The Fix is a good place to get your caffeine fix. The drive thru makes it easy to get a speedy and tasty drink. When I went there was no speaker for ordering, all ordering is done right at the cashier window. The menu has all your typical coffee drinks, energy drinks, smoothies and baked goods. I opted for the horchata mocha and since muffins were half off that day I got a blueberry muffin. The total was a little over $8 with tax. The horchata mocha was good overall. The coffee was smooth and the sweetness level was good. I didn't taste too much horchata though. It was more like your typical mocha. The muffin was Noble brand, with a soft crumb, also a good sweetness level. Service was friendly and fast. They have a punch card too where your 11th drink is free. read more

This is basically my Starbucks replacement. It's not the best coffee in the world, but for what you pay it's pretty damn tasty. They are extremely generous with the size of their drinks. I think I pay like $7 for a gigantic coffee that usually lasts me two days. They also have some baked snacks like muffins and cookies that are usually good. I really liked the snickerdoodles last month! The highlights here are the service, speed, and variety. And on that note, I think it's cool that they do a month-by-month cycle of new drinks to keep things interesting. I have not had a single month where none of the specialty drinks appeal to me, there's always at least something - which is intentional, as they usually do one energy drink, one cold brew, and one latte. I also feel like the staff read your vibe and go off of that which I appreciate, because if I just woke up and I'm like barely on the plane of existence, I do not want that Dutch Bros level of energy to knock me out of my car seat. I will advise anyone looking to get matcha to probably stray away from that if you're expecting a more traditional, earthy taste, but generally if you're not going to a place that specializes in matcha you're making a mistake on your end. I go here on on average once every 2-3 days and I will continue to do so because of the location and convenience. Told me to try the remake before leaving, I said I would, she said, "Whatever," then changed what she said. Refused to give me a stamp card at first, saying I had already been given one, which isn't true. Tried to reach out to the contact page and have been ignored, which leads me to believe this aligns with this start up's values. I love this place and I could brave about this place all day except for lately. I don't understand what's happening. It feels like the quality has gone down people and making drinks have gone down and I don't understand because I feel like I have to tell them how to make it and they still mess it up. I requested a lavender tea latte with honey iced. I usually get this hot, but I just asked them versus getting it hot today because it is such a warm day to get it on ice so that would still require you to brew it and to make it but then to put it on ice. We stopped by The Fix Coffee Shop (drive-thru) and tried the iced chai tea and the white macadamia nut breve--both were so good! The chai is my go-to drink, and they got it just right--perfectly sweet and just enough chai spice. The white macadamia nut coffee was smooth and unique, definitely worth trying. Really cute coffee drive thru hut in North East Mesa, in or very near the Falcon District. They have coffee, fruity energy drinks and pastries from Noble Bakery. They do offer non-coffe drinks for kids - milkshakes, hot chocolate, and smoothies. There is a big menu board when you pull up to the drive thru lane, but you order at the window. I ordered a decaf iced sugar free white chocolate breve. Not much flavor as far as coffee goes, pretty drowned out by the half and half. I don't know if that's normal. If so, probably need to order extra shots of espresso or only half of the creamer for a more flavorful drink. Otherwise it tasted liked drink sweetened half and half. It's located heading west bound towards the 202, so really convenient for grabbing a cuppa caffeine on your way out to work. Service was friendly and quick. read more

Being from Virginia, I found the fix about 2 years ago. I am more of a coffee goer, but I decided to go the route of my husband and be surprised. I thought let me add some spontaneity into my life and get a surprise lotus and to my surprise I really enjoyed both of them. The more reddish pink was a bit more tart than the blueish purple (which I enjoyed more). Most of the employees here are super friendly and know how to strike up a conversation. The feel and ambiance of the location is very modern and hipster. Absolutely love the vibe of the workers and how attentive they are to special request. If you try a surprise lotus and do not like certain flavors/class of flavors (i.e Citrus or Melons) you can request and they are very accommodating. Overall I would pick the fix over any big chain because I enjoy the products and the customer service is friendly. read more

I've been wanting to try one of these locations for a while now so I went today! The drive through makes it super convenient though I was a tad confused by the signs at first (figured it out though!). I got a cold brew with oat milk and spiced brown sugar. It was ready in like a minute! No wait at all. My drink was good, strong and not overly sweet. The girl working the drive through was super sweet. this review has been so many years coming. i live super close by, so i was a regular (going basically daily) for like a solid 2 years. the drink that i like to order is a macadamia nut latte, extra shot, extra sweet. sometimes they would make it perfectly and sometimes it would be completely wrong. sometimes my latte (with an extra shot!!) would be PURE WHITE, when other times it would be a dark brown. i could not figure out for the longest time why this would randomly happen. then one day i took a look at their menu and realized... they have a "white chocolate macadamia nut BREVE" as a specialty drink. when i saw that, i asked if that was the drink they made me, and they were just like "uh.. yeah??" as if im the weird one. i never uttered the words white chocolate OR breve, so i genuinely dont know why they ignore all my other instructions and make that drink. a breve is made with half and half, which also kinda makes me sick to think i had been drinking in large quantities. this issue is so persistent and pervasive that i have to preface my order with "NOT THE ONE ON THE MENU!" and half the time they STILL make that one. and then i have to investigate/interrogate the baristas like "did you guys make this with half and half or 2% milk?" when it comes out pure white and 9/10 they realize they made the white chocolate breve. im sure i just come across as a karen to these young girls for making a fuss, but its genuinely so exhausting and frustrating to not be heard and have to deal with this every. single. time. i dont want to be rude or mean, genuinely i dont. but its triggering at this point, lol.. so i think im just over the fix. when they make the drinks correct, theyre genuinely so damn good... its just a shame! read more

Friendly staff and great drinks. I've been here three times already. The hot chai tea latte is what keeps me coming back. I order it with oatmilk every time and it's delicious. My husband tried multiple drinks already including the German Chocolate Mocha and the vanilla mocha and both tasted very yummy, I took a sip to try them too. The only downfall to the person before the menu is that if you've never been to The Fix (our first time was the grand opening) you ask them what they have and they say "everything!" but then you come to find out that they don't sell drip coffee and then you order a basic espresso drink "a white mocha" because you don't want to hold up the line and come to find out they have fun specialties that I've never seen elsewhere like "German Chocolate" and "Mexican Horchata". Alright, it's a hot ( 108 degree ) Friday evening. My wife and I bring our son so our favorite Coffee place in East Mesa. We come here about 4-5 times a week. Today happened to be the day we get the worse service ever. Almost as bad as what you get at a Mc Donald's. Younger ladies are always so nice. Some older lady helped us today.
