I have been to Sidewinder Subs many times, and it is among my favorite places for sandwiches. My family and I come here often whenever we are craving a delicious sub sandwich in our area. It also helps that we live less than ten minutes away. Their sandwiches are some of the best sandwiches I have had. Not only do they taste good, but their ingredients are fresh. I also like how fresh the bread tastes. While I do not remember if I have ever had any of their side dishes, I will have to try them next time I visit. I also like that the menu has a vast variety of sandwiches, sides, and other things, such as cookies and drinks. I appreciate how friendly and patient the service is. They are willing to offer suggestions and are patient whenever you need time to decide what to order. The atmosphere is pleasant and low-key, with plenty of televisions to watch sports. They also have an arcade game system in one corner near the entrance. Another thing I like is their reasonable prices for their high-quality food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent place for sub sandwiches in the Phoenix area.

Craving for a sub? Look no further! Sidewinders has the best subs in the east valley hands down. Don't be surprised if you see a line when you walk in- especially at lunch time. Upon entry, you'll see a chalkboard menu with everything they have to offer. Even beer on tap! Service is always amazing, quick & friendly. The menu has a huge array of subs, some salads, wraps & and few fried up favorites such as fries & cheese sticks. My go to is always the toasted turkey & cheese. A simple classic, yet packed & loaded with meat and flavor. Sidewinders is always great at packing up a full sandwich. They don't skimp out on anything! They also offer a diamondback sub meal which is somewhere in the neighborhood of about $6! You can't find that anywhere nowadays. A local neighborhood favorite that will have you coming back for more. Be sure to check their hours and note they are closed on Sundays!

I have had unfavorable service by the short rude guy behind the counter on more than one occasion, but this time I'm taking the time to post and most likely won't go back after several years. We ordered subs to go using the online app today/ not cheap $12.99 per sub but at least they included chips it stated. When I got there and went to get them the rude guy was very happy to announce and embarrass the heck out of me in front of everyone in the store that chips WERE NOT included... I wanted to crawl under the table! I thought the cops were gonna pull up ! Honestly I was not going to steal 2 bags of chips! Check for yourselves- are you reading what I'm reading .. "And chips" !!! Goodness - customer service really is a thing my guy!!

GUYS don't sleep on this sandwich spot!!!! Everything is SO FRESH! Crisp bacon, ice cold deli toppings--you can taste the difference! My hubby & I split the 17" club, no tom, add banana pep and it's just SO YUM. Don't forget the chocolate chip cookie! They're soft and delicious. You won't be disappointed.

Really good subs. The only complaint is that the bun could easily hold 5 meatballs, but they only give you four. So you have bites that are bread-only. But the flavors are good, and they offer fries (not just chips). Their fries are nothing fancy, but they are fresh and good. I like this place. I just wish they would give you that 5th meatball so you don't end up with two bites on either end that are only bread and sauce.

I absolutely dig this place. The sandwiches are fantastic and so is the friendly service. The sandwiches are always packed with meat and fixins. Great quality ingredients as well which sometimes you dont see in sandwich shops. This is a gem and its locally owned . 10/10

    Club Sub

People and food are always the great. Subs are literally the best and I especially love supporting local businesses.

    Steak And Cheese Sub

Walked In During Afternoon Hours, Not Too Busy At All! Had the steak and cheese sub with everything on it + combo with a drink and chips. The environment/atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. They offer salads, wraps & Subs as well as bottled/draft beer. Would definitely come again for lunch! Highly recommend!

I love subs. I freaking devour great subs. This may be my new awesome sub shop. The food is awesome. Prices are good. Place is nice. The staff is kind. First, the food. I have been here 3 times. Had the Bomb, the Kicker, and the turkey pastrami special. Wow. Every sub is made fast, served hot, and with fresh ingredients. And every sub tasted amazing. Seriously. The bread is lightly warmed and toasted, and the ingredients are just perfectly accented with spreads and veggies. You won't find a better sub. The prices. It's been a while since covid, and pretty much every place has doubled prices, so it always ticks me off when places have sandwiches for 18 or 20 bucks. This place has full subs for 10-12.75 . That is great. I got the special- sub, chips and drink for 14.50. Awesome. The staff. The counter staff and workers are kind and quick. Everything is done like your time is important, and they get it done. Really, they are a good group of folks. Come to Sidewinder. I guarantee you will love it.

Spicy Italian sub, excellent flavor.. I would just ask for double meat in the future. Sub, drink, med-soda $16

The name of this restaurant isn't very becoming. But you will be coming regularly once you try this place. Mediterranean food has worked it's way as a staple across the country because of the use of numerous spices, it has an undeniable bold flavor that has become a favorite of the American diet. Here is no exception and lives up to the Mediterranean flavor profile expectations with an Americanized twist on the ingredients. I ordered on the app and found it quite user friendly, which encourages me to get food here more often with the ease of use and simple interface. You have to ability to add or omit ingredients from the menu items which makes for a very satisfying customized meal (and only have yourself to blame if it is a displeasing combination) BERLINER WRAP- meat and veg all in a flatbread wrap. There's a lot of ingredients packed in this thang, so for me, I had to use extra sauce to dip and coat it all in flavor. The problem with these wraps though, is that the paper it wrapped in was getting stuck to the bread and would have to constantly peel it off that thang and it was a mess, unless you just don't mind eating the paper for some extra fiber. MEDI BOWL- The bowl was felt healthy and hearty; an all-around good dish. The crunchy garbanzo beans were a nice element to contrast against the other textures in the bowl. Again, i liked it with more sauce, but that's just me. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and I want to try the other menu items in the future.

We asked for that and it took another 5-10 minutes until we got that. The time alone to prepare the food doesn't bother me, but what did was that the fondue was very gritty and had "broken". That said, it's a great place for something healthy. I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the choices if you're trying to eat well. My friends lunch looked much better than what I had.
