Amazing food and ration sizes just the time for waiting is a little long but other than that great place

So his place is so cute and super clean. Our waitress was friendly but the service is so slow! We ordered two half sandwiches and a salad and it took 30 mins to get it. And the place was not full when we got there or when we ordered. The food itself was a little shocking. While both the chopped chicken salad and the honey pecan salad were good. We half split a BLTE which was a huge pass. What place doesn't toast bread for a BLT(E)?!?! Just out here giving people raw bread. Also it was dry. Little to no mayo. And a slab of cheese. The sandwich was just weird. Tasted fine but weird. But also 30 mins for a raw sandwich?!?! Would I come back? Probably not. They have this place in Vegas and the reviews for wait time on getting food is even more ridiculous than my experience. It's a shame bc the food isn't bad. The service is just slow. read more

Saturday morning for breakfast. People waiting as we arrived. Greeting at the door and efficient check-in system. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. Didnt feel like that long. Clean area and quick table turnaround. Greeted by waiter and drink order taken. Food served hot and delicious! Food was tasty and hit the spot! Service was excellent! We were offered a to go drink. All First Watch locations deliver consistent quality, but I decided to finally leave a review on their seasonal item: shrimp and grits. I appreciated that it was not especially cheesy. Additionally, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and had a delicious deep seafood flavor (almost like crab boil.) The bell peppers and tomatoes added the perfect amount of acidity, and the sausages weren't too salty and overbearing. And the bread is perfectly toasted-- crispy yet still chewy. Overall a great dish! The drinks are also quite good at this location. I always get the cold brew, but their regular hot coffee is great as well. We also got asked to try the new watermelon drink and it was very good. I go to this location a lot, the service always rocks. Always quick, pleasant, and attentive. Got up early, craving Avocado Toast, so I came here after looking at the website. It was just as good and tasty as it looked online! Ian was my waiter and he was outstanding! I explained that I couldn't have anything citrus due to allergies and he was so kind and understanding! He checked on me and made sure I had everything I needed and my food was just how I liked it, plus gave me the BEST blackberry iced tea and even set me up with one to go when I was ready to go! SUPER service, and even for being as busy as the restaurant was, the ambiance was just right. It was not loud. It was very enjoyable! This was my second time dining here, this time by myself, and the first time was with my aunt and uncle when they were visiting in March from Los Angeles. Great brunch spot! The Eggs Benedict had a generous amount of hollandaise sauce and tasted great. Despite it being a busy Saturday, we only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Service was prompt! Their rotating seasonal menu looked delicious, and they boasted about their juices, juiced daily. Inside was clean, lots of seating, and 5 or so individual bathrooms. I have been visiting a few different First Watch locations and this was a good one. The food is awesome and the location is clean. I got the special honey chicken breakfast bowl. I can't remember the legit name but it's awesome. So flavorful. I only dock a star because this is a pricey breakfast establishment. $40 for two meals with water and a tip. read more

I've always enjoyed the breakfast menu at First Watch. Hadn't been in a while due to some health issues. Saw the Million Dollar Bacon Sandwich (MDBS) in an email introducing the fall menu and knew I HAD to try it! Went a week ago and LOVED it!! What's not to like?!? Million dollar bacon. Sausage patty. Jalapeños. Cheddar cheese. Apple bacon jam. All on a croissant round!! Plus it comes with a side of potatoes. I was in heaven!! Got some great news from my oncologist on Monday so I decided to celebrate by treating myself to a leisurely breakfast with another MDBS!! Lo and behold, turns out I had the same server from a week ago!! And speaking of heaven--come to find out that that is the name of my server! Heaven is so friendly and helpful. She gave some good tips on the menu, very engaging and professional, and quite attentive! Management needs to keep Heaven on the payroll--she's GREAT!! Definitely going back before the MDBS leaves at the end of the fall. Better yet, I'm thinking First Watch should just make it a menu staple!!! read more

