YAY for The Subslingers!!! This was a random Yelp find after our hikes at the Superstitions, located off SB road, it's not hard to find. We have eaten here 3 times and each time we usually order the Meatball, Pastrami, and the Italian sandwiches. All of the sandwiches are made standard per the order, but the freshly made bread and portion sizes just make for an amazing meal!!! For me the meatball sandwich is the mvp, this is the only place I would even consider ordering one from! You could probably order a small sandwich and will be full, but the medium is the way to go, you will have some leftovers. Service is great, and the location is nice and clean in case you want to eat there. This is our go to place whenever we are in the area and I think you will enjoy! read more

Found this place well reviewed on Yelp and decided to stop by for subs tonight. We got the small and medium Italian subs, toasted. Overall subs were very good. Bread was excellent. The medium sub definitely has a good amount of meat on it, while the small has less but still reasonable. I was surprised at the lack of veggies on these subs though. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were pretty sparsely applied. Service was excellent with very nice people behind the counter, and the restaurant and tables were very clean. Ambiance was interesting with fun western decor and an old western on the TV. During our visit they had a preachy Christian radio station playing which was an interesting juxtaposition against the cowboy about to be hanged on TV. Overall, I think we'll be visiting again. Subs were good and maybe next time I'll press a bit for a few more veggies. read more

OK, the subs were great. We had the club which we split. It was loaded with meat, cheese and the extra customized items like tomatoes etc. . The bun was fresh and tasted good. The service was outstanding and here's why. We each ordered almost the same sandwich w/o realizing it. The young lady pointed this out and told us we could have one cheese on one half and another on the rest AND this would save us money. How nice that she took the time to do this. This was our first time eating here . I'm usually not the sandwich kind of girl but I had been craving one the last couple of days. I ordered a small BLT on a white roll honestly the roll to start off was really hard so it was hard to bite into considering how small my mouth is but it was loaded up with a generous portion of crispy bacon and ample lettuce, tomatoes and onions so the bacon to veggies ratio to the size of the roll was perfect. My boyfriend ordered a club and he enjoyed it alot. It was loaded up with fresh turkey and ham as well as vegetables. The sandwiches here are huge we could've easily bought one to share so if you don't have a huge appetite one sandwich can easily make two meals. The staff was friendly and helpful and they have a table outside so your 4 legged friend can come with you and enjoy some meat out of your sandwich. So the bottom line is i would eat here again I would just like to see a softer roll to bite into next time. read more

Sub slingers is a very good alternative to subway or any major sub chain. They are local have a very clean restaurant and the subs are always very good.
