Hands down, my FAVORITE coffee shop in the area. The vibe is so fun, staff is friendly, and you can automatically tell that this place was created from passion and love. They have events all throughout the week, and fun different weekend events as well. One of my favorite things, is their seasonal menus that they change I believe, monthly. My all time favorite was a seasonal from last summer, The banana bread latte. I dream about that drink! When I can't make it there to get coffee, I use the beans they sell in their store. Being that I'm from the PNW where small, amazing coffee shops are everywhere, I've been looking for that since moving here 5 years ago. I was tired of all the chains. At night, the vibe totally changes. Their tap wall is so cool and so nice that you can try so many different beers, wines, and ciders. I have been to coffee here a few times now. The coffee has been very good and a barista named Grace has helped me twice and she was great, very engaging and polite - we need more of this at coffee shops! Many times the baristas try to be too cool, it's good to see engaging ones. I was concerned that the split allegiance between the beer and coffee would mean that the coffee side suffered and would be mediocre but this was not true. Highly recommend. read more

Finally came in a week ago due to killing time in the vicinity. Since then I've been back thrice!! Says a lot!! I love the pistachio shaken cold brew but I sub the strawberry cold foam with pistachio cold foam- it's AMAZING!! I love my IPAs.. so it's nice to have a place to experiment different craft IPAs. We love the events they offer and will take advantage of them as they suit my husband and I having little ones. Love the games and most importantly the BOOKS!! Thank you for offering books! We are a family of bookworms and more places need to offer this for the littles! As for food... it's more of a quick grab with a long wait. Meaning the quality isn't why we come lol. I got my son a cupcake and it was so dry and hard when I went to break it apart for him... definitely didn't cash in the Mom tax. We've had the wings and pretzel bites and it was so-so... not something to rave about. This is the spot to come when your kiddo is in dance class and you need downtime to work on the laptop or make it a full family thing with games and book-it-up to graze. Decided to finally check out Switch Brews after they treated us to a fabulous Yelp Elite event! I had a couple of appointments, so I could not stay and enjoy a drink, but I was able to grab a couple of ciders to go! The lady that helped me was so warm and friendly. She greeted me immediately and asked me what I was looking for. I love ciders and sours so she showed me the two ciders, an elderberry and a tropical punch, they had from Six Byrd in Tempe and I was sold! I haven't cracked them open yet, but I am so excited to do so!! Five stars for service and selection as well as a great vibe! read more

I've been dying to try this place! We finally were able to stop in this morning to give it a try and what a cool place!! The perfect size with cozy seating inside and cute little patio outside. The staff was so friendly and immediately greeted us upon walking in. They also have some selection for food as well as some yummy drinks. Today, I tried the Red Velvet drink and it was yummy and what a pretty drink! We will absolutely be back one time to try some of the wine and beers or even a flight! This is a nice spot! I stopped by last night for a drink and was impressed on how busy it was. There seemed to be some sort of bingo going on so it was pretty busy inside. Both workers were friendly as they took our orders. I ordered an iced matcha latte with banana and it was really good. We sat outside on the patio and the worker brought out my sisters order along with my drink when they were ready. We tried out the cinnamon poptart and it was delicious! They have many events going on throughout the month so I would love to return and check that out. read more

Came here again for a business meeting in Queen Creek. Switch Brews keeps hitting with the 5 star reviews, service and coffee. I am fasting procesed sugars this month so I asked the barista what she would recommend for sugar free and decaf (because 2pm coffee would wreck me) and she whipped up a fabulous coconut caramel iced latte that was actually fantastic. Every other sugar free coffee I've had this month has been disgusting and the one she made me I honestly wouldn't even know it was sugar free. This is a solid spot! I enjoy coming in for a special treat, I always go for their seasonal latte flavors and have enjoyed them all so far! I love the selection of hard cider options in their fridge to take home as I never find many options anywhere else. We came the other night for Emo Night. Granted we were mistaken and thought it was a guy we had seen before who does acoustic emo night. But the guy they had was TERRIBLE! He sang off key most of the time and sort of stumbled through songs while staring at his ipad. The beer was ok, but if this is the type of entertainment they pay for, we won't be coming back. We'll stick with the guy we've seen before. Response to business owner on April 12: I reviewed your business on what it was when I was there. The entertainment you choose to provide is a representation of your business and as a small business owner that's something important you should keep in mind when hiring entertainment. First off, I'm glad to hear you'll only be doing the emo night thing with that guy once. I'd recommend if you want to do that again, finding the guy who actually started the idea and hiring him instead. Second, if the guy is a youth pastor trying to offer something to youth he mentors, why is he playing songs from before they were born and advertising to elder emos over 30? That doesn't make any sense. Third, the guy literally stole the idea from someone else. You'd think a youth pastor would know better than to break one of the 10 commandments by stealing something that someone else started and was successful at. Also I LOVE to hear the threat of retaliatory reviews from a business owner. Definitely reported to Yelp! read more

