too friendly but took my order fast. I stepped outside and waited a few minutes for my drink. Once ready, my name was called out and they placed my latte on the counter. I walked up to the counter and the girl had just placed it there. She watched me grab it and didn't say a word to me. She could've thanked me for stopping by or what not but nope nothing. Both interactions I had with the employees were weird and I left there not wanting to ever come back. My family and I stopped by this Saturday morning. It's been a while since we had a free weekend together. I've been aware of this place, but due to the location, it always seemed out of the way. It still is, but I really enjoyed our visit. It seems to be the heart of Eastmark and a go-to spot for all local residents. There is plenty of parking along the street and a private parking lot at the 'Mark Community Center. Upon entering Steadfast Coffee, there were a lot of locally owned brands being sold along with the farms' own produce. All their pastries were from Noble Bread! For our breakfast, we ordered: - blueberry muffin (our little one LOVED it) - two breakfast tacos, one was pulled pork and the other was Brisket - cinnamon vanilla latte (only available for july) - POG lemonade (only available for july) We got our items at the pick-up window, which came out very quickly! The tacos were great and hit the spot for us, and the red salsa that came with it was so fresh! I really liked my coffee and my husband enjoyed his lemonade. There is a lot of available seating at the front of the cafe with shade overhead. We opted to go inside the park area and sit by the pond to enjoy our breakfast. Second visit here because the first visit was so pleasant and the staff was different today and incredibly rude and dismissive. The February drink specials were published but use monin syrup instead of house. I have been here a few times and always enjoy the coffee. I got the coconut mocha latte today and I would have to say it is delicious . The cashier/barista was more friendly today than I have experienced in the past. I only will dock a star because the coffee is pricey. I would say more expensive than Starbucks, however it is superior. Me and my mom ended up here after wanting to try a new coffee place. It came up on my map search and we thought it looked nice to check out. When arriving be prepared that parking is just long the street. I personally did not see an actual parking lot but there may be one. The shop was very dainty and cute outside and just as nice inside. Inside you will see lots of little things for sale such as hot sauces, fresh bagels, handmade soaps, and fresh eggs and veggies in little fridges. The worker let us know that everything sold is either grown there or is locally made. The coffee was really tasty! I personally got an iced orange mocha drink which was on the seasonal menu. It was one of the best coffees I've had in a while. The worker also informed us that the breakfast tacos are always made fresh daily. There is a set number they make and then it's first come first serve until they are out, which she guessed to be usually between 12-1pm. The shop is surrounded in a nice area. There is a splash pad for kids, a diner next door, a little pond, a park, and a huge greenery area. After getting coffee we walked around and it was really nice. Tucked in the Eastmark community, Steadfast Coffee is a hidden treasure. This coffee shop packs a big punch in a tiny building. They have a walk up window in addition to the small indoor area where you can order and tables outside. They offer the traditional Expresso drinks but also have a wonderful selection of their signature lattes as well; I was told they make all their syrups in house. They also have breakfast tacos available but do tend to run out early. I opted for a hot Lavender Vanilla Latte which was smooth and the lavender and vanilla flavor did not have that fake syrupy taste like the chain coffee houses. I was also able to score a brisket egg and cheese taco. The brisket was delicious but I felt the ratio of brisket to egg was off; definitely could use a little more brisket. The salsa that came with it was freshly made and added just the right amount of flavor. Steadfast Coffee also has a refrigerated section where they offer fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and flowers grown in their own farm next door using organic practices. They also have a few select pastry offerings along the front counter and other items for sale. I recommend checking this place out and definitely will be back. One thing to note is they do not take cash which was a little let down but definitely can be overlooked. read more

I had the vanilla lavender latte on my last visit and I haven't stopped thinking about it since! I've been a couple of times and the coffee has been great both times! I've also had the breakfast tacos which are good, I'd definitely suggest the brisket breakfast taco! The store is very cute and the fact that they sell local products is awesome. I have been to steadfast coffee multiple times now. I just moved into an apartment in the Eastmark area a couple months ago, and this has been one of my favorite parts about living in the neighborhood! I love seeing so many local products in one place, especially from small businesses that i usually get food items from at the Gilbert farmers market, and having it be closer to me. My first time here I got a Noble Bread pastry with a hot lavender chai latte. A lavender chai is my go-to drink, and this one was maybe the best I've ever had. Since visiting, I have bought from Sonoran Pasta, Benny Blanca's tortillas, Simple Soda, Noble Bread, and my favorite Culture Clash yogurts! I love knowing this little shop is so close to me in case I need a quick snack or even some pasta or veggies for dinner. I still need to try the breakfast tacos! read more

What an adorable gem next to the Orange Monster in the EastMark community! It reminded me of Agritopia with its homey community vibe. After my kiddo played on the playground, this mama got an iced Rosemary Vanilla Latte and my kiddo got some cookies. Their syrups are homemade and locally produced (rosemary, lavender, honey). They also have breakfast tacos on their menu, which I will definitely try out next time! Their store also carries fresh produce for sale from the farm and there is ample seating outside. Very cute spot out in Mesa. It was a little far from my typically but my partner and I had some time and loveeee coffee so decided to make the drive out there. Parking was a little tough being it was a Sunday morning but we enjoyed the walk. You are able to walk around the garden along the fence. The service was slow but everyone was super relaxed. The people working were super friendly. They have some local produce eggs and other foods that were great. One thing I found interested, is I asked for a double espresso and they gave it to me with a splash of a milk or something. Not sure if that was an accident or if that's how they serve their normal espresso, but luckily I didn't have a dairy problem lol. Fair warning the building is TINY! You can order drinks and food at the stall outside but if you want to buy produce or any refrigerated goods you need to go inside. Was in the area and looking for something local and different than the usual coffee chains. ... this adorable little stand hugged by a just as adorable surrounding farm and park, was just that.. I came in the morning, the building has the option to order outside, but wasn't entirely sure if as encouraged as indoors for ordering, so went inside.. The space is small, but not too small to fit the few to scan their shelves of goodies, from unique gifts, to fresh produce and milk!! I stood in line for their coffee, and ended up being tempted from their assortment of prepackaged pastries, and grabbed all I could afford while in line for coffee.. I loved that they had the usual coffee choices, as well as flavor options, with a few unexpected flavors options, like their orange flavoring, that we had paired with the mocha! I got myself a hot mocha with light mocha.. After ordering, we sat outside, since they offered plenty of seating - unexpected with a small place, but much appreciated. Not long after, we received our order, and found staff to be plenty helpful and friendly. Our coffees were decent!! (Thank god). However, my partner found his orange-mocha to be very flavorless (surprisingly), as well my mocha.. although, I personally didn't mind mine to be less flavorful since i prioritize quality of coffee flavor more. I ended up hopping back to the window outside, conveniently, to also order their breakfast tacos for just shy of 4 dollars each.. we got the one with bacon and the one with potatoes.. the bacon one being the most yummy, along with their side of very fresh salsa. I enjoyed them, but found the food to be a bit expensive and small? Perhaps a deal, maybe two for 5? Would feel more worthwhile not underwhelming for the price and filling? Perhaps a tad larger for another 50 cent charge, seeing as so they cost almost $4?
