He took our order with a smile, knew exactly how to make them, and they tasted just as good as we remembered. It's always refreshing when an employee is knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help. We also decided to try the mozzarella bites with marinara, and they were a delicious surprise. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and served with a flavorful marinara sauce, they honestly rival the mozzarella sticks at some of the Italian restaurants in the area. Great service, great smoothies, and a tasty snack made for another excellent visit. Jamba continues to prove why it's remained one of our favorite smoothie stops for decades.

In the same strip mall was a Jamba Juice and with the heat, that sounded a little bit better. Came in and no one was there. Including employees which eventually came from the back. Was impressed with the shops cleanliness and all they had to offer, but that's about it. Purchase at the counter & your item is made fresh to order. I went with their Peach Perfection smoothie. The 2 staff members handled my order very quickly. Also got the Mozz + Herb Bites. Unfortunately, the drink was just very average & could tell it was made with frozen fruit. The mozzarella bites were nothing too memorable either. Came with a marinara sauce that was really different. Again, another frozen to table item that really wasn't anything that tasty. Sadly, I haven't missed this chain and will refrain from making another visit.

We checked the bottle and discovered that the Best Used By date was August 29th, more than two weeks expired. I brought this to the attention of the employee at the counter, but unfortunately, she appeared largely unconcerned. That response was disappointing in itself, especially when dealing with an expired consumable product. Unfortunately, the situation got even worse. After leaving and while driving away, I found a hard foreign object inside my smoothie. I cannot determine whether it was plastic, glass, or another material, but finding an unknown hard object in a beverage is a serious food safety concern. I spent approximately $42 expecting a safe, quality product and a basic level of customer service. Instead, I left extremely disappointed and concerned about the lack of attention given to what could potentially be a serious health and safety issue. I would appreciate having a manager contact me regarding this experience. I strongly recommend that management review the handling and expiration date practices for the energy shots, as well as investigate how a foreign object ended up in my smoothie. This is not about receiving a free smoothie or getting my money back. It is about food safety, quality control, and taking customer concerns seriously. Very disappointing experience.

The bowls are hefty and full, so they fill you up. if you are going to get full, you might as well get full on goodness of healthy ingredients. But you can freestyle your bowl to customize what ingredients you want as well. They both went well together in the BLUE LAGOON bowl which was overall very refreshing, especially on a warm day. There are 2 sizes of bowls, Regular and Large but the Regular size is 16 ounces! If you are new to Acai Bowls, you might think it is pricy for 1 portion, but you get what you pay for. You pay almost $10 for a fast food meal that is processed junk. But by spending a little more, at least you are eating healthy and get surprisingly stuffed (with possible leftovers) from the bowls. But it's gross when you go to a restaurant and the bathroom has stains and resembles a gas station bathroom. The portion size with the bowl appeared to be a lot less than usual today. A lot less. The cost of each meal can vary from $15 - $19, which isn't bad considering the quality of the food and the normal portions. But where they get you are the substitutions. If you want to substitute an ingredient, it's an extra $1-$2 ea. Substitute from steak to a cheap chicken alternative, that will cost you extra. Substitutions should not cost extra, that's why it's called a substitution. Want to add a little somethin' somethin' to your dishy dish? That will cost you a lot more. They nickle and dime you for everything. To be honest, the quality of the food isn't the best but it beats Chipotle. I have yet to chew on a piece of fat here like I have with Chipotle. This was likely the last time we substitute or add anything bc it didn't change the flavor or enhance the meal in any way.
