    Breakfast burrito
    Glenn M.

We had a group bike ride in the area and stopped for brunch. I enjoyed the breakfast burrito but could only eat half. It was just as good the next day at home. We also had the yogurt with granola and fruit. Everything was good and the service was great.

The Coffee Shop is unassuming at first approach. One you have a taste of the food and libations, you'll nod in agreement. The Coffee Shop is good. Located in a small shopping destination, you'll enter through doors on either side and find the counter to grab a menu and place your order. A number will be handed to you and you'll find a variety of seating options. Do you like patio seating? They've got it Table for Two? Sure Larger group, maybe studying or business meeting? They can accommodate. Whatever your seating needs, I'd say they've got it. What did I order? - Cookie Butter Latte 4/5 - The Boss Panini on Sourdough 5/5 I had just finished a business meeting with a neighboring business and a hankering for a good latte and a bite. My client said, "I've got just the spot, order The Boss, and no matter which latte you have, you won't be disappointed" Break it down: - Cookie Butter Latte is something I've not yet seen on any other cafe menu and so I had to try it. The coffee shop baristas prepared it very well. Balanced and flavorful on all notes. - The Boss. A simple sandwich of the most elementary of ingredients. Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, sourdough etc etc... all the more reason to give The Coffee Shop the highest praise. When you have something so straight forward, it's the assembly and the quality of the ingredients, also the balance. The bread was so nice, toasted just right, with each bite, holding together all the layers. No chance for a mess, and no chance for any bite to miss any opportunity for full flavor. Proportionately distributed turkey to bacon to cheddar and mayo. Either it was a luck of the draw or the kitchen is just that damn good . Possibly, the most impeccably prepared sandwich I've had all year. Why only 4 stars? Well, the wait time was a little long. Talk about nearly 20 minutes from sitting down with my latte till the sandwich came out. Would I come back? Absolutely. I highly recommend to anyone in Gilbert. In my book, when you talk about a coffee shop, The Coffee Shop is the best game in town.

    Cookie butter with 3 shots

I stopped in last week with my girlfriends. It was a bigger place than i was expecting. The line was long but moved fairly quickly. I got a cookie butter iced latte with an extra shot and it was just okay. I didn't really like i could taste the cookie butter that much? but maybe my drink was just took strong. The vibes were okay, but some of the workers seemed miserable to be there and that always is a kind a knock down for me. They have a pretty decent menu. I would probably try something to eat next time. maybe not from the pastry case as there were flies hanging out in there (which I can understand happens, but seeing it was not appealing)

The Coffee Shop is just that, a cute little coffee shop located in Agritopia offering speciality beverages, classic cafe offerings, pastries including gluten free and an ample line up of various flavors of Whoopie pies and quite a few brunch offerings. I've been a handful of times, as I love the entire community of shops, but only for coffee so I cannot speak for their other offerings at this time. They were bumpin this fine Sunday morning, with a majority of their tables filled with families and groups, they offer a fair amount of indoor and outdoor seating. We weren't hanging out, but definitely be prepared for a potential wait, as it's a hot spot. My mom got one of their seasonal specials, a peaches and cream latte. My husband and I shared their other special, an iced pistachio latte ( with half syrup) Both were good, sweet as to be expected, neither I would rush back to order. They use Monin syrup, but I would love to see some homemade syrups, at least for their seasonal or special beverages. Even with a line and constant guests, they got the drinks out quickly and were staffed well! I definitely would like to try some of their pastries or brunch next time I'm in the area! Parking can be hit or miss with the area, so definitely something else to keep in mind.

Causal coffee, breakfast, and lunch spot! This place gets very busy so go early! Must get the scones! They are so moist and one of the best scones! I heard the cupcakes are really good too so will get that next time! I got the indio panini and it was delicious! The simple garlic vinaigrette on the salad was a perfect complement to the sandwich. My husband got the supreme burrito. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. There's indoor and outdoor seating areas! Great place for family and friends meetup!

    Harvest bowl and cappuccino.

