Stopped in while shopping to get a cold pressed juice. Decided instead to try a smoothie. I like that they list the calorie count. Based on the ingredients and calorie count, I ordered the Go Green: graviola, banana, spinach, kale, dates, mint, organic spirulina, and almond milk for $8.79 and only 220 calories. There were a couple of young ladies working. One made the smoothie and the other one seemed to be wiping down the cutting boards. It was kinda bizarre as she barely touched the cutting boards with her towel and the boards were clearly not cleaned at all. She then just disappeared. The one making the smoothie was struggling big time shaking the blender pretty hard the entire time. She was struggling so much to get the smoothie into the cup and I saw her using her hand to get it out. Thank goodness she was wearing gloves but she was touching the blender the whole time! I even asked her to use a spatula but nope. The smoothie was ok, I could taste bits of what I assumed was the graviola. It was extremely filling and 4.5 hours later I'm still full. I like their menu but probably won't return to this location due to the lack of cleaning and sanitizing practices here. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed the power chicken pesto bowl. Quinoa was perfectly cooked and still warm, the salad on the opposite side was crisp and fresh. The pesto sauce and lemon tahini vinaigrette was to die for. Definitely coming back to try other things on the menu. read more

I'm always skeptical with ghost kitchens, but this was some of the best food I've ever had, and it was cheap too. The Steak Sandwich was cooked to perfection and covered in a lovely sauce. We love having a Vitality Bowls nearby! It's located in Verde right by the main entrance. There's plenty of parking all around Verde and a few spots right in front of the store. Vitality Bowls is a superfood café specializing in acai bowls, smoothies, juices, wraps, and more. All items are made in a non-cross contact kitchen designed to accommodate guests with food allergies and preferences. It's our go-to when we need a quick, healthy snack or meal and don't want to go very far. The staff are young, friendly, and helpful. We've visited numerous times and have never had an issue. We've tried various items from acai bowls and smoothies to wraps and toasts. All are fresh and tasty. My favorite is their superseed avocado toast which comes with avocado, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, superseed crunch, and sea salt on a whole grain toast. Love the combination of flavors and textures! My husband and I always fight over the last bite. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality. My mom and I came into Vitality Bowls last week for lunch, I ordered the green glow bowl and my mom got one of their açaí bowls. My salad, which is kind of like a grain bowl with greens, was super good, all of the flavors worked really well and everything tasted and looked fresh. My mom got the medium açaí bowl and it was plenty for her. The prices are pretty on par for other comparable health food places. I have come here once before and had a different salad bowl and a smoothie and both were good. I haven't had an açaí bowl from them yet so I think I would try one of those next! Despite the off-putting energy, I still decided to order a couple of smoothies, the Morning Glory wrap, and the Vitality wrap. Things took a turn when I saw one of the staff crack a whole egg--which initially seemed like a good sign--only to watch them place it in a plastic deli container and cook it in the microwave. At that point, I immediately wanted a refund. How can you market yourself as a healthy food spot and then use a microwave to cook raw eggs in plastic? That completely contradicts the whole concept of health-conscious eating. To top it off, every menu posted around the building had different pricing than what I was actually charged at the register. The Acai bowls are the best I've ever had but often choose to go elsewhere due to the insanely slow service. Takes 20 mins to get a bowl.

Super yummy bowls but the kids tend to forget some of the ingredients. I usually get a dragon bowl and have to make sure they add the goji berries and bee pollen. For some reason they forget to put those toppings on. I forgot to remind them today and of course they forgot the bee pollen and goji berries on my Dragon bowl.....annoying and shouldn't have to remind them of what goes into their bowls but here we are. Honestly I can't say enough about this place. My daughter introduced me to the delicious acai bowls and now it's become my Saturday breakfast spot. It's family owned, and they really do care about providing quality ingredients, excellent customer service and a really clean place! I can't speak about anything other than the bowls, although the rest of the food is next on my list, but the BOWLS!!! They are pure yummy goodness. My daughter's staple is the dessert bowl, mine is the vitality bowl, but I will say the red, white and blue July special was amazing and the superfood bowl is just as wonderful. The place itself inside was basic and clean. I would imagine if it was crowded the order would take some time to come out because of the detail of the bowls. The service was friendly, the items were delicious. However, there were five employees working and barely any customers inside and it took over 30 minutes to receive one bowl and a smoothie. They were all working really hard but it seems they prioritize online orders instead of in person customers. It would be great if they had people dedicated to online orders and people dedicated to in person orders. I likely won't go back due to the long wait. It was good.
