This is such a great gem nestled amongst the East Mark neighborhood. Hubs and I have been here a few times and they are so consistent with their coffee. Their tacos are delicious and their customer service is wonderful. If you go on a Saturday, you can grab your coffee and breakfast and then walk over to the East Mark farmers market. Definitely check them out if you're in the area!

I love this little shop. It's a smaller farmer style market/coffee shop where you can buy locally crafted sauces, salsa, tortillas, cured meats, vegetables and greens from their gardens. I meet my team here regularly and everyone loves the coffees, seasonal drinks, and snacks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is all outdoor seating, which is fine, but its right next to the Eastmark great park too if you want to take a walk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff are always friendly.

Love this coffee shop! For one, they have my favorite, Rose vanilla lattes! They also have a little local food selection of produce, tortillas, fresh, flowers, pasta, etc.

I liked Steadfast Coffee a latte! I finally got to try Steadfast Coffee after having it on my list for a while. It's located inside the Steadfast Farm store in Eastmark and serves coffee and breakfast tacos. The farm store is adorable! They sell local produce, flowers, goods, and more. Seating is only outside, under umbrellas. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were patient with me as I asked many questions. My go-to drink when I visit a new-to-me coffee shop is an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon. During my visit, Steadfast Coffee had a cinnamon honey vanilla latte special as well as their signature spiced honey latte. Both sounded wonderful and are very similar to my favorite drink, which made it tough for me to decide! After a minute or two of debating, I finally went with the spiced honey latte with oat milk. It was smooth and delicious. I expected (and wanted) more of a kick from the spiced honey, but it was subtle. I love spice, and next time I'll just ask for more spiced honey. It was too late for breakfast tacos, but I will definitely be back soon for those!

Stopped by on Saturday after volunteering at the nearby community center. I saw that there was a sign up front that stated that orders were to be taken inside so inside I went. There was a lady ordering so I looked around. The inside is small and there are a few items for sale. I looked over the menu and decided to go with an iced cinnamon dulce latte with half and half - they unfortunately do not offer soy milk. The girl who took my order didn't seem too friendly but took my order fast. I stepped outside and waited a few minutes for my drink. Once ready, my name was called out and they placed my latte on the counter. I walked up to the counter and the girl had just placed it there. She watched me grab it and didn't say a word to me. She could've thanked me for stopping by or what not but nope nothing. Both interactions I had with the employees were weird and I left there not wanting to ever come back. The drink was pretty good though.

Visited this place for the first time and it was great! I love the location right off the road so parking may be difficult. We easily found a spot though. I ordered a chai with almond milk and it was so delicious. I loved the milk they used. I also got a raspberry danish which was so delicious. My family and I stopped by this Saturday morning. It's been a while since we had a free weekend together. I've been aware of this place, but due to the location, it always seemed out of the way. It still is, but I really enjoyed our visit. It seems to be the heart of Eastmark and a go-to spot for all local residents. There is plenty of parking along the street and a private parking lot at the 'Mark Community Center. Upon entering Steadfast Coffee, there were a lot of locally owned brands being sold along with the farms' own produce. All their pastries were from Noble Bread! For our breakfast, we ordered: - blueberry muffin (our little one LOVED it) - two breakfast tacos, one was pulled pork and the other was Brisket - cinnamon vanilla latte (only available for july) - POG lemonade (only available for july) We got our items at the pick-up window, which came out very quickly! The tacos were great and hit the spot for us, and the red salsa that came with it was so fresh! I really liked my coffee and my husband enjoyed his lemonade. There is a lot of available seating at the front of the cafe with shade overhead. We opted to go inside the park area and sit by the pond to enjoy our breakfast. This was worth the visit, and we can't wait to come back when the weather is cooler!

I usually don't write reviews after the first visit because I do consider consistency among staff behavior, food presentation and quality, etc over time. Second visit here because the first visit was so pleasant and the staff was different today and incredibly rude and dismissive. The February drink specials were published but use monin syrup instead of house. Though the drinks tasted good and were of similar quality as last time, the service really left a bad taste in my mouth.

