The lady working behind the counter was friendly and walked me through their menu and most popular items. I purchased a Power Green smoothie (kale, spinach, pineapple and mango). She was helpful in ensuring there was no dairy in this drink but there is dairy and nuts in other selections so people with allergies please be careful. The smoothie was $10 which is higher than I've paid in the past at places like Robek's and Jamba Juice. It was very well blended and smooth going down with a sweeter taste from the pineapple and mango. I can tell they used higher quality ingredients but since they blend it in the back I couldn't actually see the amount of fruit and veggies used. Overall, it was a nice experience and treat but not something I'd go out of my way to experience very often.

Based on the ingredients and calorie count, I ordered the Go Green: graviola, banana, spinach, kale, dates, mint, organic spirulina, and almond milk for $8.79 and only 220 calories. There were a couple of young ladies working. One made the smoothie and the other one seemed to be wiping down the cutting boards. It was kinda bizarre as she barely touched the cutting boards with her towel and the boards were clearly not cleaned at all. She then just disappeared. The one making the smoothie was struggling big time shaking the blender pretty hard the entire time. She was struggling so much to get the smoothie into the cup and I saw her using her hand to get it out. Thank goodness she was wearing gloves but she was touching the blender the whole time! I even asked her to use a spatula but nope. The smoothie was ok, I could taste bits of what I assumed was the graviola. It was extremely filling and 4.5 hours later I'm still full. I like their menu but probably won't return to this location due to the lack of cleaning and sanitizing practices here.

I snagged 'The Valley' juice which included organic cucumber, apple, lime, parsley, kale, basil, collards, and spinach. I also ordered the half Avo Smash, a thick piece of toast layered with avocado, lemon, house-made Thai tiger sauce, microgreens, paprika, turmeric, everything seasoning, and an added sliced hard boiled egg. Stopping in this morning and they literally even noticed that we ordered online today instead of there in store! I can't put into words how much this place has helped me. Going through chemo and taking medications has made it incredibly hard to keep anything down, but the protein smoothies here have been a lifesaver. More often than not, they're the only thing I can stomach, and knowing I have a reliable, nourishing option has been such a comfort. Beyond just the smoothies, I'm so grateful for the quality, consistency, and kindness we experience every time I walk in. It's a place that not only fuels my body but lifts my spirits, too. I decided to get the warrior smoothie but to take out a few ingredients I wasn't fond of. I ended up kind of creating my own that I really liked. Everyone was so nice to help me and everyone is super fast moving. I was in and out in less than five minutes! It's definitely a quick and easy way to get in your protein or to have a nice hydrating beverage on a hot day. The place itself is clean, new looking, and has a lot to choose from off the menu.
