My son and I stopped by this Scooter's Coffee for a quick snack before an appointment. We arrived around 1pm and there was only a car or two ahead of us. We were greeted at the drive-thru. I ordered the tomato & feta omelet egg bites and a vanilla cold brew for myself and my son ordered a spicy sausage burrito and an iced americano. Our orders were ready in about 10 minutes. The egg bites were pretty good, I would order those again. They're similar to Starbucks' egg bites. My cold brew was okay. My son liked the burrito, however, it was a lot smaller than we expected; smaller than an average adult's hand. At almost $5, it should have been bigger. I do appreciate Scooter's variety of drinks and quick bites, that are all offered all day. I would most likely return in the future. read more

We popped into Scooter's Coffee and were really glad we did. I downloaded their app on the spot, added funds in seconds, and ordering/paying was super easy--definitely a smooth experience. Both of our drinks hit the mark. I don't usually go for a mocha, but I'm glad I tried it--it was just a little on the sweet side for me, but that's probably just personal preference. The iced oat milk latte was also really good and refreshing. Their website talks about focusing on great locations, high-quality drinks, fast service, and a big smile--and honestly, that's exactly what we experienced. The service was quick and friendly, and there's a solid variety of iced, blended, and hot drinks to choose from. If you're near one, I'd definitely recommend you "scoot" in and give it a try read more

I've never tried the place. Ive heard they have energy drinks and I hate coffee but love energy drinks. They have Red Bull, my favorite. They have many options to make your red bull drink or you can build your own. It's called Red Bull infusions. So far I've tried Aquamarine Red Bull iced (pictured) and apocalypse and peach wave. Aquamarine and peach wave are my favorite ones. The staff are always nice and the line moves quickly! read more

I started going to scooters a few months months ago. I have truly enjoyed not only the quality of the coffee but the fantastic Customer Service that I have received when I go to this location I usually talk to Caroline. She is really personable and has great customer service but also I have interacted with a few others who also help the scooter brand. I truly enjoy this place. I think it has delicious coffee and would recommend anybody who wants to spice it up and change from going to a bigger chain coffee store to try scooters and taste how amazing it really is. read more

Save your money. Had the WORST coffee from here this morning and I was so bummed because I love supporting local coffee shops. I ordered a horchata Cold brew and I knew right away it was not going to be good based on the color. SUPER sweet and it was extremely light in color. my husband ordered the vanilla cold brew and his was awful too. Very sad throwing away a $6 iced coffee. read more

Scooter's Coffee - Like is there even coffee in here??? Looks like they added a quarter of coffee and the rest water. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I've seen Scooters around town before and decided to try their new location. Super easy and convenient drive thru. Not busy at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Then menu offered a vide variety of specialty coffee drinks, non coffee drinks, energy based drinks/refreshers, matcha, and breakfast. I opted for my favorite, caramel macchiato. I was excited because the foam on top smelled good and promising. After the first few sips, I've realized the coffee wasn't strong enough. It tasted mostly like milk with a small hint of coffee. Maybe they use a blond roast? Perhaps, I should have asked for two shots of espresso? Besides that, it was nice to try a new coffee spot. If I were to come back, I'd stick with the matcha or a refresher. read more

Stopped by early on Sunday. There weren't many customers so I was able to go in and out quickly. I ordered a medium iced white mocha and it was tasty. The flavor reminded me of a toasted yumminess. I was happy that the ice wasn't melted right away. I have had that experience at other local shops. The parking lot & building appeared very clean. I liked the cute sticker one top of my cup too. Drink was $5.88 w/tax. I'd try it again. Friendly service & feel like the location is a bit out of place. Try it yourself :) read more

We stopped for a coffee and I grabbed a Strawberry Watermelon Qwencher with 1/2 green tea and 1/2 lemonade was outta sight. A bit of a splurge on sugar grams, but oh so refreshing on a sweltering East Valley day. The cold brew was okay, but quite frankly not exceptional. However, we will be back to try some other offerings. PS Boppo the Great Dane sez "Tanks for da Pup-Cup!" read more

I really love this location, it makes me laugh every time I'm told to "scoot on up to the window". I drink my coffee black and hot but I still have them drop a couple of ice cubes in my cup because I hate to burn my mouth and throat and this location gets it just right every time. Not being a morning person myself I am thankful for the smiling faces that hand me my morning coffee several times a week. read more

I drive passed here weekly and after searching for a place to get my daughter a smoothie we landed here finally. My daughter got a peach and strawberry smoothie, she didn't add protein or matcha to it, and it was $6 and some change. My son got a caramel blender and added protein and that too was $6 and some change. I got a unsweet iced tea and that was a couple bucks. For three beverages it was just over $18. Thats more than I prefer to pay for beverages BUT these are specialty beverages so I get why it costs this. Everything was delicious, customer service was great. We really liked the fact that you can add protein to beverages. We will be back but not frequently since that habit would get costly. read more

I love Scooters! I come here often for the Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte or their Pumpkin Spice Latte. I love how their drinks have so much flavor. I prefer to taste the Chai and don't like it to taste watered down. I love that Scooters always makes it perfect with the right amount of flavor! Make sure to take your fur babies too, they have good treats for them as well read more

Amazing drinks! This was the first time I've tried Scooter's and I got the iced pumpkin chai, I think it's the perfect fall drink. The baristas were friendly and the service was quick. I look forward to coming back and trying more from the menu! read more

Maple Bourbon Crème Cold Brew was delicious, staff was friendly and service was quick. Look forward to trying more.

I got the Caramelicious and it was one of the best coffees I've ever had! Compared to Dutch and Starbucks the service was sweet and efficient. I highly recommend coming and giving this shop the hype it deserves! Not to mention they don't shove tablets in your face asking for tips, next time I go back I will definitely leave a good tip and will become a regular customer! read more

I hate to leave a bad review, because I used to love coming here and I used to refer others to this place! But when they randomly start charging you differently for the same drink, it's a concern! I ordered my usual drink that comes with an espresso shot and ordered the same drink for my mom without the espresso shot and asked instead for them to just add her shot to my drink. They did that and the total for those drinks, the small and a medium, was $12. The following day I ordered the same exact two drinks, a small and a medium, and the total was close to $16! I asked them why the difference in the charges and they said it counts as an extra shot. I told them in that case, NOT to add the extra shot and they supposedly removed it. When I got back, I checked my credit card and noticed there was still an extra charge of nearly $16 dollars on my account for the two drinks - a small and a medium. I went back to the store and told them that I requested them to not add the second shot, so I wouldn't be charged extra, and told them that they agreed they wouldn't and said they removed the charge, and they still charged me extra! The young girl told me that she thinks they did add the second shot anyway and charged me for it. I told her I did not taste any difference like I had in the drink the day before that actually had the extra shot and told her I would like a refund of the difference, but she said there was nothing they could do to help me because I no longer had the drink. I told her I did still have the drink and I can go back and bring it back to the store if that would make a difference, and then she insisted it wouldn't because they already made it. That is not customer service - that is inappropriate business practice. If they arbitrarily choose what they will charge you extra for, and arbitrarily choose what to include or what to ignore in your actual order, or arbitrarily choose what is refundable and nonrefundable, then they will definitely not be getting my business any further. Anyone I have referred this location to, I will advise them against it. read more

Love their coffee and the crew are all cheerful and nice. I love their location too and they make coffee so fast