This place is a hidden gem! Visited for the first time and was impressed. The Farm Store is quaint and has a lot you can buy directly from their garden. We came for the coffee and loved it! We tried the Cinnamon Dulce Latte and the Mexican Mocha (ordered them iced). Both were made very well and delicious! We are excited to come back and try more! They do have breakfast tacos, too. Note - there is only outdoor seating.

I have been here a few times and always enjoy the coffee. I got the coconut mocha latte today and I would have to say it is delicious . The cashier/barista was more friendly today than I have experienced in the past. I only will dock a star because the coffee is pricey. I would say more expensive than Starbucks, however it is superior. I would like to come try some other items to get a better feel for the quality of their items with the more expensive price tag.

Saw a local coffee influencer came here and I was influenced to make the trek out to Gilbert to try it too! This is park of a cute little farm store. They sell noble bread so I got my husband a croissant! I love golden milk but hasn't had one in a while so I ordered one today! I got it iced with oat milk. It was so delicious. Perfectly cinnamon-y and sweet. No weird gritty texture. Girls working here were super sweet too. Would definitely recommend! read more

Love this place but it is excruciatingly slow for me and I will come here when I don't have work or anything pressing. I noticed someone was in training but still too slow for me. Honestly, I can't say enough about how much I love this place! The coffee is so good (highly recommend the Mexican mocha!), employees always friendly, and being practically connected to the Steadfast farm is incredibly convenient. PLUS if you miss the coffee shop/trailer hours, they sell bottled beverages inside the store. I look forward to stopping here every time! read more

Love this cute little farm / coffee shop! One thing to note: it is technically in Mesa but it is far from Mesa closer to Queen Creek. They have incredible coffee here and lots of local goods + produce for sale. It's a great place to sit out and enjoy or walk around the park behind the "farm". There is lots of free street parking. It's super cute and great for photos. Would definitely come back if i'm over that way. read more

The few times I have been here the espresso always tastes burnt and bitter. I am not sure if it is due to burnt espresso pulls or the type of beans. I do not have this issue with the location on Higley. Hope to see some improvement, I do love this place! read more

So I've wanted to check this place out for awhile now because it looks so darn cute, but because it's so far out from me I haven't been able to get out there. But this weekend I was going to be in the area so of course we had to stop and get coffee and tacos! I got the Rosemary Vanilla Latte and Veggie Hash Breakfast Taco, which both were super yummy and is vegan (the taco not the coffee). They have a good amount of seating with umbrellas. And they have a little farm store where you can purchase veggies, tortillas, fresh eggs, syrups, jams, elderberry syrup...all kinds of good local stuff. Cute spot! read more

This is a mini-cafe with delicious coffee and a side shop, too. It's not really a place to lounge around. You get your stuff and go. I got the lavender vanilla latte with whole milk and it was great. The flavor is not soapy like you'd normally taste with lavender flavor elsewhere! They also carry a ton of other goodies to try. I walked out with beer pickles, bourbon pecan popcorn, and noble bread. They have soaps, mushrooms, vegetables, and more things from local companies to splurge on. It's a bit pricey (mushrooms for $11!), but it's fun to try occasionally! Love all the latte flavors they have and would recommend for a strong, foamy cup of coffee! read more

finally made it out here to try this place after so many people telling me to try it. i didn't get any pictures of the inside of the shop but i love all of the local goodies and fresh produce that they sell - very cool! as for the coffee, it's fantastic! my boyfriend tried the cinnamon dulce latte and i tried the cold brew (one of my favorite cold brews now) - both coffees were super good though! and i love that they weren't super sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. this place is in a beautiful area to walk around and have some coffee and even has a good amount of seating outside. i will be back for sure. thank you, steadfast! read more