My breakfast was cooked perfectly, everything was very well seasoned, scrambled eggs were fluffy, hash browns crispy, and so happy to have white meat options for sausage! We have been wanting to try this place for a bit, but there was a line last time we stopped by. No line today, went around 10am on a Tuesday and got sat fast. Service was fine- quick and effective. Food was delicious, not too bad on prices. The potatoes add on was a great choice (Parmesan sauce with millionaire dollar bacon) Honestly loved the eggs Benedict ( I always put the hollandaise sauce on the side, just a preference) and the sauce was so good- lemony which was different and paired well with the vegs. The millionaire dollar bacon was good, would say 7.5/10. Definitely have to have a sweet/salty lover palette. Also loved how the environment wasn't too loud or crazy. A lot of places like to blast music which is fine, but we could actually have a conversation inside without raising our voices. Def want to try their juice bar next time and some of their alcoholic beverages. read more

Food and drinks were delicious, everyone was very friendly. There was a bit of a wait since it was a Sunday morning in December, but the staff was on top of things and kept things moving efficiently. It was worth the wait! We sat on the patio and they lowered the shades to keep the sun out of our eyes. It was lovely. I would put it in the top 5 brunch places I've ever been to! They had some of the best coffee and pancakes! Their kids portions were very generous, as were the regular portions. We had to take leftovers. I stopped going to First Watch back in FL because of a disagreement with the seater greeter person who insisted I had to wear a mask until I was physically eating. It is quite amazing how people can rationalize that you won't spread Covid while eating around a bunch of other diners and somehow the mask will protect us while we're not eating with all those who are eating. Sorry I obviously still carry around baggage about that. Moving on... This is a new First Watch and I imagine it may be challenging for them to draw customers with all the construction going on. I decided to try them out after playing a round of disc golf. Food and service very good. I had the morning meditation juice. Yum yum! Then had the Tacos Al pastor hash. Again yum!! Hubby's bacon and has browns were overcooked, bacon was burned. My pancakes were cold (not even room temp) and would not even melt the butter. I requested that my eggs be cooked over medium, however they had runny whites a parts of them were raw. Absolutely no check back from server after receiving food- on,y to bring our check. Never received drink refills or even asked if we wanted drink refills (I had water). There were 5 servers plus a manager huddled around one of the terminals for a long period of time. No manager checking tables to see how things were and is anyone needed anything. The server did ask if I wanted my eggs recooked to take home with me. No, I would have liked to have eaten those along with my HOT PANCAKES WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS ALSO EATING!!! read more

My friend drove from Gold Canyon to this location to pick up breakfast this morning. In this case, the breakfast ordered was the traditional or classic eggs Benedict The server was an older lady who handed him the box - upon opening the box to verify food was correct my friend discovered two fried eggs on top This is NOT Eggs Benedict. When he told her "this is not what I ordered" she responded by arguing with him and said "yes, it is"! He told her that the eggs should be poached, not fried - she then asked what meat did he want - what meat ? This server clearly does not know what eggs Benedict even is- he told her it should be Canadian bacon or ham With no apologies to him , she took the plate, took the eggs off and set it up in the window, where she proceeded to then disappear for the next 10 minutes Meanwhile, my friend is watching his plate, sitting in the window and rather than them remaking the breakfast., they were going to give him what had been sitting on this plate along w two freshly made eggs and send him off with that. When you screw up an order that bad you remake it. Period. You NEVER argue with the customer they know very well what they ordered We are regulars there and know what eggs Benedict is and what it should look like The fact that she was argumentative and offered no apology set him off, and he demanded his tip money be returned along with the cost of the meal. He explained he had driven all the way from Gold Canyon for this meal. This whole fiasco ended up being about 40 - 45 minutes, screwing up the entire morning. This is not OK. They offered to comp the meal but at that point he not only didn't want it anymore, but he's now unsure that he will be back anytime soon. I have to agree. The fact that this is an older lady tells me that she should be experienced enough to know not to argue with the customer, and to "remake" the meal and if you're going to offer compensation, you do it in a manner where you provide a piece of paper from a manager -Saying your next meal will be comped. I shouldn't have to tell you any of this. I am an experienced server and this fiasco is completely unacceptable. I hope you take her aside give her a copy of the menu to take home and study it. Meanwhile, you the manager take her in hand and explain that we do not argue with the customer we make whatever it is "right". And we do so with a smile whether we like it or not. Came to this location to have brunch with my sister and mom after a morning hike and very glad I did. It's been a couple years since my last visit. I had one of their virgin wellness cocktails, I can't remember the name but it was a seasonal Pineapple beverage and it was delicious. For my entree I ordered the Chickichanga, which was hearty and packed with flavor. We had a short wait which was nice for Sunday afternoon.