Switch Brews is a coffee shop and taproom with locally-roasted specialty coffee and 24 auto pour tap wall. They also serve small bites, local wine, ciders, and local sodas. Switch Brews has been on my radar, so I made a point to stop by when I found myself in Queen Creek. I was greeted right away, first by the vibrant and inviting space then by the staff when I made it to the coffee counter. I briefly looked at the menu then ordered my go-to, an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder. It was prepared quickly and tasted great. Both the pretzels and spinach artichoke dip were good but I don't think I'll be getting the artichoke dip after this time. Great little beverage place in Queen Creek. Unique concept in they feature specialty coffee brews and also beers on tap. The inside is suited for working on your laptop, lounging on the couch, studying, or bar games at the counter for a couple friends. Servers were helpful with deciphering the coffee menu and the brew was delish. They have some pastries but I would recommend beefing up the food options available on their menu. read more

This is a great concept! Made the trip out to QC as Switch Brews has been on our list of places to try. This time around it was to try out the coffee. Loved the coffee flight! That was so fun. Customer service was also spot on. A large event was being hosted when we arrived, and one of the gals offered to bring in a table from outside for us. We had already found a cozy high top near a window, so we were okay! This place is great for group gatherings or date nights. Wide selection of beers and they have small food items available. You can also order from the restaurant next door and it'll get delivered to your table. When you arrive go up to the counter and if you're getting alcohol, they'll check your ID and provide you with a wristband. The wristband is used to activate the pour tap wall. Pretty cool! A great place to stop by or hang out at for coffee/ matcha/ drinks (it is a taproom, too after all) in QC. Service was very friendly, checking in on us before and after ordering. They have a wide variety of flavors/ syrup options which I can appreciate for the customization. I ordered a coconut matcha which was great... not too sweet, and on par with other matcha's I have ordered. I will be back to try the espresso another time :-) read more

This place was neat, I was expecting a more of a coffee approach instead of an alcohol approach. There were a ton of taps for different beers, I'd be curious to come back and give it a try and do my rating based on the entirety of this place. There wasn't many options for coffee, your basic approach. The young lady helped me find out what to get. The cupcake was really good though, and the icing, not sure what kind it is, but it wasn't overly sweet at all, or heavy. I'd get a couple more next time. The poptart was meh.. it was huge, and very sweet. The cold brew I got with caramel cold foam was really good! I also added a shot of espresso. Definitely did the job. I love this place. I've been twice. Once during the day with my friend and our kids. The drinks are so good and the pop tarts are delicious. Second time was for a date night. We got Mexican food from next door and tried the beers and ciders. It was so fun. I will say it would be nice if they started doing live music or themed nights but overall we had a great time! Very friendly service and fun vibes with several self serve taps, a big mural, indoor and patio seating with public books and games to enjoy for both adults and kids. The coffee flight was good and creative with unique mixings like mint chip and their take on the Mexican mocha, but the shaken espresso was the winner for enjoying the taste of good coffee. We enjoyed both cupcakes and pretzel bites which was a delightful combo actually and really enjoyed the games. A very relaxing environment and August, who took our order was so patient and kind to our three year old who not only ordered for herself but gathered the courage to go ask for her own fork. Not gonna lie, I was hyped up about this place opening here in QC! Sadly it underperformed. The place itself is decorated nicely but after that it was an L for me. The taproom list is mostly beers you can get at Frys, the chips and salsa I ordered were store bought. The prices are high for what you can literally pick-up at Total Wine or Frys.