The place is called "the Coffee Shop" and they screwed up my coffee order! ‍ I ordered a "small cappuccino with 2% milk" and ended up with a cup with one shot of espresso in it. I let the barista know when I picked up my order and she graciously made me a cappuccino instead. Unfortunately, the cappuccino was pretty underwhelming. I also ordered a Harvest Bowl, which is a breakfast bowl with kale and quinoa. It was under seasoned (there really was no seasoning at all). Though this place seemed pretty busy, I was able to grab a table outside and enjoy the ambiance. I sat out back on the patio and the weather was lovely.

I enjoyed the coffee shop! I was disappointed that the salted maple was sold out because I was so excited for it. I ordered a gingerbread latte instead, which was good. It's a great environment to study, hang out with friends, or just to grab and go! The service was pretty quick and the place was clean. I'd come back again, hoping to try another flavor of latte and maybe get some food!

One of our favorite spots for our entire family (and pets)! With indoor and outdoor seating, and a hidden seating area featuring beautiful birds in the back. This place is an oasis. Not to mention the wonderful coffee and food! My favorite is the build your own breakfast sandwich: croissant, scrambled egg, turkey and feta + side salad. Looking for a sweet treat? Butterscotch scones are our family's favorite and always 10/0

I have fallen in love with this spot! Great selection of coffee drinks hot/cold! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great place to have a quick coffee meeting or relax and have a work day. Great atmosphere to sit outside and read a book. They also have a good sandwich and pastry menu. Plenty of parking. Seating inside can fill up quickly but it's planting of outside seating which is great this time of year but during the summer may not be so good. It's also next door to a breakfast spot that I hear is very good but I haven't tried yet. Overall I highly recommend if your a person that like to have coffee meetings and working outside the office you should try this place! Parking 5/5 Location 5/5 Coffee 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Service 5/5 Return Factor 5/5

A great lunch spot on a cool Friday afternoon. Try the Mahi Mahi tacos and get extra salsa. They are so well made and the salad is fresh and zesty. Don't leave your food for a second add the tiny bird vultures are everywhere. They like the tacos too!

WHOOPIES are the best thing I've ever eaten. Cute little spot to hang out and enjoy coffee and treats. The only downside is the amount of people that use this coffee shop as their personal office. They take over seats for a LONG period of time making it impossible for regular customers to have a decent place to sit. IMO there should be a time limit on how long people WFH In this place.

    Spanish latte and Banana latte
    Camilla M.

It was not super busy, but semi busy, it is a Saturday morning! There was not a terrible line or wait. There was no available seating inside, and it is very hot today so that was not the best thing. We got the banana latte and a Spanish latte. They were not bad! The banana latte is on their summer menu, there is an option to make it a banana split and add whip cream and chocolate drizzle. The Spanish latte doesn't have much flavor if it was supposed to. The coffee taste is great though!

Last time I went (2 weeks ago) they accepted cash!

    Is this place still open?

    Yes

It's happened a couple times now where it will not accept online orders and the voice message says to order online. Suggestions?

I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.

The space is extremely comfortable -- cozy seating, welcoming energy, and an outdoor area that's truly remarkable. It's the kind of place where you can meet a friend, get some work done, or simply unwind with a great cup of coffee. Let's talk about the coffee -- because it's extremely well done. You can genuinely taste the flavor in every sip. I'm a nitro, cold brew girl -- always black -- and they nail it every time. Smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. That said, I'm a total sucker for their seasonal selections. Somehow, they always make it hard not to switch things up. The seasonal flavors are thoughtfully crafted and never overpowering -- just the right touch to make your drink feel special. The pastries? Incredible. Fresh, delicious, and the perfect pairing to any drink. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or a full coffee moment, you won't be disappointed. Another major plus: the prices are reasonable, and the line moves fast. Even when it's busy, the service is efficient without ever feeling rushed. The customer service is genuinely great -- everyone is extremely nice, welcoming, and happy to help. It's such a refreshing change to experience a place where the vibe is consistently excellent. They also offer their merch, coffee to go, and other home items, which makes it easy to take a little piece of the experience with you. Overall, this coffee shop delivers on every level -- flavor, atmosphere, service, and value. It's cozy, inviting, and full of good energy. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks.
