Super friendly and polite staff. 2nd best part is that it's clean. That kind of where the good ends., They offer a healthier option to traditionally fried chicken spots, but air frying just doesn't cut it. There is no crispiness to the chicken and don't get me started on the soggy tots. Literally the only thing that makes tots work is the crispness of them. I didn't finish my order and my kids refused to eat theirs. Not to add insult to injury but my dog wouldn't eat it either. I'm not trying to be mean. I just the honest truth. Wait... Sneaky is right. No seed oils because it's not fried!! Or not... frying food isn't the problem, it's what the food is fried in. If your sauce and chicken still have seed oils mission failed. Very poor transparency. The managers have no idea what's in the food and they rudely direct you elsewhere. Corporate is none too happy to answer either. Good luck finding anything on the website. Also, for green washed fake health food it tastes pretty mediocre. The tables here are always sticky too and even though it's a simple menu everything takes a while. This was a great find on a day trip to Phoenix! We walked in and it was super clean and the person I think was the manager was super kind and energetic. We got chicken tenders, both naked and home style with the salt pepper garlic rub and both were delicious - not greasy and still juicy. The honey mustard sauce was delicious as well, not too sweet and a great pairing! The tots were good too, not quite as much my speed but I think that's just personal pref as I'm very used to these being fried and the difference in lack of crispiness was more noticable. My family really enjoys the food here and I like that it's a healthier option than other take out places in the area. Very satisfying and filling. Our order is always ready on time and the employees are super friendly. We've been ordering about once a week. The only negative is that when we order an extra side of tots the portion is very small and about 1/2 the amount that the combos come with, didn't care for the sweet potato tots (too soggy & bland) and the cookies were too salty. This was an interesting place. The chicken isn't fried but was still crispy which offers a nice healthy alternative to fried chicken. The sauces were good and they had a wide variety of them. My favorite was the fools gold which is a mustard and bbq mix. The service was a bit slow but to be expected as it takes longer as the chicken is not fried. The ambiance was not bad. First visit today. This location is fairly new. I opted for the sandwich combo with tots. My rub choice was salt, pepper & garlic with Music City Hot sauce on the side. They also happen to have a 'New' flavor to try, Korean BBQ so I got that as well. One very large piece of chicken in this sandwich. The rub did not over power and the meat was tender & juicy. I had chicken tenders and sweet potato tots. Both were outstanding. The chicken tenders had great flavor and were moist and cooked perfectly. Tots just rocked! I mean can you really go wrong with tots? Good thing I didn't need to find out the wrong answer to that question. All my food was yummy! Today was our first visit to Sneakybird. We have been wanting to try their food for a while now. My husband ordered the 4 piece tenders and tots with the salt pepper garlic rub and teriyaki sauce. I ordered the homestyle chicken sandwich and tots with salt/vinegar rub and teriyaki sauce. We also ordered a salted maple cookie. We didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. The chicken was so moist, delicious and not dry at all. The bun was so soft and tasty. The tater tots were crisp on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. Yum! We liked the rubs and sauces that we selected. We were also offered a sampling of their new flatbread. It was buffalo chicken on top of the flatbread. Gosh it was absolutely amazing!! The cookie was so good too! I want to try more items on their menu and will surely be looking for their flatbread! Hadn't heard of this place before today. But found it on the internet, and tried it. Really good! I will have it again. The chicken was really tender, like fish. The Maple Tots were suuuuper good. I got the Salt & Vinegar and Peach dry rubs and they were good, but the flavor lacked a little. A little more dry rub would be great. But the Peach and Mango Habanero sauces were good. It was very bland and heavily breaded even though it's not fried. We got a chicken sandwich (with garlic Parmesan rub) and six tenders with no rub. We got the "Q" for the sauce for the tenders. They gave us one tiny little container of sauce for six fairly large tenders so after making it to the car and checking the order, I had to go back in and ask for what should have already been included with the order, enough sauce.