Been coming here for almost a year now! Overall, every experience has been sweet and the girls behind the counter have been very kind. I want to share about today though because I think it's important for management/trainers to be aware of. I came in, was the only customer in the shop and it seemed like the baristas were working on putting away an order or delivery of some sort so I broke their flow. As a barista, I fully understand that though it's just part of the job, getting stopped in the middle of a task can be slightly irritating. However, the irritation was palpable on the girl who took my order. Got a quick "hi," and after taking my order, she was going to charge me for a double shot when I asked for just a single. I'm assuming there may not be a button to split the price, yet I think she should've informed me that she'd had to charge for a double instead of sending the order through, stepping aside to start the drink and expecting me to not notice. I asked if she has to charge for a double, for her to just add both shots to the drink. It honestly isn't a big deal, but I'm leaving the details in because I work in the same industry, and I know how much an interaction like that could affect a first timers experience. Im grateful that this is the first negative interaction I've had here and I really don't expect it to happen much more, but for management reading this, I recommend informing baristas that even those tiny irritations have to be hidden because as a customer, it's easy to tell. You truly never know what people are going through, and never know how one small poor interaction could hurt someone. As corny as it can feel, going the extra step to interact with a positive tone and upbeat nonverbals makes all the difference. For myself, I'm pregnant and if it was an off day for me, that tiny interaction could've set me into a hormonal breakdown . We're not responsible for others feelings, but in customer service, there is an expectation to keep things on the positive note as much as possible. Yet!!!! Today does not change my rating. I have genuinely had such wonderful experiences every other time I've been in. I believe yall use press coffee and whatever machine you have behind the bar does a great job at extracting the flavor notes of each blend- not to mention the hard work of each barista to ensure that the grind is dialed in properly. I've never had a bitter or sour espresso from here, so props! The little treats to the side are also very yummy. I look forward to seeing this local joint grow and continue to flourish! read more

What a lovely stop and go coffee joint. Try their early morning made breakfast tacos. Yep! Coffee & Tacos are clearly listed on the cute little shack style building filled with coffee and espresso options, and some delightful local grown produce, NONLE bakery items and foodstuffs. And...fresh flowers! Outside seating (or your car) are your options. But you'll see local residents walking, running and biking in for theirs! Park right out front. Plan for a little walk if you have time to stretch your legs and breathe. read more

Honestly I've been avoiding reviewing this place because I don't want this place to blow up and then the vibe totally change- but this place is really neat. Just a great coffee shop if you want to sit outside and chillax. The coffee is good not the absolute best - I make the lattes just a little more sweet than they would normally do and I don't like super sweet drinks. The tacos are kinda on the expensive end but super great- my favorite is the brisket but honestly even the vegetarian is worth trying. Check out this place - if you're a latte junkie. read more

Fantastic little coffee shop that I stumbled upon utilizing a Yelp search when I was in the area. Great coffee, awesome ambience and a fantastic choice of fresh produce from the farm at that location sporting the same name. The only downfall for this location is there is no inside seating which this time of year is no big deal at all, but I can imagine during the summer time, it would be tough to hang out drinking coffee anywhere past 8 AM. Highly recommended, looking forward to get back there and buying some produce. read more

First, I love the cute vibe of this coffee shop. It's a bit hidden and surrounded by homes, a park, garden and pond. We ordered an iced chai and iced vanilla latte. I was slightly disappointed you can only order one size and it's on the smaller side. My latte was good but nothing special. We took a stroll to see the surrounding area and it's quite peaceful. There are a few benches around the pond in case you want to sit and finish your drink. There is no seating inside the coffee shop but there are tables and chairs right outside for nicer days. My favorite part was seeing they had raw milk, specialty gift items, and some organic produce for purchase. read more

Been coming here for Cortados for a while since before they hadn't partnered with steadfast. Now there's more to the menus and they are there permanently instead of just the weekend. Always super friendly, epic espresso drinks. My new fave is the potato breakfast taco. They have Brisket and bacon too. Both great. There's also seating now and you can hang on the nice little patio they've made. If you're looking for a better alternative to big brand spots in the area, this is the place to be! read more

We ordered a combination of cake & raised donuts to taste. We bought, blueberry glazed, glazed old fashion, maple bar and chocolate raised donut. All were very good! We have to say this is the best donut shop in AZ that we've found so far. We will look forward to taking our car into service so that we'll be in the area to get these donuts.

I had a man from this place follow my son and took pictures/ videos of him and accused him of stealing from the store. My son had just got home from running errands with his mom and was taking the trash bin out to the curb. This guy was a driving newer white ford truck that is always parked out front of this business he was rude when I came out of my garage to fine what why he was following my son. He showed me a video from his phone and asked if this your son I explain to him it wasn't my son he look like he wanted to fight with me because I told him multiple times it wasn't my son but he was convinced it was because he had on a black hoodie. read more
